What GetPrintX is

GetPrintX is an Indian print-on-demand and dropshipping platform that prints apparel and a few accessories to order and ships them under the seller's brand, inside India and abroad. The footer address is in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The homepage calls it "India's largest print on demand fulfillment platform" and claims "16k+ Brands Trust," "500k+ Designs Printed" and "2M+ Orders Fulfilled"; these are the company's own figures. It also describes "100% In-House Production," saying it controls every step "from yarn to fabric, stitching, printing, quality check, and packing."

The offer is aimed squarely at Indian e-commerce sellers: cash on delivery, pin-code coverage, Amazon India orders and GST-exclusive rupee pricing run through every page, with worldwide shipping offered on top.

What a seller gets

Free to join, pay per order. The homepage FAQ says signing up is free, with no monthly subscription, no setup charges and no minimum order, and says: "You only pay the base production cost per order." Step one of the onboarding reads "No credit card, no setup fees, no monthly charges."

The catalog. The homepage counts "50+" products, and the FAQ names round-neck t-shirts, oversized tees, hoodies, polo shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, caps, shorts, kids' wear and mugs. The public price list covers 26 of them across t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, women, kids, bottoms and accessories. Apparel is printed by DTF; the mug, bottle and mouse pad are printed by sublimation.

Two product pages show the detail a seller gets per item. The Unisex Sweatshirt is 320 GSM, 100% cotton fleece, bio-washed and pre-shrunk, with a Lycra ribbed neck, in sizes XS to 3XL and six colors (black, yellow, maroon, navy blue, lavender and olive green), with front, back and sleeve print placements. The 11oz ceramic Coffee Mug holds 330 ml, has a gloss finish and a full wraparound print area of 8.5 × 3.6 inches, comes in black or white, and ships in box packaging; its FAQ says it is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe but recommends hand washing to keep the print bright.

How orders arrive. The FAQ says GetPrintX integrates with Shopify through the App Store, WooCommerce through a WordPress plugin and Amazon India, and offers an open REST API for other platforms; "Once connected, all print on demand fulfillment is fully automated." The homepage adds that one dashboard can manage multiple stores, and it claims GetPrintX is "the only drop shipper in India that supports Amazon orders in POD." A free mockup tool builds product images from uploaded artwork. The product pages also name Wix among the platforms sellers use.

Branding. Every order ships in white-label packaging: the product pages say there is "no GetPrintX branding on the parcel, invoice, or shipping labels." Beyond that default, custom branding add-ons include neck labels, hang tags, thank-you cards and branded courier packaging. The pricing FAQ says neck labels are "a one time charge that then applies free of cost on every future order."

The price list

The pricing page publishes a base cost, a flat print charge per placement (front, back, chest or sleeve), the print type, the weight and the shipping charge for every product, all in rupees and excluding GST. A few examples from the list:

  • Men's Half Sleeves T-Shirt (180 GSM), XS to 2XL: base cost 170, front or back print 85, chest or sleeve print 60, prepaid shipping 54. The 3XL to 7XL sizes have base costs from 218 to 288.
  • Unisex Hip Hop Oversized T-Shirt: base 220 at 180 GSM and 255 at 220 GSM, with front or back prints at 90.
  • Unisex Hoodies (320 GSM): base 515 for S to 2XL and 555 for 3XL, with prepaid shipping at 108.
  • Unisex Sweatshirt (320 GSM): base 390 for XS to 2XL and 430 for 3XL.
  • Women's Crop Top 150, Unisex Kid's Rompers 105, Unisex Joggers 400.
  • Mug 150 and Bottle 250 with the print included in the base, Mouse Pad 90, Zipper Tote Bag 150.

The homepage FAQ separately says base costs start "from ₹199 per product," a figure higher than several prices on the list itself, and its earnings calculator uses a ₹170 base for a men's t-shirt. Shipping is billed per 500 grams, "for example 54 rupees prepaid on most t-shirts and 108 rupees prepaid on heavier items like hoodies, with an additional 42 rupee fee per order for cash on delivery." Courier charges carry 18% GST and apparel 5% GST. The homepage also describes monthly volume discounts of 4% above ₹1 Lakh in sales, 5% above ₹5 Lakh, 7% above ₹10 Lakh and 8% above ₹20 Lakh, applied automatically from the previous month's volume.

Dispatch, shipping and COD

The homepage headline promise is "48* Hour Dispatch Guaranteed," and the FAQ says every order is quality-checked with a "99.9% pass rate" and dispatched within 2 working days. The pricing page is more careful: most orders follow a 48-hour dispatch timeline, with a typical processing time of 2 to 3 business days.

The shipping policy sets out the carriers and windows. Domestic orders go through Shiprocket, which the policy says aggregates BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart and others. Standard domestic orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 4 to 6 business days. A Rush option (before 10 AM dispatch) delivers in 2 to 3 business days but is not available for all-over-print orders. Remote pin codes served only by India Post take 10 to 20 business days at higher charges. The homepage says GetPrintX reaches over 29,000 pincodes. Merchants may also upload their own courier labels.

International orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped by registered international couriers. The policy gives estimates by region: 5 to 8 business days for South Asia, 7 to 10 for Southeast Asia, 7 to 12 for the Middle East, 10 to 15 for Europe and North America, and 12 to 20 for the rest of the world. GetPrintX does not prepay customs duties; they fall to the recipient or the merchant.

Cash on delivery is offered across serviceable pin codes, and the homepage advertises "COD with Zero RTO Charges." COD money is credited to the merchant's wallet once an order is marked delivered and can be paid out to a bank account. Undelivered parcels are stored for 90 days and can be reshipped from the dashboard. The shipping policy, however, puts re-shipping charges for returns caused by a wrong address or an absent recipient on the merchant.

Support

The shipping policy lists phone support Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST, plus email and a contact form, and the pricing page describes merchant support by phone, email and chat. Order issues can be raised as a support ticket linked to the order.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

GetPrintX suits sellers building a brand for Indian customers, particularly on Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon India, who want COD, rupee pricing they can check before signing up, and white-label parcels by default. The public price list lets a seller work out margins on a tee or hoodie to the rupee before creating an account.

It fits less well for a seller whose customers are mainly in Europe or North America: the policy's estimate there is 10 to 15 business days after dispatch, with customs duties left to the recipient. The catalog is apparel-led, so sellers wanting wall art, phone cases or a wide homeware range will find only mugs, bottles, mouse pads and totes beside the clothing.
