Who It Is
Crea tu Playera is a Mexican print-on-demand company that prints T-shirts, polos and sweatshirts by direct-to-garment (DTG) and ships them across Mexico, either to people ordering for themselves or, through its dropshipping service, to the customers of online sellers. Its dropshipping page opens with "Tu vende, nosotros imprimimos y enviamos" (you sell, we print and ship), and the company describes itself as "la empresa líder en México de impresión bajo demanda (Print on demand) y dropshipping" (the leading print-on-demand and dropshipping company in Mexico). The homepage title promises "Envíos a todo México" (shipping throughout Mexico), and the site is in Spanish throughout. The homepage pitches custom products "para vender, tu empresa, regalos" (to sell, for your company, as gifts) in three moves: choose the product, upload the design, and the company prints and ships. Alongside the seller service it runs a direct order service for one-off pieces and a uniforms service for businesses.
The dropshipping model is spelled out on the company's blog: a seller puts their own designs on blank garments and sells them under their own brand, and "pagas por el producto hasta después de haberlo vendido" (you pay for the product only after you have sold it). Each time a sale comes in, Crea tu Playera prints the item and ships it to the customer under the seller's brand. The dropshipping page counts "5,000+ tiendas conectadas" (5,000+ connected stores), and the homepage claims "70,000 órdenes entregadas" (70,000 orders delivered).
What A Seller Gets
The site lays out the flow in four steps. The customer buys from the seller's online store or marketplace. Crea tu Playera receives the order with the purchase details and the customer's shipping address. It prints and ships. The result is "Un cliente nuevo satisfecho con tu marca" (a new customer happy with your brand). There is no stock and no minimum: "Sin inventarios ni mínimos por orden. Pide desde 1 Pieza" (no inventory and no order minimums; order from 1 piece).
Three order routes are offered. The Shopify integration runs "desde la Aplicación" (from the app), with automatic orders, product publishing, automatic tracking, order status visibility and "Envío en menos de 72 horas" (shipping in under 72 hours). The Mercado Libre integration covers product publishing, automatic orders and order status, with "Envío antes de las 2:00pm del día siguiente hábil" (shipping before 2:00pm on the next business day). Manual orders let a seller create products, place orders, follow status and get a tracking number. The technology section adds "Nos integramos a tu tienda en linea o marketplace a través de nuestras aplicaciones o API" and "Enviamos tus pedidos en 24 horas" (we integrate with your online store or marketplace through our apps or API; we ship your orders in 24 hours).
The blog fills in what the integrations page leaves short. The Shopify app was built by the company to connect a store and automate the whole process. For Wix, WooCommerce, Tienda Nube and Etsy there is no app like the Shopify one, but a seller can connect "mediante API" (by API) or use the company's print-on-demand platform, which the blog admits is a little more manual. The homepage lists Mercado Libre, Shopify and social media among the places a seller can sell. The blog also describes a second marketplace option: a seller can upload designs to Crea tu Playera's own store on Mercado Libre and receive earnings on each sale, while the company handles selling, printing and shipping.
Products And Printing
The catalog is apparel. T-shirts (playeras) come in short sleeve, long sleeve and sleeveless cuts, crew neck, polo and V-neck styles, 100% cotton and poly-cotton fabrics, and sport, oversized and fitted (silueta) versions. Sweatshirts (sudaderas) come as crew necks, hoodies and zip hoodies. The menu groups products into best sellers, the softest styles and sport or performance pieces, and by use: events, businesses, sports teams and gifts. Uniforms are a separate service, with reorders "desde 1 pieza" (from 1 piece) so a team always has matching shirts.
Printing is DTG. The homepage says the method reproduces gradients, photos and logos "sin límite de colores y sin pedidos mínimos" (with no color limit and no minimum order), that the ink bonds with the cotton fiber so the print stays soft and keeps its color wash after wash, and that the company works on premium cotton garments. The dropshipping page lists "Sin límite de colores, nitidez y gran calidad de los detalles" (no color limit, sharpness and fine detail) and states "Usamos tintas biodegradables, nuestra logística evita saldos o desperdicios" (we use biodegradable inks; our logistics avoid leftovers and waste). The company says it checks every design before printing: "Revisamos tu diseño antes de imprimir. Tú apruebas, nosotros imprimimos" (we review your design before printing; you approve, we print).
Shipping, Payment And Support
The homepage gives delivery times for Mexico: 2 to 5 business days, with an express service of 2 business days by Estafeta or 99 minutos. A delivery estimate appears on the page for new orders. The dropshipping page credits the company's location with shorter delivery times and "tarifas especiales de envío" (special shipping rates), though it does not give the rates. Payment is accepted by PayPal, OXXO, SPEI, credit card and Mercado Pago. The site gives no per-unit prices on these pages; a buyer designs a product in the online designer or asks for a quote.
Support runs mainly through WhatsApp, with the invitation "¿Necesitas ayuda? Escríbenos por WhatsApp" and a help line for design questions and quotes. The site lists a phone number (T. 461 129 7771), a WhatsApp number (W. 473 193 2564) and the email info@creatuplayera.mx, and links to an FAQ and help section, terms and conditions and a privacy notice. The homepage cites "244 reseñas en Google" (244 Google reviews) in one block and shows a 4.9 rating from 281 reviews in its review widget.
Who It Suits
Crea tu Playera suits a Mexican seller who wants to sell T-shirts and sweatshirts on Mercado Libre or Shopify without holding stock, with automatic order transfer, next-day dispatch on Mercado Libre orders and nationwide delivery in 2 to 5 business days. The API and manual order platform cover sellers on WooCommerce, Wix, Tienda Nube or Etsy, and the option to sell through the company's own Mercado Libre store suits a designer who does not want to run a shop at all. It suits less well a seller who needs mugs, posters or other non-apparel products, since the catalog is garments only, or one selling to customers outside Mexico, since every shipping claim on the pages is for Mexico.
