Ajna Clothings

Ajna Clothings is a t-shirt and apparel manufacturer in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, that runs a print-on-demand and t-shirt dropshipping service for clothing brands and ecommerce sellers in India. Its print-on-demand page describes the offer as "custom t-shirt printing and private-label branding to packing and order fulfilment", helping businesses "launch and scale without holding large inventories". The same company also makes custom and plain t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms and jackets in bulk, which is where most of its site's attention goes.

What a seller gets

The print-on-demand page sets out the process in four steps. You share t-shirt designs that fit your brand. Ajna reproduces them with what it calls high-quality printing technology. The order goes through printing, quality control checks, packing and preparation for shipment. Then "We deliver your order directly to your customer address". The FAQ puts it in seller terms: when a customer places an order, Ajna prints the selected design on the chosen t-shirt and handles the whole fulfillment process, so the seller can focus on the brand. It adds that sellers only pay for the product when it is sold.

The service list on that page reads premium t-shirt printing, custom logo and private labels, flexible order quantities, and POD order fulfillment. Ajna names DTG printing as its method for this work, describing detailed, durable DTG prints suited to custom t-shirts, small batches and print-on-demand orders. The wider site also has a general t-shirt printing service and lists embroidered t-shirts among its products.

Orders are placed through direct contact rather than a self-service platform: the site's calls to action are a free price quote, "Talk to POD Expert", a phone line, email and a chat widget. Sellers who want to feature their own designs are welcome to; the FAQ answers "Absolutely!" to that question. For bulk work the home page describes the same personal route: a quick enquiry by phone or quote form, confirmation of the order by call, then manufacture. Its manufacturing process runs from pre-production and pattern development through fabric sourcing and sampling to quality checking, and the home page says every bulk order comes with a specialized designer and account manager.

Catalog

The print-on-demand page says its dropshipping services cover t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts and jackets, and lists polo t-shirts, varsity jackets, corporate t-shirts, sweatshirts, oversized t-shirts, bomber jackets and Supima cotton t-shirts among the customizable styles. The home page adds crew neck, round neck, v-neck, henley and raglan cuts, long sleeves, sewn types, tracks and embroidered t-shirts, for men, women and kids. Women's items include crop tops, collar neck t-shirts and crop hoodies; kids' items include sportswear and sleeveless tops. The company also makes uniforms for schools, corporates, hotels, hospitals and industry.

On fabric, the home page says its t-shirts are made in weights from 190 GSM to 240 GSM, and the FAQ lists cotton, polyester and blends as the usual materials. Several banners stress 100% cotton.

Minimums, turnaround and delivery

The minimum order is where a seller needs to read carefully. The print-on-demand page says, under its advantages section, "Ajna Clothings manufactures custom apparel against confirmed bulk orders with a standard MOQ of 100 pieces per colour and style." A few lines later it says it provides "hassle-free solutions for your business small-batch or single-item production." The home page describes production capacity as "from 100pcs per style to thousands and more", and its FAQ says there is no ready stock: everything is made to the customer's color and design against confirmed orders. The two statements sit side by side on the page, so the real minimum for a POD seller's product is a point to settle in the quote.

On timing, the FAQ says orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of placement and that delivery depends on the buyer's location. The home page adds that production and delivery timelines are confirmed after reviewing the garment style, quantity, customization and destination.

Delivery is pan-India. The print-on-demand page speaks of "pan-India delivery support" and fast delivery "across India for all orders", and the site has service pages for Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Delhi and Mumbai. The home page FAQ says the company supplies across India "and export internationally".

Branding and quality

Private labels and custom branding are part of the POD offer, and the home page says it makes t-shirts for "many top merchandise brands in India and overseas". Every garment is "checked for fabric quality, print finish, stitching and packing consistency before it is prepared for fulfilment", and the manufacturing section mentions a dedicated quality checking team. Samples are available: the FAQ says that if the sample is in stock, the company photographs it and sends it by express, and the process section says it provides sample tees before bulk production.

The team, according to the home page, includes B-Tech textile graduates with 18 years of experience, and the print-on-demand page claims "18+ Years of Apparel Printing Experience". The home page also cites 2000+ completed orders and "Trusted By 15000+ Happy Customers", and a trust score of 4.8 based on Google reviews appears on the print-on-demand page.

What customers say

The reviews on the home page come through Trustindex from Google. A small brand that ran a kidswear production with Ajna describes "clean construction, good fabric handling, and the garments came out exactly as specced", with print results that were "sharp, well-registered". A customer who ordered for a college over two years reports "good quality prints and material" and a team that is "very helpful throughout the process". Another long-term client says the team is "very quick to resolve any rare issues or confusions".

Who it suits

Ajna Clothings suits an Indian clothing brand or ecommerce seller that wants a Tirupur manufacturer to print, label, pack and ship t-shirts and other apparel to its customers, with DTG for small runs and bulk manufacturing on hand once a design sells. Private labels, a fabric weight range from 190 to 240 GSM and a broad catalog of cuts give a brand room to build a proper line. The caveats are in the page itself: the service runs on quotes and direct contact rather than an automated store connection, and the stated 100-piece standard minimum per color and style needs to be reconciled with the single-item promise before a seller commits.
