Brikl is an on-demand store platform for promotional products and branded merch. It does not print anything itself: it gives sellers a large catalog of decorated products at wholesale cost, lets them build branded stores in minutes, and routes every order automatically to a partner decorator who produces and ships it. The homepage calls it "the on-demand platform for promotional products and branded merch," offering wholesale pricing and automated fulfillment "built specifically for distributors and decorators." Its headline promise is "Launch unlimited on-demand stores. Never touch an order."

The company lists two legal entities in its footer, Brikl Inc in the US and Brikl BV in Belgium, and says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant and a member of PPAI, SAAC and PromoStandards. The homepage says it is "trusted by 500+ distributors and decorators" and shows a G2 rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 24 reviews.

Who Brikl is built for

Most of the site speaks to the promotional products trade. Distributors use it to run branded stores for their clients without the admin that each new store normally adds; the homepage frames this as a "growth paradox" and answers it with "More stores should mean more revenue. Not more work." Decorators receive "production-ready orders in your queue," with "art, validated sizes, paid upfront."

The same platform serves three more groups the homepage names: businesses and organizations (company swag, nonprofits, gyms and clubs), teams and schools where "parents and players order directly," and creators and influencers, who can "sell on demand, set your price, and earn on every order." The drinkware page adds drop-shipping merchants and ecommerce stores that sell "through Shopify, WooCommerce, or your own platform," with Brikl handling production and shipping via API.

How an order flows

The homepage breaks the process into four steps. First, you build a store: "Pick products from the marketplace, upload your client's logo, set your markup, and publish to a branded URL." The site counts store setup in minutes and says a branded store "can go live the same day," helped by design tools and bulk editing. Second, customers personalize and order, choosing color, size and logo placement and adding a name or number at checkout. Third, orders route automatically: "Production-ready artwork is generated at checkout and routed to the right fulfillment partner. No emails, no POs." Fourth, you get paid; under the Launch plan, Brikl pays your profit out via Stripe.

Payment handling depends on the plan. On the Launch plan, the FAQ says, "Brikl acts as the Merchant of Record. We collect payments, calculate and remit sales tax across all U.S. states, and assume chargeback risk. You receive a single net payout." On the Enterprise plan, "you remain the Merchant of Record and are responsible for collecting payments and managing sales tax compliance."

Sellers are not locked into Brikl's network or its storefront. Asked whether you can use your own decorator, the FAQ answers that you can use Brikl's fulfillment network, add your own products and handle fulfillment yourself, "or mix both approaches in the same store." With the Connect API add-on, "you can build catalogs on Brikl but run your storefront on a third-party platform," keeping your own payment gateway.

The catalog

The homepage calls the catalog "the largest on-demand promo marketplace," with more than 8,000 products from "190+ wholesale brands at real-time cost pricing." A banner announces on-demand business cards as a new category, and related category links point to home and lifestyle items, custom pens and print products.

Drinkware has its own detailed page. The company writes that its "drinkware catalog covers tumblers, mugs, water bottles, wine glasses, and barware," supplied by Fulfill Engine and Printful Enterprise. The page lists:

  • Insulated stainless steel tumblers with vacuum insulation in ringneck, skinny, copper, ION-plated and travel styles, plus sport-themed tumblers for football, basketball, softball and golf
  • Single- and double-walled water bottles in standard and slim profiles, including CamelBak Eddy and Thrive lines alongside generic stainless blanks
  • Ceramic, enamel and travel mugs, with sublimation-ready white blanks and colored two-tone options
  • Stemless wine glasses, pint glasses, mason jars and barware, etched, printed or laser-engraved
  • BPA-free sport bottles in classic, performance and biker-grip styles
  • Cold-cup tumblers, holiday steins, kids' cups and seasonal items added through the year

Decoration methods depend on the product. The FAQ lists sublimation ("best for full-color wraps on white blanks"), laser engraving ("premium, colorfast finish on stainless"), UV print ("durable on hard surfaces") and screen print on specific glassware lines. Per-order personalization such as names, numbers and monograms is supported: "Brikl's production routing passes that data through to the decorator so each tumbler is produced with the buyer's custom details."

Fulfillment partners

Brikl names the decorators behind the drinkware catalog. Fulfill Engine is described as a "Stahls'-operated decoration network" producing ringneck, skinny, sport and premium insulated tumblers, "laser engraved or printed in the US." Printful Enterprise offers "the deepest drinkware variety on Brikl," printed or sublimated "via 100+ global print providers." Taylor OnDemand handles stemless wine glasses and premium decorated drinkware for corporate gifting and events, and Koozie Group supplies koozies, can coolers, water bottles and branded promotional drinkware. The integrations list on the homepage adds Vantage and Rupt.

Pricing, shipping and minimums

Brikl's fee model is a single line: "3.5% commission. Nothing else." The pricing block lists zero setup fees, no monthly subscription, no per-user charges, wholesale product access, automatic sales tax filings and automatic profit payouts, under the tagline "We only make money when you do." Sign-up needs "no credit card" and there is "no demo gate," though a demo can be booked. Product costs are shown inside the marketplace rather than on the public pages.

On timing, the homepage gives 7–10 business days from "order placed to product at the door, decoration included," and the FAQ says turnaround depends "on the fulfillment partner and decoration method." On origin, the drinkware FAQ says "most stainless and ceramic drinkware ships from US-based fulfillment facilities," that some specialty items may ship from partner facilities elsewhere, and that country of origin and shipping origin are shown on each product. Orders ship straight to the end customer "with optional white-label packing slips."

There is no minimum. The drinkware FAQ says "every tumbler in the catalog is produced on demand," one piece or a thousand, and the page repeats "no MOQs, no inventory, no leftover stock."

A customer example

The homepage features The Vernon Company, which it calls one of the oldest distributors in the industry. It says Vernon migrated its on-demand program to Brikl and rolled it out to more than 220 sales reps, under the headline "220 account executives. One platform. Zero email-based order intake."

Who it suits

Brikl fits a promotional products distributor running many client stores, a decorator who wants a steady flow of paid, print-ready orders, and a creator, team, school or organization that wants branded merch and drinkware without holding stock. Its decoration range on drinkware, with engraving and UV print alongside sublimation, gives real choice, and the API lets an ecommerce seller keep their own storefront.

It suits less well a seller who wants to see product costs before creating an account, or one who wants a single print partner, since quality and lead times depend on which decorator an order routes to. The site gives no support hours or sample program, so a new seller should book the demo to settle those points.
