Who It Is

dasFlow Custom Apparel is a private label apparel manufacturer in the Orlando area of Florida that makes cut-and-sew garments printed all over by dye sublimation. The homepage describes it as "a wholesale manufacturer specializing in private label apparel proudly made in the USA" that excels "in cut & sew techniques and all-over printing to deliver premium sublimation products," and the footer sums up the offer as "Full package, private label, manufacturing, 100% full dye sublimation printing, cut, sewn and packaged all in house, in Orlando, Florida." The footer address reads Winter Park, Florida 32792. A company blog post adds "We are pleased to be a 100% dye-sublimation, cut and sew apparel manufacturer."

The customers are brands, businesses, teams and schools. The menu lists private label services, white label services, full-package production and apparel sourcing, along with ranges for corporate, lifeguard and boating and yachting apparel. For print on demand, the homepage says "Our services also include print-on-demand integration and bespoke graphic design," and it points small orders to DTG and DTF printing.

What A Seller Gets

The core product is the cut-and-sew garment. The homepage explains the process: "Starting with white fabric, each piece is printed before being precisely laser-cut and carefully hand-sewn." Because the fabric is printed before it is cut, the design can cover "every inch of the garment," which is why the company calls it "All Over Print." It says the method gives permanent, high-definition colors that hold up even on darker designs, and adds "Low setup costs make it perfect for print-on-demand services." The stated limit is fabric: "sublimation is only compatible with synthetic fabrics; it cannot be used on cotton materials."

Three other processes sit beside it. Spot sublimation prints a design onto a finished garment and is pitched for buyers who want "more design flexibility than screen printing offers but seek lower costs and faster turnaround than full sublimation," with "an unlimited color palette at no extra charge." The site warns that spot sublimation uses pre-made garments "often imported from overseas, so availability can vary," and works best on light fabrics because sublimation inks are transparent. For smaller orders, "including print-on-demand," the company offers DTG, which prints directly onto cotton and uses a white base layer for dark fabrics, gives photo-quality prints across a full spectrum of colors and, in the company's words, "doesn't add bulk to the garment, resulting in a soft hand feel," and DTF, a heat transfer printed on film, coated with thermo-adhesive powder and pressed on. Screen printing and embroidery are no longer done in-house; the company says it has "partnered with the very best local shops to offer competitive wholesale pricing" for them.

The product range, from the menu and homepage, covers custom shirts and T-shirts, long sleeves, polos, rash guards and martial arts rash guards, fishing shirts, pickleball and golf apparel, Dri-Fit and fleece hoodies, tank tops, cycling jerseys, basketball jerseys, shorts, leggings, sports bras and bikini tops, hats and accessories. The blog post lists T-shirts, tank tops, polos, sport bras, shorts and leggings, and jackets for both men and women. There is also a sample shop, a catalog, and a menu link to sun protected clothing.

Five of them are listed with MAXDRI moisture management. The recycled claims are the company's own; the menu also links to pages on eco fabrics, ethical fashion and sustainability.

Branding, Artwork And Ordering

Private label finishing is part of the package. Collar labels come in three forms: screen or pad printed, a cut-and-sew sublimated label, or a woven label the customer supplies. The company adds hangtags the customer supplies, with pricing that "varies based on quantity and the chosen attachment method." Custom neck tape is offered "in any solid color or bespoke pattern," and garments can be folded and bagged to the buyer's specifications in clear, recycled poly bags.

Orders start with a quote. The site offers a free quote form and a 15-minute call, and it promises "digital proofs for your approval within 48 hours of your initial order request." Accepted art files are AI, PSD and vector files with embedded artwork and outlined text, or PNG, EPS and JPEG at a minimum of 150 DPI. Files from Microsoft Office, InDesign or Corel Draw, and low-resolution scans or photos, are not accepted. Artwork digitizing and logo vectorizing cost $50 per hour, with a one hour minimum, and the design team, which the site credits with "over a decade of experience," also does custom logo design for new ventures and rebrands, starting with a complimentary consultation. Wholesale members get a complimentary design gallery with "hundreds of licensed designs" at no extra cost, though those designs "remain the intellectual property of dasFlow Custom Apparel." The blog post says the company can also source products "thanks to our established relationship with various vendors and resources nationally and internationally."

The pages give no per-unit prices, no minimum order quantity and no production or shipping times beyond the 48 hour proof and a general promise of "quick turnaround times on production."

Who It Suits

dasFlow suits a sportswear, fishing, golf, swim or team apparel brand that wants fully printed polyester garments sewn in Florida under its own label, with neck tape, labels, hangtags and bagging handled by the manufacturer. The DTG and DTF options cover small cotton print-on-demand orders beside the sublimated line. It suits less well a seller who wants cotton garments with all-over prints, which sublimation cannot do, or one who needs published unit prices before a first conversation, since every order starts with a quote.
