Boxify

Tap a star to rate

Boxify is a merchandise platform that combines a print-on-demand store builder with stock management, logistics and corporate gifting in one dashboard. Its site is in Spanish and its prices are in euros. The homepage sums up the offer as "Una plataforma. Todo tu merch." (One platform. All your merch.) and lists the pieces as design, catalog, inventory, logistics, gifting and merch store, "todo en uno" (all in one). For a creator or brand, the relevant part is the print-on-demand catalog: products that Boxify makes and ships only when an order comes in, sold through a branded store the seller sets up on the platform.

The rest of the platform is aimed at companies that run merch for staff, clients and events, which shapes the tone of the whole site. The homepage says more than 600 teams trust Boxify and shows a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 out of 5 from more than 260 reviews.

The print-on-demand merch store

The print-on-demand catalog page describes the offer in one line: "Productos personalizables fabricados y enviados bajo demanda sin inversión inicial." (Customizable products made and shipped on demand with no initial investment.) It goes on: "Perfectos para lanzar tu merch store sin tener que invertir en stock." (Perfect for launching your merch store without having to invest in stock.) Every product on the page carries a "Bajo demanda" (on demand) tag and a "Crear tienda" (create store) button that leads to sign-up.

The closing line of that page states the division of labor: "Nosotros nos encargamos de la producción y el envío mientras tú te centras en tu marca." (We handle production and shipping while you focus on your brand.) So the seller designs, prices and promotes; Boxify prints, packs and ships.

The store itself is described on the homepage under "Tu tienda de marca, lista para vender" (your brand store, ready to sell). The features listed are professional templates, your own domain, a catalog synced with inventory, integrated checkout and payments, visual customization without code, and orders and shipments connected to Boxify. That is a hosted storefront, not a connector to a store you already run on another platform.

Catalog and prices

The print-on-demand catalog is split into tote bags, bottles, t-shirts, caps, polo shirts, hooded sweatshirts, sweatshirts without a hood and sweatshirts. Across its wider range, the homepage promises a "selección curada de más de 1500 productos" (a hand-picked selection of more than 1500 products), though not all of those are part of the on-demand store catalog.

Boxify publishes per-item prices on the t-shirt page, each marked "Desde" (from) and shown plus IVA, the VAT the site adds on top:

  • Birch, white, light blue, light green, navy, black and prune premium regular fit tees: from €6.35 plus VAT
  • Birch, charcoal, navy and black premium loose fit tees: from €8.75 plus VAT
  • Kids' recycled cotton tees in birch and black: from €5.98 plus VAT
  • Kids' organic and recycled cotton tee in birch: from €6.35 plus VAT
  • Women's organic and recycled cotton tee in birch: from €7.20 plus VAT

Published prices let a seller check margins before signing up. The pages show t-shirt prices only; the other categories are listed without prices. The homepage also lists "artículos de calidad y sostenibles" (quality and sustainable items) as a point of the catalog, and the product names themselves mark the organic and recycled cotton styles.

Production: its own workshop

Boxify says it prints in-house. A homepage block headed "Expertos en merch con taller propio" (merch experts with their own workshop) lists three points: "Impresión digital con plazos exprés" (digital printing with express lead times), "Sin dependencia de talleres externos" (no dependence on external workshops) and "Control de calidad interno" (internal quality control). Digital printing is the only print method the pages name. The site gives no production or delivery times in days.

On shipping, the homepage says you can schedule merch shipments "con un clic a todo el mundo" (with one click to the whole world), with real-time tracking, "envío global y gestión de aduanas incluida" (global shipping and customs handling included), and bulk or automated shipments. Shipping rates are not published.

Design help

Design is one of Boxify's stronger points for a seller without a designer. The homepage describes a design manager for approving artwork and a Studio Editor where you can design products yourself "o con la ayuda de la IA" (or with the help of AI). It promises "Adaptaciones de diseño gratuitas, siempre" (free design adaptations, always) and lists a free design service with mockups "en tiempo récord" (in record time), one-click approval or rejection, and adaptations and renders. For a creator who has a logo but not print-ready files for every product, that removes a real step.

Inventory, gifting and integrations

The remaining features are aimed at company merch programs. Boxify can hold stock for a client, with live stock levels and alerts, one-click replenishment and stock assigned by cost center. It sends digital gifts as personalized virtual greeting cards, where the recipient picks an item within a budget per person, with opening rates tracked in the dashboard. Shipments for events, onboardings and client gifts can be scheduled on a calendar.

The homepage lists native integrations with Odoo, Workday, Personio, Factorial and BambooHR, under the line "Encaja con el stack que ya usas" (fits the stack you already use). These are HR and business systems, useful for onboarding kits rather than for selling. No sales channel integrations appear on the pages.

An ROI calculator on the homepage works through an example of a company spending €48.000 a year on merch and estimates an annual saving of €12.732, with the note that the result is only a rough guide. A customer quote from the CEO of Fazil Crypto says the team went from 12 hours a week coordinating merch to 1.

Support

The homepage puts support front and center: "Nuestra filosofía es darte el mejor soporte que hayas tenido nunca." (Our philosophy is to give you better support than you have ever had.) It says the team answers "en tiempo récord" (in record time). To get started, Boxify offers a "Demo de 15 minutos directa al grano, para explicarte la plataforma y ayudarte con tu caso," (a 15-minute demo straight to the point, to explain the platform and help with your case) booked from the homepage, alongside a contact form for sales.

Who it suits

Boxify suits a creator, small brand or organization who wants a hosted merch store with visible unit prices, free design help and production handled by the company's own workshop. The t-shirt range, with regular and loose fits plus organic and recycled options for women and kids, covers the basics most creator stores start with.

It is less of a fit for a seller who wants to connect print-on-demand to a store on another platform, since the pages describe only Boxify's own storefront, or for anyone who needs a wide range of print methods beyond digital printing. The site is written for Spanish readers and much of it speaks to company merch managers, so a creator should expect to spend most of their time in the merch store and catalog sections.
