Casestry is a print-on-demand company that designs, manufactures, prints, packs and ships tech accessories, mainly phone cases, from its own production facility in New York. It sells to brands and retailers of any size who want to put their designs on cases for new iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models without buying stock. The homepage calls it a "Tech-Focused POD Partner" and leads with speed: a live production time of 0.8 days, measured in business days as a rolling 7-day mean of phone cases shipped from the New York facility.
What a seller gets
Casestry's homepage sums up the offer in four points. "Same Day Turnaround" promises "true print on-demand fulfillment through our proprietary automation software," with most orders shipping within one business day. "Premium Products + Product Visuals" says the company designs and makes its own products, backs every sale with a lifetime warranty, and offers realistic product mockups powered by Dynamic Mockups. "Zero Risk" covers the print-on-demand model: no inventory, no storage, and no minimum order size, with Casestry handling the supply chain. "Unlimited Branding" lets a seller add customized packing slips, branded shipping labels and custom messages inside the package.
Orders can reach Casestry in several ways. The company lists "direct API integration, CSV import, direct web order, or 3rd party plugin through Order Desk or another printing platform," publishes API documentation, and points sellers to Anywhere POD as another route. It also runs a Casestry x BetterMockups partnership under the line "Better Visuals = More Sales." A separate bulk ordering channel serves companies, organizations and events that want cases in quantity, though the terms of service say Casestry does not normally give bulk discounts: print-on-demand products have no minimums and unit costs are typically the same regardless of order size, so bulk orders are priced like one-off orders.
The company's terms say production typically starts through an automated workflow within twenty-four hours of an order being submitted, which is why an order that has reached production cannot be canceled or re-addressed. A partner can ask support to hold an order while an issue is sorted out, and an order stuck on an address problem with no update for three days is canceled.
The product catalog
The catalog is split into two tiers. "Premier" covers what Casestry calls premium, high-value retail: the MagCase, marked as a Casestry exclusive, Kindle Covers, marked new, Apple Watch bands, and the MagCase Clear impact resistant phone case, marked trending. "Mainstays" are "reliable products providing everyday quality and value": Tough phone cases, marked best seller, Slim phone cases, clear impact resistant phone cases, AirPod cases and AirPod Max cases.
For the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, the launch page offers four styles. The MagCase is built for magnetic charging and accessories with precision alignment and a strong magnetic connection. The Tough Case uses dual-layer construction with a durable exterior shell and added impact protection. The Slim Case is lightweight with an edge-to-edge printable surface. The Clear Case lets the phone show through with the artwork on top. Casestry pitches "day-one fulfillment for launch-ready partners," so a store can sell cases for a new phone when it launches instead of buying thousands of finished cases before knowing which designs sell. The same page promises sellers can "sell hundreds of designs without stocking hundreds of finished SKUs."
The terms name the two print processes behind the catalog: dye-sublimation and UV printing. UV production is quality controlled in CMYK, and color is checked under D50 lighting. Casestry's stated tolerance is under three millimeters for placement and a Delta E CMC of 2.0 for color, and it notes that dye-sublimated images may stretch slightly where a surface is not flat. Products are printed from the seller's production file, not the mockup, so colors match the file rather than the on-screen preview.
Warranty, reprints and samples
The lifetime warranty applies to any product still in the Casestry catalog. The partner must show normal wear and tear, have bought the correct product for the device, and the identical product must still be offered; the warranty covers a replacement of the same SKU, finish and design, not a refund, and does not cover damage to the phone itself.
Casestry covers a full reprint and reshipment for manufacturing or print defects and for incorrect fulfillment, with a refund possible instead within 30 days of delivery. Transit damage is covered at 100% of the cost of a reprint or refund if reported within 7 days with photos. A tracked package lost in transit to a correct address is reprinted if reported within 60 days of the first scan. The company does not cover orders where the seller submitted the wrong image, placement or device, or an invalid address, and does not cover a customer simply disliking a correctly printed product. Approved reprints go to the original address.
Casestry does not accept returns or offer exchanges. A seller who wants to handle returns can print their own return address on the shipping label, and the terms require that address to be in the U.S. Samples are free: one per product category per customer, blank or printed with the partner's artwork, and new products may come with a free sample on request.
Company and support
Casestry's About page says the company was founded in a basement in late 2017 with "one machine, three computers, and an unshakable determination," built its processes, software and products from the ground up, and now runs a large production facility with thousands of orders produced daily and orders fulfilled in under one day on average. The terms give its place of business in Herkimer, New York. The site links to a product PDF, shipping rates, lab certifications, social compliance and sustainability pages. Sales questions go to sales@casestry.com and order issues to support@casestry.com.
Who Casestry suits
Casestry fits brands, artists and retailers who sell designs on phone cases and want speed: fast production from one US facility, API or CSV ordering, Order Desk connections, branded packing slips and labels, and launch-day cases for new iPhones. The free sample per category and published reprint rules make it easy to test before committing. It suits sellers whose range is tech accessories; a store that also needs apparel, mugs or wall art will need a second supplier.
