PrintShrimp is a print-on-demand service for wall art: posters, art prints and framed prints, printed after a sale and shipped to the seller's customer under the seller's brand. The footer describes it as a global print-on-demand service for wall art, poster printing and framed prints, and the homepage names its customers as "Etsy sellers, brands and independent artists." Instead of shipping everything from one factory, it routes each order to a partner printer close to the buyer. The homepage says it offers art print fulfillment "across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and Africa through our global network of commerical printing factories."

What a seller gets

The model is set out in three steps on the homepage: "Use AI or design prints yourself," "Sell on Etsy, Shopify etc.," and "Our factories handle all" fulfillment. The seller supplies the artwork and the store; PrintShrimp prints, packs and ships each order. The FAQ is direct on money and commitments: "Signing up is free. You only pay when an order comes in. No monthly fees, no minimums." Another answer adds: "No minimums, ever. No minimum order quantity, no monthly minimums, no commitments. Order one print or a thousand, whenever you need." The API page adds "Unlimited designs," so a seller can list as many products as they want.

The products. The range is narrow on purpose. Art prints are "Carefully printed on archival paper," and framed prints come in "Solid wood frames with premium finishes, ready to hang out of the box." The paper spec in the FAQ is "Heavyweight 200gsm+ paper as standard, with up to 260gsm in select regions," and the API page lists "matte, gloss, or satin finishes." Frames come in "White, Black and Oak finishes." The company's pitch for the paper is "Gallery grade paper. Heavyweight stock that looks and feels premium." There are no garments, mugs or phone cases here. The menu also links to a "Merch Printing" use case and a "Business Printing" page, but the product the site describes in detail is wall art.

Branding. Fulfillment is white label. The API page says "Your brand is the only one your customers see. No external logos, no third-party packing slips, just your art in their hands," and the eBay FAQ repeats it: "no branding, no tags, no labels. Your customer only ever sees your brand."

Where orders are printed. Routing is the core of the service. "We print locally in the UK, US, EU, Asia, and Australia," the API page says, "That means faster delivery, lower shipping costs, and no customs fees for your users." The eBay page names the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia and describes "routing each order to a nearby printer." The FAQ says shipping goes through local couriers in each region, chosen by the customer's location and the print size. The company adds a quality claim for this setup: "Our prints look the same whether fulfilled in the UK, US, or Australia." One testimonial explains why routing matters: a seller who had been printing and posting for years says that when "DHL stopped shipping stateside," he "moved all US based orders to printshrimp."

Integrations and order flow

The Store Integrations menu lists Etsy, Shopify, WordPress, NOTHS and eBay, plus two API products: "API For Art Stores" and "API For AI Platforms." For Etsy, the FAQ says "Just link your Etsy account in the PrintShrimp dashboard. Orders sync automatically and we handle the rest."

eBay works differently, and the eBay page is honest about it: "There's no direct connection. Instead, we built a custom CSV importer." The seller uploads print-ready artwork to the PrintShrimp portal with "Bulk Upload," downloads open orders from eBay's Seller Hub as a CSV report, drops that file into the importer, and matches SKUs. eBay calls the SKU field the "custom label"; if it matches the PrintShrimp SKU, "the right poster file is linked to each order automatically." If not, addresses still import and the seller adds files by hand. A final check comes before payment, and the tracking number "is available in PrintShrimp as soon as your order ships."

The API is pitched at "poster brands, Shopify merchants, and online marketplaces," as well as retailers and app builders who want PrintShrimp to "handle A-Z" fulfillment. "You simply send the order data via the API, and we take care of the rest." Documentation is "available once you sign up."

Seller tools and training

PrintShrimp builds tools aimed mostly at Etsy sellers. The Tools menu lists Bulk Listing for Etsy, Bulk Mockup, Bulk Edit Variations and Bulk Edit Etsy SKUs. The bulk listing tool offers "AI-written listings" with titles, descriptions and tags, lets a seller "List hundreds of products in one go," and keeps a review step "before anything goes live." The Bulk Mockup Generator takes several designs at once, places them in lifestyle scenes and formats them "for Etsy, Shopify & more."

There is also a free learning community ("Free courses," "Step-by-step lessons on selling wall art" and an "Active community"), plus a poster guide and a paper quality page. Several testimonials credit it. One Etsy seller writes that she "was able to start poster business on Etsy" by following the company's free Skool course.

Pricing, speed and guarantees

The site keeps its price list in a pricing table behind the Pricing link. The homepage banner offers "20% off 3+ prints to the same address!" High-volume sellers are invited to "Switch to PrintShrimp" for "custom pricing based on your volume" and a free sample. The API page puts the seller's margin at £6 to £40+ profit per sale, framed as "Low production cost, premium selling price."

On speed, the FAQ says "Orders in the UK, USA, Australia normally ship the same or next working day," with a per-country breakdown in the price table. The API page says "Same day shipping in most locations by standard." Tracking is included.

The guarantee that matters most for a seller is "Free reships: If an order is damaged, lost, or printed incorrectly, we reprint and resend it." Order details can be changed before the order is finalized, and after payment "email us at hey@printshrimp.com and we'll do our best."

Scale and support

The homepage claims "200,000+ Prints Delivered," "7,500+ Stores Using PrintShrimp," use by "5,000+ businesses" on "10+ platforms," customer photos from "100+ countries" and a rating of "4.8 on Major Review Platforms." It also counts "5,000,000+ Air Miles Saved" by printing near the customer.

Support is a strong point in the testimonials. The company says it prides itself "on never using AI customer support" and promises "Speak to a human with any issues, every time." The contact address is hey@printshrimp.com. The business is registered as Printshrimp Ltd, 321-323 High Road, Essex, RM6 6AX, UK, Company No. 15674576, and the footer notes "PrintShrimp Ltd for UK sales and PrintShrimp Artwork Services FZCO for non-UK sales."

Who PrintShrimp suits

PrintShrimp suits poster and art print sellers, especially on Etsy, who sell to buyers in several countries and want each order printed close to the customer. The Etsy sync, the bulk listing and mockup tools and the free course make it an easy start for a beginner, while the API, custom volume pricing and eBay CSV import serve established shops and platforms. The free reprint on damaged, lost or misprinted orders and the human support are the reasons sellers give for staying.

It suits less well a seller who wants apparel or homeware under the same account, since the detailed range is posters, art prints and frames. For a seller whose products hang on a wall, the local routing and the tooling are the reasons to look.
