Merch Panda (MerchPanda Ltd) is a garment decoration and fulfillment company in Weymouth, Dorset, that prints and embroiders t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, aprons and bags, and runs print on demand for sellers on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, TikTok and eBay. The homepage pitch is "Turn your creativity into profit with UK-based print on demand," with three short promises underneath: "No setup fees · No stock to hold · Fast UK fulfillment." The About page describes the company as having "over 15 years of industry expertise" and calls it a destination for "high-quality custom apparel decoration and fulfillment services." The shop prices in pounds, euros or US dollars.

What a seller gets

The homepage lays out the model in three steps. Create: products are designed "with our drag-and-drop designer." Sell anywhere: "Connect your store," and the company handles fulfillment. Print on demand: "Pay only after making a sale; we handle everything else!" The "Why choose Merch Panda?" list adds a free sign-up with no setup fee and no minimum order, "Orders produced and dispatched same day," and "Complete automation," which it explains as taking care of the order process and "Packing and shipping your orders daily."

The minimum really is one. The homepage says: "Just creating one order is not a problem, but hopefully we will be with you on your journey growing your business." The DTG page repeats it: "With a minimum order requirement of just 1 piece, we cater to both individual clients and businesses."

Integrations

The "Print On Demand" menu has a page for each sales channel: Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, TikTok and eBay. The homepage says sellers can connect "with the world's leading ecommerce platforms through MerchPanda," with "Simple setup, no coding needed." For a seller who lists the same designs on a marketplace and an own-brand store, one supplier covering all six channels keeps production in one place.

Print methods and equipment

Merch Panda publishes its equipment, which is rarer than it should be. The About page says the facility has "advanced Kornit Direct to Garment printers," used on "a variety of garments including T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies." The DTG page adds that the Kornit machines are "equipped with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Red, and Green ink print heads," with white ink for dark garments. DTG is described as "Ideal for High Detail and Low Volume Orders," suited to photographic prints and "designs that traditional methods like screen printing may struggle to replicate." The DTG page promises "a fast turnaround time of 1-2 working days" and says DTG "eliminates setup costs."

For larger runs, the company has "two MHM S Type screen printing machines with 10 colors and 12 stations each," which it says handle "up to 1500 prints per hour." Beyond DTG and screen printing, the About page lists embroidery, "Direct to Film Heat Press Transfers: Ideal for polyester fabrics and complex placements like sleeves and caps," "Mimaki Print and Cut Film" for intricate cut designs, and a "Standard Vinyl Heat Press" for basic designs and text. Capacity is stated as "10,000 impressions per day during our 8-hour shifts."

Products and blank prices

The catalog covers t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, polo shirts, aprons and bags, with Foundation and Stanley/Stella shown as brands on the products page. The homepage best sellers show prices including VAT for the garments:

  • AWDis 180 T AT002, "100% Cotton PurePrint Fabric," at £3.20 in 25 colors
  • Gildan GD64000 Soft Style T-Shirt, "100% ringspun cotton," at £3.75 in 41 colors
  • Comfort Colours 1717 heavyweight adult t-shirt at £8.95 in 25 colors
  • Gildan GD68 Softstyle Hoodie, "80% ringspun cotton and 20% polyester" at "278-285 gsm," in sizes S to 5XL, at £13.99 in 29 colors

The hoodie listing notes it is "Perfect for customization with DTG, screen printing, and embroidery." Custom DTG work outside the catalog is quoted: "While DTG printing isn't available for direct online purchase due to its customization nature, obtaining a quote is easy."

Branding

The Services menu has a Branding section with garment neck labels, swing tags and custom stickers, so orders can carry the seller's label and tags rather than a plain blank's.

Shipping and order status

Domestic shipping has four options on the shipping page: "Standard Royal Mail 48 Hour Shipping" at "approximately 2 business days," "Fast Royal Mail 24 Hour Shipping" for "delivery within 1 business day," "Special Tracked Royal Mail Next Day Delivery" described as "Guaranteed next-day delivery with tracking," and DPD. The page adds: "For UK orders, we utilize DPD and Royal Mail services. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days." Internationally, "We proudly ship to all EU countries and select destinations outside the EU," and the homepage lists "Worldwide shipping."

The order tracking page explains the statuses. An order is "Received" while waiting on payment. Once "Paid," the order "has entered the production queue and will be shipped within 5 working days." An "Internal Order Query" puts it on hold until the team gets in touch, and "Shipped" means it has been scanned out. So the site gives two production promises: same-day dispatch in the homepage list and a 5-working-day ceiling once paid, with DTG quoted at 1-2 working days.

Eco claims

The homepage states: "All prints are fully eco friendly certified." The pages do not name the certification.

Contact and company details

Who it suits

Merch Panda suits UK sellers who list the same designs across several channels, from Etsy and Amazon to TikTok and a Shopify store, and want one printer behind all of them. The published blank prices, the named Kornit and MHM equipment and the stated daily capacity give a clear picture of what sits behind the service, and the mix of DTG, screen printing, DTF, vinyl and embroidery lets a seller move from single orders to runs without changing supplier. Neck labels, swing tags and stickers cover basic branding.

The limit is that some prices depend on a quote: custom DTG work is not sold directly online, so a seller planning a large or unusual job should expect to contact the team first.
