What MYPOSTER is

MYPOSTER is a German photo print company that turns customers' photos into wall art, photo books, calendars, cards, collages, prints and planners. Its home page says "Wir produzieren selbst in Deutschland" (we produce ourselves in Germany). Alongside its consumer shop it runs a white-label dropshipping service for resellers and e-commerce sites: the seller sells the product, MYPOSTER prints it and ships it to the seller's customer in the seller's name.

The white-label page calls MYPOSTER a "Spezialist für Fotodrucke" (specialist in photo prints) that offers small and large formats with dropshipping, and describes the service as "kostenfrei" (free of charge). For a reseller that combination matters: an established consumer printer with large production, no fee to use the service, and a documented API for the day volume grows.

What a seller gets from the white-label service

The core promise is neutral shipping in the seller's name. The white-label page lists the advantages:

  • "die Marke MYPOSTER bleibt für Ihre Kunden unsichtbar" (the MYPOSTER brand stays invisible to your customers).
  • "Sie bestimmen Ihre Marge und den Verkaufs-Preis" (you set your margin and the selling price).
  • MYPOSTER handles the whole process from production to shipping.
  • The white-label or dropshipping account is set up in a few steps in the customer account.
  • Sellers get a special white-label discount.
  • An API is available from 40 orders a day.

The Belgian French version of the page adds a detail that matters to a brand: "Votre nom, adresse et logo (si souhaité) apparaissent sur la facture et bon de livraison" (your name, address and logo, if you wish, appear on the invoice and delivery note). It also says the seller's address and logo appear on the parcel, so that "Vous êtes le fabricant aux yeux du client" (you are the manufacturer in the customer's eyes).

Product choice is broad. The German page says all products are available "bis auf Fotobücher und Bilderboxen" (except photo books and picture boxes). That leaves the wall art range, calendars, cards, collages, prints, frames and more. The page also highlights "Premiumdrucke millimetergenau konfigurierbar" (premium prints configurable to the millimeter), which lets a reseller sell custom sizes rather than a fixed format list.

How to set it up

White-label ordering runs through a normal MYPOSTER customer account. The page lists 4 steps: log in to the customer account, enter the sender address you want, save and check the details, and activate the White Label Service. Once it is active, a notice at the top of the screen reads "White Label Service für diese Bestellung aktiv" (white label service active for this order). The order confirmation, invoice and tracking link go to the email address stored in the account, not to the end customer. The key line for a new seller is: "Der White Label Service ist kostenfrei und kann ab der ersten Bestellung genutzt werden" (the white label service is free and can be used from the first order).

The API for larger resellers

Sellers with volume can connect directly. The German page describes the MYPOSTER API as "der direkte Draht zu MYPOSTER" (the direct line to MYPOSTER): partners send orders straight into production through a REST interface, with support for JSON and YAML as exchange formats. Through the API, MYPOSTER can also take on dropshipping to the end customer, including white-label production, and partners can follow the production status of their orders in real time. The API is offered from 40 orders a day, and interested sellers are asked to write to firmenservice@myposter.de.

Business customers also get volume terms. The German page advertises "Sonderkonditionen ab 500 € Auftragswert" (special conditions from 500 € order value) and personal advice from its experts, and the Belgian page gives its threshold as 350 CHF. The German page lists a phone number for business and large customers, +49 8131 - 380 30 62, next to the same email address. The Belgian French page gives +33 (0)1 76 54 15 93 and service-entreprise@myposter.fr for business contacts.

Products, prices and delivery

The product range on the home page spans wall art (posters, canvas, aluminum dibond and acrylic glass), photo books, children's books, notebooks, photo prints, photo calendars, photo collages, framed pictures, cards and accessories. The home page showed sale prices for the consumer shop, which give a sense of the retail level a reseller competes with: canvas 80 x 60 cm at 39,99 € (regular 72,99 €), a 70 x 50 cm poster at 16,99 € (regular 30,99 €), an A4 hardcover photo book at 24,99 € (regular 35,99 €), a poster in a wooden frame at 69,99 €, a wall calendar at 16,99 € and 75 photo prints in 15 x 10 cm at 8,99 €. These are consumer prices including VAT, not reseller rates; white-label pricing comes with the separate white-label discount.

For speed, MYPOSTER offers an express option: "Bis 11 Uhr bestellen: garantierte Lieferung am nächsten Tag" (order by 11 o'clock, guaranteed delivery the next day). The company runs country sites, including myposter.de and myposter.be in French and Dutch, and each footer lists its delivery countries.

Scale and reputation

MYPOSTER gives several size signals. The German home page says "Erlebe selbst, was jährlich über 1 Mio. Kunden begeistert" (see for yourself what delights over 1 million customers a year) and "Über 5.000.000 verkaufte Produkte sprechen für sich" (the products sold speak for themselves). The German site shows a TrustScore of 4.6 based on 21680 reviews, and the Belgian French page a TrustScore of 4.5 based on 4413 reviews. Short customer comments include "einfacher Prozess, gute Qualität" (simple process, good quality) and "schnell unkompliziert und einwandfreie qualität" (fast, uncomplicated and flawless quality). The home page also mentions AI tools and an app with live preview for designing products.

Who it suits

MYPOSTER suits resellers, photographers and e-commerce shops selling photo-based wall art, calendars, cards and prints who want a large German producer to ship under their own name. The free white-label service usable from the first order makes it easy to start small, custom sizes to the millimeter help sellers who want non-standard formats, and next-day express covers urgent orders. Once a shop reaches 40 orders a day, the REST API with real-time status gives a clear path to automation.

The limits are worth knowing. Photo books and picture boxes are excluded from the white-label range, smaller sellers submit orders through the customer account rather than an API, and reseller unit prices are not on the page, so margins have to be worked out once the white-label discount is known.
