What Lumaprints is
Lumaprints is a print-on-demand partner that does one thing: custom wall art. It prints canvas, framed canvas, fine art paper, framed fine art paper, foam-mounted fine art paper, metal and peel-and-stick prints, and it ships them white-label to a seller's customers. The company has 2 manufacturing sites in the United States, one in Anaheim, California and one in Louisville, Kentucky. Its home page describes it as "Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Services for Artists, Photographers & Online Stores" and sums up the offer as premium-quality prints and white-label print-on-demand services at an affordable price.
The pitch to sellers is simple: the seller builds the business and the audience, while Lumaprints manages "production, fulfillment, and delivery." Its stated mission is to provide "the highest quality wall art at affordable prices."
What a seller gets
The product range is built entirely around wall decor. The seven lines are:
- Canvas prints
- Framed canvas prints
- Fine art paper prints
- Framed fine art paper prints
- Foam-mounted fine art paper prints
- Metal prints
- Peel and stick prints
Lumaprints says it focuses on "high-quality premium custom wall art prints" and uses "archival inks and top-of-the-line printers that are regularly calibrated for color accuracy so quality stays consistent order to order." For a photographer or painter reselling reproductions, consistent color from one order to the next is the practical meaning of that sentence.
Orders can be made and shipped on demand, "to you or your customers, no matter how small or large the quantity." That covers both models a wall art seller might run: pure dropshipping, where each customer order is printed and sent directly, and ordering prints to the seller's own address for markets, galleries or stock.
The dropshipping flow is described in a few steps. The seller signs up and connects a store. Orders are then sent to Lumaprints automatically "for processing, printing, packaging and shipping directly to your customers." Under the heading Smooth Automation the company adds that once a seller orders a product and saves it in the Lumaprints library, it takes over fulfillment from start to finish.
Integrations and ordering
Store integration is one of the company's three service pillars, alongside print-on-demand fulfillment and bulk orders. The home page names its connections: "Connect with our API or your e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay, BigCommerce, Wix, Big Cartel, Squarespace, Weebly, and Ecwid." The FAQ also names ShipStation among the integrations and says "Orders can be automatically routed to production and delivery, cutting out manual work and simplifying order fulfillment." The company states that it integrates with all major shopping carts so sellers "never have to slow down with manual entry or data imports."
That list matters for the seller who sells in several places at once. An artist with an Etsy shop and a Squarespace site, or a brand on Shopify and Amazon, can route both to the same printer. The API covers developers and larger shops that run their own systems.
Branding and packaging
White-label fulfillment is standard. The FAQ answers the question directly: "Yes. All orders are shipped with white-label packaging without any Lumaprints branding inside the package, so you can ship products directly to your customers under your own brand." It goes further than plain packaging: "We also offer free branded inserts and for our canvas products we can print your logo on the back." For a seller building a brand, a free insert and a logo on the back of each canvas are small but useful touches the customer will see when unpacking.
Production time, shipping and bulk orders
The FAQ gives the production window: print-on-demand orders "are produced and ready to ship within 2–3 business days." It adds that production times may vary for bulk orders and points buyers to customer support for details.
On shipping, the company ties speed and cost to its 2 sites. Under the heading Coast to Coast US Shipping, it says the Anaheim and Louisville facilities help "you and your customers enjoy faster shipping times and lower delivery costs."
Bulk ordering is the third service. The page says "Since our pricing is already competitive, buying more brings the cost down further," and suggests it for stocking a store, an organization, an event or personal use. It adds that its team and facility "are well-matched to meet your target quantities." Prices themselves sit on a separate pricing page rather than on the home page. Under Competitive Pricing, the company says it helps keep costs down so sellers can enjoy higher profit margins without sacrificing quality or service. Consumers can order too, and the page says they get "the same premium wall art prints at the same wholesale prices."
Support and resources
Lumaprints puts weight on customer service, describing it as "Top-Rated Customer Service" and saying "Our top priority is to go above and beyond." New sellers can schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation with onboarding specialists to get their store set up. The company runs live webinars with open Q&A sessions every other Thursday at 10 am PST, and it publishes tutorials, a blog and marketing assets.
Testimonials on the home page come from working artists. Photographer Bejamin Edwards writes "Amazing quality and top notch customer service." Artist Maria Leticia Montiel says that with a good scan of a painting "I can not tell which is the original and which is the reproduction." Bekka Mclawhorn, owner of Jesus Is The Christ Prints, says the team "caught several of my errors and have made sure that only the highest of quality ends up with our customers."
Who it suits
The company lists who it serves: artists, photographers, interior designers, retail stores, print shops, e-commerce stores, galleries and museums, from those "just starting out" to established businesses. It is a strong fit for anyone whose product is wall art: a photographer selling canvas and metal prints through Etsy, a painter offering fine art paper reproductions through Squarespace, or an e-commerce brand that wants framed art alongside other products and a logo on the back of every canvas. The US production sites suit sellers whose customers are mainly in the United States.
The limits follow from the focus. Lumaprints makes wall art only, so a seller who also needs apparel, mugs or stickers will need a second supplier, and per-product prices have to be checked on the pricing page before planning margins.
