Merch Sverige is a Swedish print-on-demand platform where creators and designers open their own merch stores and sell t-shirts, hoodies and mugs with their designs, without stock or startup capital. The company prints each item when a customer orders, then packs and ships it, while the creator sets the price and handles marketing. The homepage calls it "Sveriges ledande print-on-demand plattform" (Sweden's leading print-on-demand platform) for creators and designers, a description in the company's own words, and promises "Högkvalitetstryck, snabb leverans och professionellt stöd hela vägen" (high-quality printing, fast delivery and professional support all the way). The footer names the company as Merch Sverige AB.
The site is in Swedish and aimed at Swedish creators: designers, artists, streetwear labels and influencers who want an extra income from their audience.
How it works
The homepage sets out three steps: apply for free, upload your designs onto t-shirts, hoodies or other products, and set your own prices and start selling. From there, "Vi hanterar all produktion, packning och leverans automatiskt" (we handle all production, packing and delivery automatically). When a customer orders from the creator's store, Merch Sverige prints the product with the design, packs it and sends it straight to the customer.
To join, a creator applies through the application form, and the team looks at "dina designs, kreativa vision och målgrupp" (your designs, creative vision and target audience). Approved creators get direct access to the creator portal, where they upload designs and start selling.
What it costs and what a creator earns
Opening a store is free. The FAQ says "Det är helt gratis att starta din merch-butik hos oss!" (it is completely free to start your merch store with us), with no startup capital or stock investment, and that the company only takes a production cost when a product sells, "utan några fasta månadsavgifter eller dolda kostnader" (without any fixed monthly fees or hidden costs).
The site describes earnings in two ways. The creators page says "varje creator får 15-25% provision på varje försäljning" (every creator gets 15-25% commission on each sale). The homepage FAQ explains that you choose your selling price and earn the difference between your price and the company's base price, and gives typical figures: "Typiskt tjänar creators 100-200 kr per t-shirt och 200-400 kr per hoodie beroende på prissättning" (creators typically earn 100-200 kr per t-shirt and 200-400 kr per hoodie, depending on pricing). Creators with higher volumes can negotiate better margins and exclusive terms. Base prices themselves are not listed on the pages.
The creators FAQ also gives income ranges: new creators often earn 2,000-10,000 kr in their first month, established creators with active marketing 10,000-50,000 kr a month, and "våra toppcreatorer når över 100,000 kr/månad" (our top creators reach over 100,000 kr a month). The company adds that income "varierar kraftigt" (varies widely) with marketing, following and product range.
Printing and products
Merch Sverige prints with DTF (direct-to-film). The homepage says the colors "håller i 50+ tvättar" (last 50+ washes) and that the technique works on all types of material and color. The FAQ adds that DTF prints last over 50 washes without fading or cracking, work on light and dark garments in cotton, polyester and blends, and allow detailed designs "med fotografisk kvalitet" (with photographic quality).
The product menu lists t-shirts, hoodies and mugs, and the creators page says creators design "allt från t-shirts och hoodies till muggar och accessories" (everything from t-shirts and hoodies to mugs and accessories). Three creator products are shown with prices:
- Skogen Kallar Premium T-shirt by Nordens Natur, in organic cotton jersey with a Nordic forest design: 399 kr
- Fika Forever Oversized Hoodie by StreetFika, in an extra soft cotton blend: 549 kr
- God Morgon Keramikmugg, a minimalist ceramic mug from the Lagom Living collection: 149 kr
Design support
No design training is needed. The FAQ says you can upload artwork "i vanliga filformat (PNG, JPG, PDF)" (in common file formats) or use the platform's design tools with ready-made templates, and that many creators work in Canva, Photoshop or mobile apps. "Vårt team hjälper dig med teknisk granskning innan tryck" (our team helps you with a technical review before printing), so files are checked before they go to production.
Production and delivery
The FAQ gives clear times: "Produktionstiden är 2-4 arbetsdagar från beställning" (production takes 2-4 working days from order), and delivery within Sweden takes a further 1-3 working days with the company's shipping partners, so customers can expect their products within 5-7 working days in total. Every parcel is tracked, so both creator and customer can follow it. The homepage headline for shipping is "Snabb Svensk Leverans" (fast Swedish delivery), and the homepage describes the production as environmentally friendly, using local suppliers and sustainable materials; those are the company's claims, and the pages name no certifications. The pages describe delivery within Sweden only.
Marketing and collaborations
The creators FAQ says successful creators use Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, email marketing to their followers, influencer collaborations and content marketing, and that many also run Facebook and Instagram ads. Merch Sverige supplies "marknadsföringsmaterial, produktbilder och copywriting-hjälp" (marketing materials, product images and copywriting help).
Creators can also team up. The FAQ says the company encourages collaborations: "Du kan skapa limited edition-kollektioner tillsammans med andra designers på plattformen" (you can create limited edition collections together with other designers on the platform), and creators interested in this should contact the team.
The creators on the site
Three creators are profiled. Emma Lindström of Nordens Natur is a nature artist from Småland known for detailed forest landscapes and minimalist Nordic wildlife, with 45 000 followers. Oskar "Ozzo" Bergman of StreetFika is a Stockholm streetwear designer mixing urban culture with Swedish coffee tradition, with 67 000 followers. Lisa and Johan Andersson of Lagom Living are a design duo from Göteborg working with sustainable living and the lagom philosophy, with 89 000 followers. The homepage says hundreds of Swedish creators already earn money on the platform.
Who it suits
Merch Sverige suits Swedish creators with a following who want a free store, DTF-printed apparel and mugs made to order, stated production and delivery times, and help with marketing material. The published earnings examples per t-shirt and hoodie give a new creator a starting point for pricing.
It fits less well a seller whose customers are mainly outside Sweden, since the delivery times given are for Swedish addresses, or one who needs a wide catalog beyond t-shirts, hoodies and mugs. The site does not list base prices, so a creator sees the exact margin only after joining.
