Lynka

Lynka is a branded apparel wholesaler and decorator in Skawina, Poland, that prints and embroiders t-shirts, hoodies, caps, bags and workwear for resellers, brands and businesses, and runs a print-on-demand division called PODIOM for sellers who want items printed and drop-shipped as orders arrive. The PODIOM page describes it as "a division of LYNKA that focuses on the fastest growing part of the imprinted apparel industry: Print-on-Demand," and gives the company's numbers: "95,000,000 Garments printed since 1993," a "40,000 Daily Print Capacity (Screen print + DTG)," "1,800,000 Garments in stock" and a "10,000 m2 Modern Factory." PODIOM, the print-on-demand division

PODIOM's pitch is "WE ARE THE INVISIBLE FORCE BEHIND YOUR POD SUCCESS." The page explains print on demand the way Lynka sees it: "It is not only about DTG printing but mostly about the process and online order exchange between API and the printer, about the inventory management and short turn-around time (even 24-48h)." Items are printed after the order is made, drop-shipped to the buyer on the seller's behalf, and there is "no need for holding finished inventory."

The page lists what PODIOM brings to that process. Print technologies cover "Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Screen print, Embroidery-on-Demand," run on named equipment: Kornit Storm HD6, the Brother GT3 series, the Brother DTF/DTG GTX 600 and Tajima embroidery machines. The page promises a "24-48 turnaround time for POD DTG orders" and lists "24-48 hr Standard Express Service" among its figures. A "Large On-site inventory" of best-selling apparel brands and styles means blanks are in the building rather than ordered in.

Order flow runs through "Modern API and interface solutions," described as "With smooth integration into our ERP and Workflow systems," and the PODIOM menu links to API documentation. After production, the page promises "Warehousing, Logistics, and Drop-ship solutions" with "Multiple-courier options." The "Truly full-service solution" line covers "Neck-labels, custom packaging, hang-tag / trims, retail merchandising." Customer service is described as "Professional, experienced, multi-lingual," greeting visitors with "Welcome! Witam! Willkommen! Salut!" Sellers reach PODIOM at sales@podiom.eu.

For the US market, the page points to "our partner company, Vantage Apparel in New Jersey," which it describes as a comparable solution.

The catalog

Lynka is first a wholesaler of blank branded apparel, and the PODIOM service draws on the same range. The homepage lists popular categories as t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, beanies, softshells, bags, umbrellas and fleeces. The full menu goes much further: polo shirts, sweatshirts and fleece, caps and hats (6-panel and 5-panel caps, sports caps, beanies), bags from cotton and jute to backpacks, sportswear and activewear, jackets and softshells, knitwear, business wear, workwear with chef and catering wear, medical wear, trousers, shorts and skirts, plus kids and infant sizes in most ranges and "Organic / Recycled" filters throughout.

It includes Stanley/Stella, B&C, Fruit of the Loom, Russell, Beechfield, BagBase, Westford Mill, Stormtech, TeeJays, Stedman, Kariban, Earth Positive, Mantis, Gildan, Regatta, Result, Just Hoods, Native Spirit, The North Face, Columbia, Herschel, Eastpak and Next Level, and the supplier catalogs add James & Nicholson. The homepage headline promotes "Lynka and Stanley/Stella" as "Europe’s most powerful partnership in sustainable branded apparel." Bestsellers shown include the Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 unisex t-shirt, the Stedman Classic-T, the Gildan Heavy Cotton, Ultra Cotton and SoftStyle tees, the Fruit of the Loom Valueweight T and the B&C Hashtag E190.

Decoration and finishing

The homepage describes the production hall: "Hundreds of embroidery heads, automatic screen-printing presses, DTG, DTF and transfer machines, our own sewing room, color testing, ink mixing, and strict quality control." It says this work "has earned us 58 international industry awards," and it calls Lynka "Europe’s most awarded apparel decorator with one of the largest warehouses in Europe." Those are the company's own claims.

Finishing services are listed one by one. Relabeling: "We’ll sew your label in place of the original manufacturer’s tag." Hangtags with extra information. Printed labels as "A great alternative to traditional sewn-in neck tags." Barcodes to make large orders easier to process. Cardboard inserts, and hanger with cardboard insert packing so garments are ready for display. Printed polybags for sorting. And blind shipping: "We can ship your order straight to the end customer, without any Lynka markings." For a seller building a brand, relabeling plus blind shipping is what makes the finished product look like theirs.

The Decoration menu adds special decorating and embroidery techniques, decorations on caps, digital proofs and samples, a graphic design service and an artwork guide.

Tools and speed

Two online tools support quoting and selling. "Use Image Club for instant mockups, and Quick Quote to get a full project estimate in under a minute." For bulk orders, the homepage says Lynka holds "over 1.3 million pieces of apparel and accessories in our Polish warehouse ready for 24-hour decoration" (the PODIOM page gives the stock as over 1.8 million items). A German teaser on the PODIOM page adds that Fast Track products are ready to ship within 3–5 working days.

Sustainability, in the company's words

Under the heading "PVC-free inks. Oeko-Tex certified threads. Solar-powered production," the homepage lists its measures: inks "that contain no harmful PVC or phthalates," embroidery "exclusively with Madeira threads certified by Oeko-Tex," a closed-loop system for screen-washing water and chemicals, dryer heat recovered to warm the building, LED lighting and "our own solar panels," and packing materials "from FSC-certified suppliers." The PODIOM page lists "WRAP & GOTS certified apparel decoration," and the menu links to a WRAP certificate.

Who it suits

Lynka suits established brands, resellers and larger sellers who want European print on demand backed by an industrial decorator: a very wide range of blank brands, DTG, DTF, screen print and embroidery in one plant, relabeling and blind shipping, and an API for order exchange. Businesses that also buy wholesale apparel, run promotional campaigns or bid for tenders can keep bulk and on-demand work with the same supplier, and sellers with a US arm have the Vantage Apparel partner route.

It is less suited to a first-time seller looking for a one-click store app with public base prices. PODIOM is set up around an API and a sales conversation rather than a self-service catalog with a published price list.
