What Ciptaloka is

Ciptaloka is an Indonesian custom printing platform, run by Ciptaloka Intermedia Nusantara, that prints a customer's own design on apparel, drinkware, bags, phone cases, home decor and photo products one piece at a time. Its About section describes it as an e-commerce platform offering a "Print on Demand" service "untuk mencetak gambar secara custom di berbagai macam media" (for printing custom images on many kinds of media), naming t-shirts, jackets, phone cases for iPhone, Samsung and other brands, accessories, hats and bags. The site is in Indonesian, prices are in rupiah, and alongside retail orders it runs a dropshipper and reseller partnership and wholesale pricing for bulk orders.

What a seller actually gets

The core promise is no minimum order. The homepage says "Anda dapat memesan produk custom secara satuan, tidak ada batasan minimum order. Pesan satu pun boleh dan ada diskon khusus untuk pemesanan dalam jumlah banyak" (you can order custom products one at a time, there is no minimum order, a single piece is fine, and there are special discounts for large orders). A seller designs a product in the online editor ("Desain Produk Custom Merchandise Kamu dengan Online Editor Ciptaloka"), which also offers templates, then orders one piece or many.

For people who want to sell rather than buy for themselves, the menu carries a "Partnership" section titled "Dropshipper / Reseller," and a "Jualan" (selling) menu with the same program. For volume, the wholesale section covers custom t-shirts, tote bags and bottles and advertises "Diskon Sampai dengan 30% untuk Harga Spesial Grosir" (discounts of up to 30% at special wholesale prices).

Two services lower the barrier. The first is free design help: "kami juga menyediakan jasa desain gratis, untuk mengerjakan desain-desain sederhana" (we also provide a free design service for simple designs). The second is a guarantee: "Garansi 100% uang kembali jika produk yang kamu terima dalam keadaan rusak atau terjadi kesalahan printing" (a 100% money-back guarantee if the product arrives damaged or has a printing error). Production uses what the site calls "teknologi digital printing terkini" (the latest digital printing technology), and it promises that "Hasil print dijamin tajam, jernih, dan tahan lama" (prints are guaranteed sharp, clear and durable). The site says it works with trusted couriers and has an order status checker.

Apparel

The apparel range uses named blanks, with prices listed per piece. From the RedMango line, the Kaos O-Neck RedMango Premium is Rp. 59.000, the full-print O-neck tee Rp. 95.000, the women's tee Rp. 30.000, the kids' tee Rp. 43.000, the collared polo Rp. 73.000, the men's long-sleeve tee and the 3/4 raglan Rp. 76.000 each, the crewneck sweater Rp. 110.000, the Hoodie Jumper Rp. 130.000 and the Hoodie Zipper Resleting Rp. 140.000. The menu also lists bomber jackets and sweaters.

Drinkware, bags and accessories

Mugs include the white mug and heart mug at Rp. 30.000, the Mug Buglon (magic mug) at Rp. 40.000, the silver ceramic mug and colored-handle premium mug at Rp. 45.000, a spoon mug from Rp. 40.000 and the Mug Enamel Premium at Rp. 58.000. Bottles run from plastic bottles at Rp. 30.000 and a 500ml carabiner sport bottle at Rp. 40.000 to the Botol Tumbler LED Suhu (a temperature display tumbler) at Rp. 42.500 and a stainless kids' bottle and a bowling-shaped thermos at Rp. 95.000 each.

Canvas tote bags in landscape or portrait format cost Rp. 45.000, a full-print tote Rp. 68.000. Hats include a baseball cap and a bucket hat at Rp. 40.000 and a trucker cap at Rp. 28.000. Smaller items include a mousepad at Rp. 22.500, a paracord bracelet at Rp. 60.000, a men's canvas wallet and a nylon passport wallet at Rp. 65.000, a vehicle document and key wallet at Rp. 55.000, A5 and A6 spiral notebooks at Rp. 45.000 and Rp. 30.000, a leather A5 notebook at Rp. 55.000, a large A5 binder at Rp. 80.000, a small pin at Rp. 3.000 and an ID card at Rp. 10.000. Customer feedback and contact

Reviews on the homepage come from customers across Java. One customer from Sumedang wrote that they had been ordering custom tees "dari tahun 2019" (since 2019) and that the fabric is cool, the fit right and the print durable. A customer in Purbalingga described an order placed on a Wednesday afternoon, shipped Thursday and delivered Friday evening, "hasil sesuai dengan design" (matching the design). A customer in Indramayu praised a Flazz e-money card order that topped up without problems.
