Dropmerch

Dropmerch is a print shop and merch service in Gothenburg, Sweden, that prints t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mugs and stickers on demand, with no minimum order. Its homepage headline sums up the offer as "Turn your design into merch without any hassle. No inventory, no worries," and a strapline underneath reads "Printed with love in Gothenburg, Sweden." The company works with bands, artists, creators, clubs, associations and businesses, and runs a marketplace where creators sell their designs alongside its own blank-product print service.

The site is mainly in Swedish. In its own description, "Dropmerch är ett tryckeri och en merchandising-leverantör i Göteborg" (Dropmerch is a print shop and merchandising supplier in Gothenburg), working "med stora och små företag, band, event" (with large and small companies, bands, events). The footer names the operator as Ride All Day AB, at Manufakturgatan 23 in the Ringön district of Gothenburg.

What a seller gets

Dropmerch covers several ways of selling merch, which the homepage lays out in blocks:

• Print on demand, from one piece. "Hos oss kan du beställa 1 st tröja. Inga minimum krav på ordrar." (With us you can order 1 shirt. No minimum order requirements.) The heading above it reads "1 TRÖJA ELLER 1000" (1 shirt or 1000).
• Web shops. Under "WEBBUTIKER," the company says it helps you set up a web shop to sell online, or you can use its free portal to widen your reach.
• Warehouse and handling. Under "LAGER & HANTERING": "Vi skickar dagligen internationella ordrar och kan ta hand om ditt lager och koordinera utskick." (We ship international orders daily and can look after your stock and coordinate shipments.)
• Drop shipping. "Vi kan skicka direkt till din venue, spelning eller direkt till slutkund. Vi kan även ombesörja returer och hantering om du vill." (We can ship directly to your venue, gig or straight to the end customer. We can also take care of returns and handling if you want.)
• Online design. Under "DESIGNA ONLINE," the site offers quick mockups that let you take control of your merch yourself, or the team can guide you.
• Personal service. "Vi finns tillgängliga både online och fysiskt och hjälper dig med stora och små visioner!" (We are available both online and in person and help you with big and small visions!)

The shipping block is what separates Dropmerch from a plain print shop. A band can send stock to a venue for a gig, and the same service can mail individual web orders to fans, so it works both for tour merch and for everyday online sales.

Marketplace and partner program

The menu splits the business into three parts. The marketplace section is aimed at "artister, musiker m.m" (artists, musicians and more), with options to sell through the Dropmerch Marketplace, sell in a physical store, and use a service called Dropmerch Hub. The homepage shows creator stores already selling there, including Obey The Riff, Kabaré Bowlingsällskap, Battle of Vikings and Ztamz, with items such as a Logo Tee at CHF 21.00 and a SelfLove-Hoodie at CHF 41.00.

The partner program, headed "On-demand / Dropship," lists branded clothing, dropshipping, shipping partners, 3PL and warehousing, and an option to integrate with Dropmerch. A third section for companies and associations covers corporate printing, association orders, cut-and-sew and a link for clothing manufacturers. The site names no specific e-commerce platform integrations, so a seller who wants to connect an existing store should ask how the integration option works.

Products and prices

The product range page lists t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags and mugs, and the text says the company prints "allt från t-shirts och hoodies till crewnecks och sweatshirts" (everything from t-shirts and hoodies to crewnecks and sweatshirts). Band merch has its own section in the footer.

The homepage shows prices for its most popular blanks with your print, in Swiss francs, with a cart note that VAT is included and shipping is calculated at checkout:

The checkout note says all charges are billed in CHF at the current exchange rate. The FAQ explains that the price of a printed t-shirt depends on the size of the design, the material and the quantity, and that "generellt sett är det billigare att trycka flera t-shirts med samma motiv men vi har inga minimumkrav när det gäller kvantitet" (generally it is cheaper to print several t-shirts with the same design, but we have no minimum quantity requirements).

Production and turnaround

Dropmerch prints in-house. The FAQ says "Alla våra kläder trycks i Sverige. Vi har en egen fabrik i Göteborg där vi trycker de flesta av våra produkter." (All our clothes are printed in Sweden. We have our own factory in Gothenburg where we print most of our products.) The company adds that this makes it easier to keep an eye on quality. The homepage slogan is "In-house production, worldwide fulfillment."

Printing is mainly on the front and back of a garment, with special placements possible on request. The help menu includes guides to DTG (direct to garment), a print guide and a page on different print techniques, and one marketplace product is sold as flocked.

On timing, the FAQ says "Det tar cirka 5-10 dagar att trycka en t-shirt med eget motiv" (it takes about 5-10 days to print a t-shirt with your own design), and adds that express delivery is possible, even "samma-dag-leverans på enstaka antal om det verkligen är bråttom" (same-day delivery on single items if it is really urgent). Local customers can collect orders from the shop on Ringön instead of having them shipped.

Artwork and support

For artwork, the FAQ recommends using the online designer or uploading a high-quality vector file, and for logos suggests "en vektorfil eller en jpg/png fil på. ca 5-10 mb och i 300 dpi" (a vector file or a jpg/png file of about 5-10 MB at 300 dpi). Anyone who wants help with a design is invited to get in touch.

Support runs by email and phone. The FAQ gives opening hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30, the customer service number 0706-66 87 69 and the address info@dropmerch.se. The showroom lists Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:30, and visiting hours of 09-17. The footer links a shipping policy, refund policy and a sustainability page.

Who it suits

Dropmerch suits bands, musicians, artists, clubs and small brands that want merch printed in small runs by a shop they can phone or visit, with the option to hand over storage, shipping and returns. The mix of a creator marketplace, drop shipping to venues and end customers, and local pickup makes it practical for acts that sell both on tour and online.

It fits less well for a seller who wants to plug a print-on-demand catalog into an existing store without contacting anyone, since the pages name no platform integrations, or who needs full price lists for every product. Much of the site is in Swedish, so non-Swedish speakers should plan on using email for detailed questions.
