Drive Fulfillment

Drive Fulfillment is a third-party logistics company with its fulfillment and digital headquarters in American Fork, Utah, and its print-on-demand service is one department inside a much larger warehousing business. The home page introduces it as "3PL SERVICES FOR GROWING BUSINESSES" and promises: "We will fulfill your picking, packing, and shipping needs so you can focus on your core business." Its direct-to-garment page covers on-demand apparel printing, which it runs as an "official Printful DTG Print and Fulfillment Partner" on Kornit equipment. For a seller, that means Drive is less a self-serve POD app with a product catalog and more a fulfillment partner that can print apparel per order alongside storing and shipping everything else a brand sells.

What a seller gets

The core of the print offer is direct-to-garment printing on demand. The DTG page defines the model in its own words: "Print-On-Demand (or POD) is an order fulfillment method where items print as soon as orders are placed." It says the combination of POD and DTG "allows you to cut excess inventory and order minimums, stocking as many apparel designs as you want while maintaining the quickest turnover." The home page's services block repeats the idea: POD "prints items upon order, using DTG technology to eliminate excess inventory and enable fast, limitless designs."

The page lists three features for the print department: "Embroidery Capabilities, Custom Neck Labels, and Direct to Garment Printers." So besides printed garments, a brand can get embroidery and its own neck labels, which matters for anyone building a private label clothing line rather than selling generic blanks.

Because Drive is a 3PL first, a seller can combine on-demand prints with stored stock. The services menu covers fulfillment (pick, pack, ship), warehouse technology, inventory management, global shipping and receiving, custom packaging, kitting and assembly, a clearing house, event preparation and a rank advancement service, with promotional and digital marketing listed as additional services. Customer resources include receiving guidelines, a form to schedule a pickup or delivery and a client portal login.

Print technology

The DTG page is specific about the equipment. It describes "top-of-the-line HD technology by Kornit" suited "especially for high volume and detailed production environments," and says: "Our Atlas fleet produces brilliant printing results with the highest retail standard of print quality. With six colors + a white gamut, you can tackle any demand and design challenge with superior results and productivity." Those are the company's claims about its machines. The page also makes a cost claim of its own for the method: DTG on demand, it says, ends up "saving you more than 30% annually by reducing waste and storage costs." That is the company's own figure, stated without a worked example.

The same page frames on-demand production as the more responsible option, saying it "makes apparel a cleaner, more sustainable, and responsible enterprise by eliminating unnecessary risk, overhead costs, and excess waste." That is the company's framing of the POD model.

How an order flows

The DTG page sets out the process in three steps. First, connect: "Integrate your eCommerce Platform or store." Second, upload: "Create and upload any digital designs." Third, print: "Orders are printed as they are placed." One testimonial, from Ancestry, says it "wanted a solution that integrated all channels" and that "For over a decade, we have been able to count on Drive Fulfillment to grow with us."

Once an order is in the system, it runs through DriveLine, the company's own warehouse management software. The home page says DriveLine's "precise fulfillment, powered by custom software, ensures 99% accuracy in pick, pack, and ship operations," and a second block explains that every order goes through "a 3-point QC process, ensuring correct items and appropriate materials are delivered directly to the customer with a 99% accuracy rate." Inventory management "syncs ordering, storage, sales, and shipping by SKU and location in real-time for full supply chain transparency."

Shipping

The warehouse network section states: "WE OFFER TWO-DAY SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING." A second block, headed "REACH THE LOWER 48 IN 1-2 DAYS," says the fulfillment centers offer 1 to 2 day shipping across the lower 48 states "and provide custom global solutions through our European hubs." A testimonial from LIV Golf says the company "needed to onboard and launch quickly within the US, followed shortly with the UK" and credits "Drive Fulfillment's geographic reach."

The shipping and receiving service is described as "global shipping & receiving" that lets brands track merchandise in DriveLine. For B2B work, the home page says the company tailors fulfillment to both B2B pallet shipments and DTC packages.

Branding and packaging

Custom packaging is a named service: it "showcases your brand, creating a unique unboxing experience tailored to your companies vision." Kitting and assembly "combine related items into one unit for organized, efficient shipping, regardless of product type or condition." Combined with custom neck labels and embroidery from the print department, a brand can have a garment printed, labeled, bundled with other products and shipped in its own packaging from one warehouse. The home page sums this up as "From custom kitting to branded unboxing, we ensure every order delivers your brand experience."

Other services that show the scale

Some services have little to do with apparel but show what kind of operation this is. The clearing house "processes millions of genetic samples yearly, ensuring proper logging, packaging, and shipping to labs per strict protocols." Event preparation covers "conventions, trade shows, or ceremonies," with the company handling "inventory, logistics, setup, safety, and storage." The company also runs a marketing arm from a separate Marketing HQ in American Fork.

Pricing and getting started

The company does not publish prices. Every page leads to a "REQUEST A FREE QUOTE" form asking for name, email, phone, company and a message, and the home page invites brands to "reach out for a free quote today." Contact runs through a general contact email and phone line listed in the footer.

What clients say

The testimonials come from brands with established order flow: JO + JAX New York, LIV Golf, Summer Fridays, Birchbury, Knack, Byos, Ancestry and Plexus Worldwide. Birchbury's comment is about billing: "I am complimenting you guys for transparent and fair billing. I've had such nightmares at other 3PLs regarding billing. It's refreshing to see fair billing." Knack praises "their meticulous package assembly," and Byos calls the team "Clear and trustworthy." JO + JAX points to the company's "unwavering commitment to SLAs."

Who it suits

Drive Fulfillment suits a brand that already sells in volume, or expects to, and wants one U.S. partner to store inventory, print apparel on demand, add neck labels or embroidery, assemble kits and ship in branded packaging. The two-day promise to the lower 48 makes it a fit for U.S. customers first, with the European hubs and worldwide shipping available for brands that grow abroad. A new seller looking for a catalog of blanks, published base prices and a one-click store app will find a quote form and a sales conversation instead.
