Lana Designs is a Saudi print-on-demand and embroidery business that sells custom apparel in its own online shop and runs a fulfillment platform for stores and designers. The Arabic homepage calls it "لانا ديزاين® متجر سعودي" (Lana Designs, a Saudi store), and the English platform page describes a service "built specifically for you as an on-demand printing and embroidery service" for anyone who is a designer, runs a store or has ready-made designs. It prints or embroiders the seller's design, packs it and ships it "to any address you choose by reputable shipping companies we use." The footer lists its credentials: a registered trademark authenticated by the Saudi Business Center (authentication 0000131781, license FL-123353550) and a VAT number with ZATCA.

How the platform works for sellers

The platform is built around uploading a design once. The page sets it out in three steps: the seller uploads design images "just the first time, and you'll never need to upload them again"; Lana Designs prepares those designs in the seller's own account "with Pricing, all available colors and sizes, updating fulfillment price, and specs"; and the seller then chooses and orders whenever needed, while Lana Designs produces, packs and ships. Its FAQ calls the platform "a new way to connect with stores and designers to fulfill their recurring orders with ease," with orders shipped directly to the seller or to the seller's customer.

To join, a seller logs in or creates an account and submits store details through the My Products page for stores and designers. The FAQ says applications are reviewed "within 1-2 business days," and after approval the seller can upload designs. A "Connect Your Store" button sits at the top of the page, though the pages do not describe how an external store connects.

The headline terms are "No subscription fees, No minimum orders, No inventory required." The FAQ confirms a single piece can be ordered "with the same quality as bulk orders, with no subscription fees or upfront commitments." Fulfillment prices are shown per product in the seller's account once the designs are prepared.

The platform also leaves the customer relationship with the seller. Under the heading "We don't prefer to contact your customers," the page says the seller communicates with and manages their own customers, while Lana Designs handles printing or embroidery, packaging and shipping.

Products and prices

The FAQ lists the garments available for printing and embroidery as the classic t-shirt, oversized t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, polo, sweater, hoodie and cap, for men, women and children, "All made with high-quality cotton in multiple colors." The Arabic homepage adds baby clothes and school uniforms to the list of things it prints and embroiders, and a separate range of chiffon and linen scarves, plain and embroidered.

The shop shows retail prices in Saudi riyals, which give a sense of the range:

  • economy knit cotton t-shirt, 39.00 SAR, sizes S to 3XL;
  • cotton t-shirt, 55.00 to 73.00 SAR, sizes S to 6XL;
  • heavy-fabric oversized t-shirt, 64.00 SAR, and a relaxed-fit cotton tee at the same price;
  • cotton sweater, 108.00 SAR;
  • pullover cotton hoodie, 114.00 to 163.00 SAR, sizes S to 6XL;
  • zip cotton hoodie, 124.00 to 173.00 SAR, sizes S to 5XL;
  • kids' cotton hoodie, 98.00 SAR, from 1 year to 15-16 years;
  • embroidered linen scarf, 158.00 SAR.

These are the shop's prices for its own customers; the fulfillment price a store pays is the one shown in the seller's account.

Decoration: DTF and computer embroidery

Two methods cover every product. The FAQ says "Printing (DTF) is ideal for complex colorful designs and images with fine detail," while "Embroidery gives logos and names a premium look that lasts longer with repeated use," and both "are available on all our products in multiple sizes and placements."

On t-shirts, placements cover the front in several sizes (extra large, large, medium, small, horizontal, and a right or left logo), the back in multiple sizes, and the right and left sleeves. A seller can combine front, back and sleeves on one piece, but the FAQ asks customers to avoid overlapping placements. Computer embroidery comes in color with up to 10 thread colors, or as single-color embroidery in one of 13 thread colors including gold, black, white and red. When uploading an image, a customer can request background removal first, which the company recommends "especially for embroidery." The care advice is to wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and iron from the inside on low heat.

For businesses, the FAQ says the company provides uniforms for companies, restaurants, schools and events, printing or embroidering logos and employee or student names on t-shirts, polos and hoodies "in sizes from S to 6XL and 18 available colors."

Packaging, shipping and payment

Branded packaging is free: the platform page offers "FREE Packaging options with Your Own Logo," with multiple packaging options that carry the seller's logo or store brand, and says more options are being added.

Lana Designs ships to all cities in Saudi Arabia, and the FAQ names Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Dammam, Khobar, Abha and Tabuk. It also ships to the Gulf countries Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The site banner offers free shipping in Saudi Arabia on orders of 250 SAR. Delivery time is shown before checkout, based on region and order details; production begins as soon as the order is confirmed, and shipping details arrive by email.

Payment is by Apple Pay, Mada, Visa and Mastercard, and the Arabic homepage adds bank transfer. The footer links a return policy, a shipping policy and a refund and returns policy, and the FAQ notes that every product is made to order. Support includes a WhatsApp button for faster replies.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

Lana Designs suits stores, designers and small brands selling to customers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf who want tees, hoodies, polos and kidswear printed or embroidered one piece at a time, packed in their own branded packaging and shipped to the buyer, with prices in riyals and local payment methods such as Mada. Its uniform service lets the same seller handle company or school orders.

It fits less well a seller whose buyers are outside Saudi Arabia and the five Gulf countries it names, or one who needs a documented store integration, since the platform works by uploading designs and ordering from the seller's account. Sellers after drinkware, wall art or other non-apparel products will find only garments, caps and scarves.
