creativehub is a selling platform for artists, photographers and creators, built by theprintspace, a fine art print lab that prints, frames and ships the orders. It gives an artist a branded store, timed print drops, auctions of originals and connections to Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce and Squarespace, and theprintspace makes each print when it sells. The homepage now calls creativehub "the creator agency for social commerce" and says it works with creators "to launch physical product lines and build direct-to-consumer brands," from marketing campaigns to shipping orders.
Who is behind it
The About page says creativehub will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2027, and it shows a photo captioned "Opening night at theprintspace, 15 November 2007." The same page claims the company was "one of the first online fine art printing labs in the world," that it "launched the first art print-on-demand plugin for Shopify in 2014," and that it is "still the only global fine art printing company with production in the USA, the EU and the UK." Those are the company's own claims. The fulfillment page describes it as "award winning fine art printers and framers with twenty years of industry history."
On scale, the homepage says creativehub "has fulfilled over 840,000 orders for 7,000+ creators, shipped to 157 countries. That's 2.6 million prints and counting." The fulfillment page gives a different trust figure, "a brand trusted by over 12,000 artists," next to a line saying it is rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
What it prints
Printing covers two processes. The fulfillment page offers "Museum grade giclée printing on hand picked archival papers from Hahnemühle and Ilford, and true photographic C-type on Fuji Crystal Archive," with "Eleven professional fine art and photo papers" color managed end to end. The help center has an article on choosing between Giclée (inkjet) and C-Type (chromogenic), and says both are gallery-grade.
Framing comes in two tiers. The fulfillment page offers "made to measure bespoke fine art conservation framing, and also solid wood FSC certified pre-made frames," so an artist can sell small, highly limited editions in bespoke frames alongside larger, lower-cost editions in pre-made ones. The homepage describes the frames as museum-quality in black, white or oak. The help center's printing section also covers mounting and glazing.
The product line is not limited to wall art. The homepage lists "High-end merch printing on organic cotton t-shirts" under fulfillment by theprintspace, and it talks about art and merch drops.
Where it prints
The pages name the production sites in three slightly different ways. The fulfillment page says "Global fulfilment from London, Düsseldorf and New York," and calls this "fast, reliable and cost effective," with "No factories, tariffs or carbon-intensive transatlantic couriers." The homepage says prints are "Shipped worldwide from London, New York and Berlin." A help center article says theprintspace ships from facilities in the UK, Germany and the US, and that the delivery method depends on order type, size and destination. What all three agree on is one site in the UK, one in Germany and one in the US.
How selling works
An artist signs up free, uploads images and builds products. The homepage says a seller can "Upload images and start selling within 3 minutes." The help center answers the fee question plainly: "There are no upfront fees and no monthly subscription required to create print products and sell them through creativehub." The homepage adds "No upfront costs, no unsold stock. Every print is made when it's bought," and "Your margins are clear before you launch, not after." A sales estimator asks a few questions and estimates what an artist's drops could earn.
Orders reach the lab in two ways. An artist can sell through the creativehub store, which goes live when a drop launches and is built "on your domain, in your design, for your collectors," according to the About page. Or the artist connects an existing store: the help center's "Connect your store" section covers Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, Squarespace "and more," and says connecting "lets us sync products, orders, and tracking automatically. When an order comes in, we produce and dispatch it." The help center also has sections on costs, pricing tiers, payouts and billing, and on shipping rates and delivery times, though the landing page does not print the figures.
Drops, auctions and marketing
The platform is built around timed releases. The help center says "Timed drops plus email early access is the strategy creativehub is built around," because time-limited releases convert better than always-on listings. The homepage says a drop can launch "in under an hour," with guidance on product selection, editions and pricing plus a ready-made marketing strategy. A marketing plan is, in the help center's words, "a dated, step-by-step promotion schedule for one drop." Analytics track revenue, conversion and audience growth per drop, benchmarked against other drops.
Auctions let an artist sell originals "from your own store page, under your own brand." The artist adds lots and picks a sale window; bidding runs with a live countdown and a soft close. The homepage says creativehub handles payments, tax, invoicing, delivery and disputes, while "You pack the work and get paid," so originals are shipped by the artist, not printed by the lab.
The company also runs a free email course, "five short emails" drawn from "700 real releases," and a content inspiration page of artist posts, grouped by type, from reveals and process videos to drop announcements.
Branding and collector extras
Branding is the platform's central promise. The About page says "Everything is done in your name, with your brand. No "data sharing", no subtle insertion into your collector relationships," and that creativehub will "fulfil your orders under your brand. Your packaging, your letter, your certificate. Everything in the parcel carries your name." The homepage lists numbered certificates, hand signing, letters to buyers and the artist's branding on the packaging. The help center has a section on certificates of authenticity, signatures, custom inserts and collector documentation, and the About page shows an edition print that leaves the lab "with the artist's own signature, certificate and tube label."
Sustainability
The fulfillment page calls theprintspace "the first and only global fine art and photographic printing service committed to end-to-end carbon neutral production." It says: "Order packaging is sustainably sourced, recyclable or biodegradable, and the emissions from production to delivery are offset through investment in renewable energy projects." These are the company's own claims.
Support
The help center groups its articles by topic, from getting started and store connections to printing, orders and payments, and it includes a refund and reprint policy for orders that arrive with defects or not accurate to the file. The About page gives an email address and a contact form. The site is offered in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Who it suits
creativehub fits artists and photographers who sell to their own followers and want the prints, packaging and certificates to carry their name, not a platform's. Its Giclée and C-type papers and conservation framing suit fine art editions, and the drop, auction and marketing tools suit artists who sell in timed releases. Sellers already on Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce or Squarespace can connect their store and keep it, with production split across the UK, Germany and the US.
It is a weaker fit for a seller who wants a wide merchandise catalog, since the pages show art prints, framing and organic cotton T-shirts, or for anyone who wants to compare unit costs before signing up, because the costs sit inside the account.
