What Printile is

Printile is a Brazilian print-on-demand company for decorative framed art. It combines 2 things: an online store platform for selling "quadros" (framed pictures) and the factory that produces them. The footer describes it as a "Plataforma de loja virtual e produção sob demanda de quadros decorativos para marcas brasileiras" (online store platform and on-demand production of decorative frames for Brazilian brands). The headline pitch is "Venda quadros com a sua marca, sem estoque e sem produção" (sell frames under your own brand, with no stock and no production), and the service is summed up as "Você vende. A Printile produz, embala e entrega" (you sell, Printile produces, packs and delivers).

The FAQ puts it more plainly: Printile is the store platform for decorative frames "e também a sua fábrica" (and also your factory). The seller builds a store with Printile, connects an existing one or enters orders by hand, and Printile prints, frames, packs and ships straight to the customer.

What a seller gets

Products. The range is wall art only, with a focus on framed pieces:

• Quadro com moldura caixa (box-frame picture), from A4 to 90×120.
• Quadro com moldura tradicional (traditional frame).
• Poster fine art, from A3 to 70×100.
• Composições de quadros (frame compositions) and kits combinados (combined kits).

Printile summarizes the quality side as "Impressão fine art, molduras premium e embalagem de alta proteção" (fine art printing, premium frames and high-protection packaging), with a rigid, reinforced box for shipping. Its tagline strip lists "produção nacional • white label • sem estoque • molduras premium" (national production, white label, no stock, premium frames).

Production. Each sale "cai direto na nossa fábrica: impressão fine art, moldura, controle de qualidade e embalagem reforçada" (goes straight to our factory: fine art printing, framing, quality control and reinforced packaging). Nothing is made until a sale happens: the FAQ says production only takes place after the sale, and there is "sem pedido mínimo" (no minimum order).

Listing tools. The seller uploads images, chooses sizes and frames, and Printile "gera os mockups e os preços automaticamente" (generates the mockups and the prices automatically). The platform keeps storefront, catalog, orders, production and tracking in one panel.

Branding. Every shipment is white-label. The FAQ says "Todos os envios são white label, com a identidade da sua loja no pacote e na nota de acompanhamento" (all shipments are white label, with your store's identity on the package and the accompanying note).

Three ways to take orders

Printile describes 3 routes into the same production flow.

1. A Printile store. The seller creates a store on Printile with its own domain, catalog and ready checkout. The home page shows a demo storefront at a sample address with a "Mais vendidos" (best sellers) row and a checkout under the seller's brand.
2. Nuvemshop integration. For sellers already on another platform: "Hoje temos integração nativa com a Nuvemshop: os pedidos entram direto na produção e o rastreio volta para a sua loja" (we now have native Nuvemshop integration: orders go straight into production and tracking flows back to your store).
3. Manual orders. For sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopee or marketplaces, the seller can "criar pedidos manuais direto no painel da Printile e atender vendas feitas em qualquer canal" (create manual orders directly in the Printile panel and fulfill sales made on any channel).

That third route is useful for the many small sellers who sell through social media and messaging rather than a store.

Plans and pricing

Printile publishes 3 plans. The seller also pays Printile per order for the items produced: the FAQ says "Você define o preço de venda dos seus produtos e paga a Printile apenas pelos itens produzidos, por pedido" (you set your products' selling price and pay Printile only for the items produced, per order).

• Starter, free. For sellers who send orders manually or already sell on another channel. It includes unlimited manual orders, shipping labels and tracking and email support, and does not include a public store.
• Plus, R$ 59,90 per month (marked as the most chosen plan). Everything in Starter, plus a public store with a custom domain, the Nuvemshop integration, up to 200 published products, store customization (sections, pages, coupons) and WhatsApp support.
• Pro, R$ 99,90 per month. Everything in Plus, plus up to 500 published products, a product customizer, a store without the Printile seal, abandoned cart recovery and priority support.

The paid plans can be tried for 7 days free "sem cartão" (without a card), and the FAQ says sellers can upgrade or downgrade at any time in the panel "sem multa" (with no penalty).

The demo storefront on the home page gives an idea of retail price points: Abstrato Cobalto at 60 × 90 cm for R$ 189,00, Botânico Sépia at 40 × 50 cm for R$ 129,00, Geométrico Retrô at 30 × 40 cm for R$ 89,00 and Retrato Floral at 50 × 70 cm for R$ 149,00. On the product mockup the page notes "Você define o preço de venda" (you set the selling price), so these are illustrations of a store, not Printile's production costs, which the public page does not list.

Shipping, scale and support

Printile ships "com embalagem neutra para todo o Brasil, com rastreio em tempo real para você e para o seu cliente" (in neutral packaging to all of Brazil, with real-time tracking for you and your customer). Brazil is the only delivery area the site names.

On scale, the home page shows "+ 180 mil quadros vendidos" (frames sold), a revenue figure for its stores, and an average buyer rating ("avaliação média dos compradores") of 4,9 stars or more. The copyright line runs from 2017.

Support runs through WhatsApp at (11) 92209-9764 and email at sac@printile.com.br, with a "Falar com especialista" (talk to a specialist) option. The FAQ section on the home page says it holds 19 questions on products, artwork, shipping, warranty and prices.

Who it suits

Printile suits Brazilian sellers, artists and small brands who want to sell framed wall art under their own name without buying stock or equipment. The free Starter plan with unlimited manual orders fits someone selling through Instagram or WhatsApp. The Plus plan gives a branded store with a custom domain and the Nuvemshop connection, and Pro adds a product customizer and removes the Printile seal for sellers with volume. White-label packaging and tracking for the end customer make the seller look like the maker.

It is built for Brazil, and Brazil is the only market it ships to on its pages. Sellers who need products other than framed pictures and posters will need a second supplier.
