Merch Factory is a print-on-demand apparel company in Indore, India, that prints t-shirts, oversized tees, hoodies and other garments with DTF (direct-to-film) and ships them under the seller's brand across India. The homepage headline is "Print on Demand in India Built for Creators & D2C Brands," and the pitch in one line is "premium 240+ GSM blanks, Industrial HD DTF printing, 24–48hr dispatch for standard catalog items, pan-India COD support, and zero MOQ." The company says "5,000+ brands trust us" and that it has fulfilled "500,000+ products" across India. Sellers connect a Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce store, and Merch Factory prints, packs and ships each order when it arrives.

What a seller gets

The model is the classic one, with no stock and no upfront cost. The homepage says: "You sell it, we print it. Start your custom apparel brand with zero upfront costs. No minimum order quantity required." The FAQ confirms "zero minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can sell even a single custom T-shirt," and that there are "no subscription fees, no inventory costs, and no MOQ. You only pay the production cost when a customer places an order."

The four steps are laid out on the homepage. The seller picks blanks, uses the design editor "to place artwork, add custom neck labels, and preview your product in real-time," sets a price by adding a margin "on top of our base cost," and connects a store. From there the company handles "DTF printing, premium packaging, and doorstep delivery across India." Accounts support "Up to 3 Brands + Role-Based Staff Access," so an agency or a founder with several labels can run them from one login, and every order goes through what the company calls a "Rigorous 3-Point Check."

A comparison page on the site describes the role clearly: Merch Factory is "a 100% white-label B2B fulfillment engine that works silently behind the scenes of your independent store." It assumes the seller owns their own storefront and customer list.

Integrations and order flow

The integrations section says sellers can "Connect Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce in minutes," after which the company handles every order automatically. Each connection is described in detail. Shopify uses "One-click OAuth setup," with auto order sync, product linking, tracking updates and white-label shipping. Wix connects "with an API key," with order automation, live inventory sync and custom branding. WooCommerce uses a "REST API integration with full order lifecycle management," with consumer keys setup, webhook support, variant mapping and bulk fulfillment.

The order flow is four steps: the customer orders on the seller's store, "Merch Factory syncs automatically," the company prints, packs and ships within India, and tracking is sent to the customer.

The catalog and print method

Printing is "industrial-grade Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing," which the company calls "crack-resistant, and extraordinarily durable," with "DTF prints up to 24-inch." The catalog is described by fabric weight, which is useful for a clothing brand choosing blanks:

  • Unisex t-shirts, 180–220 GSM, "100% Bio-Washed Combed Cotton"
  • Oversized tees, 240+ GSM, "Heavyweight Dropped-Shoulder Fit"
  • Hoodies and sweats, 380–440 GSM, "Ultra-Soft Brushed Fleece"
  • Polo t-shirts, 220 GSM, "Classic Pique Knit Collar"
  • Kids wear, 180 GSM
  • Shorts and bottoms, 260 GSM French terry

The company says all of it is "Bio-washed, pre-shrunk, and engineered for industrial HD DTF prints," and advertises a "50+ Wash Colorfast Guarantee."

White-label branding

Branding is built in. The homepage promises "Custom neck labels printed inside every shirt," "Your logo and branding on the shipping label," "Premium unbranded eco-friendly packaging" and "Automated dropshipping right to their door." The same comparison page adds "physical tag tear-away" and says shipping labels "display your brand's name as the sender. We are entirely invisible to your customer."

Speed and shipping

The homepage offers a "24–48hr dispatch guarantee," qualified in the headline as "for standard catalog items." Orders ship from "a central Indore transit hub," and the company says it can "ship to 27,000+ pin codes" with delivery "in 3-5 days." Courier partners named in the footer are Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and Shadowfax. For bulk shipments of 25+ pieces, the company offers "inter-city bus transport support across India," which it describes as a faster and cheaper option for regional logistics.

Pricing, COD and returns

Merch Factory quotes an "industry-low ₹60 minimum print floor." Full base costs sit in the catalog, but the homepage profit estimator gives one worked example for a premium oversized t-shirt: a selling price of ₹999, a base cost of approximately ₹349, and 100 monthly orders producing a potential monthly profit of ₹65,000.

Volume pricing is automatic. The bulk section says: "Enjoy automated volume discounts starting from just 6 units, scaling up to 20%, 30%, and higher as your brand grows," with tiers for 1-5, 6-20, 21-50, 51-100 and 100+ units. The MF Plus rewards program adds "Earn 7% Cashback."

Cash on delivery is central to selling in India, and the company addresses it directly: "COD earnings are remitted to your bank account within 4 days after order delivery." Returned-to-origin parcels are not written off: "RTO items are automatically added back to your virtual inventory for 30 days. Reship them to new customers anytime." Under its "DTF Quality Shield," "Every print is bio-washed and tested for 50+ washes. We replace any manufacturing defects within 3 days." Payments run through Razorpay, UPI and cards.

Support and resources

Support runs through "Structured Tickets & WhatsApp" and a "Dedicated Support Desk." The site also offers a factory tour with "actual high-resolution photos of our machinery, production floor, and finished product samples," free tools including a POD profit calculator, a DPI to pixel converter and design guidelines, and guides on fabric and GSM, printing costs and starting a D2C brand.

Who it suits

Merch Factory suits Indian creators, influencers and D2C clothing brands who sell through their own Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce store and want heavyweight streetwear blanks, DTF prints, custom neck labels and COD support without buying stock. The published GSM specs, the ₹60 print floor, the worked margin example and the automatic bulk discounts make it easier to plan unit economics than with suppliers who show nothing before sign-up. Brands running several labels can use the multi-brand accounts.

It is an India-focused service: dispatch, pin code coverage, couriers and COD are all described for customers in India. Every product on the pages is printed with DTF, so the offer is built around printed apparel rather than embroidery or other decoration.
