What In-Credible is

In-Credible Co., Ltd. is a garment printing and apparel manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, that runs a print-on-demand service alongside bulk sewing and printing. Its homepage describes it as "a production and service company with a factory located in Ho Chi Minh City," offering custom clothing manufacturing and printing on garments and fabrics by digital printing, screen printing and hybrid printing, "accommodating orders of all sizes." The print-on-demand service is aimed at Shopify sellers, independent designers, content creators and dropshipping businesses that want apparel printed and shipped under their own brand from Vietnam.

The company's highlights on the homepage are "Over 1,000 satisfied customers," "11 years in the printing on garments market" and "500,000+ products exported monthly." The print-on-demand page repeats the figures as "over 500,000 units exported monthly, and over 1,000 global customers," and says the company serves brands "across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region."

The factory

In-Credible sews as well as prints. The homepage gives the factory an industrial area of 16,000 sq.m in the Hoc Mon district, "a historically textile manufacturing hub," established in 2000 and located about 30 minutes' drive from Ho Chi Minh City's SGN International Airport. The facility houses CMT sewing workshops alongside embroidery and printing departments, and the print-on-demand page lists its in-house capabilities as "sewing, embroidery, digital printing, and packaging," allowing the company to handle "both small batch and high-volume orders under one roof." The homepage also lists bulk knitwear manufacturing and a knit fabric factory among its services. The factory address is 45 Pham Van Sang Street in Hoc Mon District, and the office is on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street in Tan Phu District.

What a seller gets

Print methods. The site's printing menu names seven techniques in six entries: digital garment printing (DTG and DTF), digital roll-to-roll direct fabric printing, dye sublimation, heat transfer, hybrid printing and screen printing. For print-on-demand orders, the POD page says designs are printed "by the latest DTG and DTF technology." The homepage groups DTG and DTF digital printing, screen printing and print-on-demand together as its garment printing services, and says its built-to-suit facilities keep the printing equipment running without interruption.

Blanks and products. The POD page describes the typical print-on-demand range as t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and accessories such as tote bags or hats. Sellers pick blanks from what the page calls "a vast selection of styles and fabrics from comfy soft cotton tees to performance wear, eco friendly fabrics." Because the same factory runs a sewing floor and a knit fabric operation, a seller can move from standard blanks to custom-sewn garments without switching supplier; the site's sewing menu covers bulk garment production, fabric production, an apparel catalog, packaging and labeling, and branding and merch.

Branding. The POD page says: "We provide private labeling, hang tag /swag as a minimum," and describes the service as more than printing, "your full suite of apparel dropshipping solutions end-to-end." Orders are packed with the seller's branding before they ship to the end customer. The page adds that customization lets brands "personalize garments with logos, influencer branding, or unique regional styles," and the homepage says collaborations with international and Vietnamese apparel brands have expanded the factory's capabilities.

How orders arrive. Under the heading "POD Integration with Shopify and Other E-commerce Platforms," the POD page says In-Credible can connect a store's POD orders "directly with our production line through streamlined order integration," so that once a customer orders, the company receives the order automatically, prints the garment, packs it with the seller's branding and ships it to the customer. The help menu also carries a page on "Working with e-commerce platforms," and Shopify is the only platform the site names.

Shipping. The POD page says orders "can be shipped directly from our Vietnam-based facility to end customers worldwide," and calls this its global fulfillment capability. The help menu lists separate pages on delivery, customs clearance and payment. The pages give no production times, shipping times or rates.

Scaling up. The POD page says a seller can "begin with small production runs and easily scale up to bulk orders as your business grows," and that new designs or seasonal collections "can be launched within days." For larger work, the contact form accepts garment manufacturing documents such as tech packs and mockups, in PDF, Word, Excel or ZIP files.

Pricing and ordering

There is no public price list. Every page leads to "Request a quote" or "Order now," and the contact form asks for name, email, phone and a message, with an optional file upload. The POD page describes Vietnam as offering "cost-effective, high-quality garment production" and says that with print-on-demand "you only pay for what you sell," with no warehousing and no unsold stock. A seller should expect to agree pricing, blanks and branding with the company directly before orders start flowing.

Sustainability claims

The POD page is titled "Custom, Eco-Friendly & Global Fulfilment Services" and makes several claims in the company's own voice: that eco-friendly POD means "using water-based inks that are safer for the environment," and that its production "integrates sustainable practices, including low-waste digital printing, ethical labor standards, and a responsible sourcing model." The site has a Certifications page in its About menu. The home and POD pages name no specific certification, so these remain the company's own statements.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

In-Credible suits sellers who want apparel made and printed at a factory that also sews, so a brand can start with print-on-demand blanks and later move to private-label or cut-and-sew production with the same partner. It fits Shopify sellers who are comfortable agreeing terms by quote, influencers and YouTubers launching merch (a group the POD page names), fashion and streetwear brands, and promotional apparel companies. The private labels and hang tags suit brands that want the garment itself, not just the parcel, to carry their name.

It suits less well a seller who wants to sign up online, see base costs and publish products the same afternoon, since everything starts with a quote. Sellers on marketplaces or store builders other than Shopify should confirm how orders will reach the factory. And because every order ships from Vietnam, sellers whose customers sit in North America or Europe should weigh the distance against the price and the in-house sewing.
