Make To Ship

Tap a star to rate

Make To Ship is an Indian print-and-stitch-on-demand dropshipping company that manufactures, prints, packs and ships products under the seller's brand, and currently takes only all-over-print (AOP) and cosmetic orders. Its tagline is "Print & stitch On Demand Dropshipping," and the homepage calls it an "all-in-one Stitch & Print On Demand Dropshipping Service" with "no minimum order quantity." The shipping policy describes the company as among "the top dropshipping companies in India," and support runs on an Indian WhatsApp number in IST hours. Sellers connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store, pay for orders in advance from a wallet, and choose between a free plan and paid memberships.

What a seller gets

The core service is on-demand production without stock. The homepage says: "Stitch, print on demand, and enjoy dropshipping services with no minimum order quantity," choosing from "500+ SKUs." The word "stitch" matters here: Make To Ship presents itself as a manufacturer, not only a printer, and its About page calls it a "specialist in Manufacturing & fulfillment service." The services page lists print on demand, stitch on demand, worldwide fulfillment, brand consultancy, dropshipping, bulk manufacturing, warehousing and product sourcing.

The catalog is split into men's wear, women's wear, accessories, bags, home and living, and cosmetics, with kids' wear and footwear marked "Coming Soon." The plans page narrows what is accepted right now: "We currently accept only AOP and cosmetic orders." So a seller planning plain printed tees on standard blanks should read that line first; the current offer is full-coverage printed products and cosmetics.

The FAQ explains the dropshipping model in the company's words: when a store sells a product, "it purchases the item from Make To Ship and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the seller doesn’t have to handle the product directly." The About page adds: "Once an order is received, Make To Ship takes care of the printing and direct delivery to the client."

Branding

Branding extras are free. The homepage lists a free neck label, a free shipping label and a free sticker on the hang tag, and pitches a "custom hang tag adorned with your logo sticker, and a shipping label showcasing your brand identity." It adds that no minimum quantity is required for these. For a seller, that means the parcel and the garment carry the seller's brand rather than the manufacturer's.

Integrations and the dashboard

Orders can flow automatically from two platforms. The homepage invites sellers to automate orders "by integrating your Shopify and WordPress WooCommerce websites," and shows Shopify and WooCommerce integration tiles. Sellers work through what the company calls an "Advance Dashboard" for managing orders. Custom connections are ruled out: asked "Custom API integration available?", the FAQ answers "No, we can’t provide custom API integration for your website."

The warehousing service handles returns: the homepage says it will "Effortlessly handle RTO & return orders, and meet all your warehousing service requirements."

Plans and pricing

Make To Ship publishes its membership prices on the plans page. There are four options:

  • Evergreen, the free plan ("Sign Up for Free," 0 per lifetime), with all major products available, WhatsApp support and integration.
  • Monthly, "Grow with membership," at INR 5000 per month, including 500 credit in the wallet.
  • Half Yearly at INR 25000 per half year, including 5000 credit in the wallet, marked "Most popular."
  • Yearly at INR 45000 per year, including 10000 credit in the wallet.

All three paid plans add early access to new products, priority phone and WhatsApp support, and "2% Cashback in wallet for monthly sale," with "18% GST extra." The catch is in the plans page's header: "The free plan is available only if you have more than five orders per day; otherwise, you must purchase a minimum half-yearly plan, which is non-refundable. Please contact us on WhatsApp before purchasing any plan."

The company explains why. Because there is no minimum order quantity, "many users visit our platform just to explore without any intention of moving forward," so "we’ve introduced a minimal membership fee." Paid members "receive priority in manufacturing fulfillment." Benefits may take "24-48 working hours" to appear, though login is instant, and "Membership is non-refundable." The page adds: "You can signup for free to place a sample order."

Per-product base costs are not on the public pages; the "Product & Pricing" section sits behind the sign-up.

Payment terms

Orders are prepaid. The FAQ says: "Yes, you have to pay in advance only for all orders." Cash on delivery is supported for the seller's own customers: "If you want to place COD order for your client then also you need pay in advance only to us. We will collect COD amount & transfer in your bank account." Wallet money is final: "Once amount added to Make To Ship Wallet won’t be refunded." There is no setup fee to create an account.

Shipping and policies

The shipping policy states: "shipments may take 15-20 working days to dispatch." If an order is canceled after being charged, the refund goes to the dashboard wallet within 15 days. Cancellation works only before production: "if the product is printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved."

Claims for damaged, defective or misprinted items "must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery," and "Any errors on our part will be covered at our expense." On returns and RTO, the FAQ says a verified manufacturing defect gets a replacement; otherwise the seller bears the loss. Shipments returned because of a wrong or insufficient address are reshipped at the customer's cost once the address is confirmed, and "Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days of the order." The FAQ also confirms bulk orders "for all categories which we have in our product list," and even for a specific style requirement.

Experience and support

The About page claims "over a decade of experience in the industry" and says the company has "successfully shipped over 50,000 orders," with a core team "educated from prestigious fashion colleges." Support is by email at support@maketoship.com and WhatsApp at +91 7409651573, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 5 PM IST. The company prefers scheduled callbacks: "Drop us a WhatsApp message to schedule a callback!"

Who it suits

Make To Ship suits sellers running Shopify or WooCommerce stores who want all-over-print products or cosmetics manufactured on demand under their own brand, with free neck labels, hang tag stickers and branded shipping labels, and who are comfortable with prepaid wallet funding. Sellers in India who offer cash on delivery get a route for collecting COD amounts, and established sellers with more than five orders a day qualify for the free plan.

The trade-offs are clear on the company's own pages. Smaller sellers must buy at least the half-yearly plan, which is non-refundable; dispatch can take 15-20 working days; and the current order intake is limited to AOP and cosmetics. A free sign-up for a sample order is the company's own suggested first step.
