NiceHaft is an embroidery and garment-decoration company whose site is in Polish. It embroiders and prints promotional clothing, workwear, caps, bags and towels, and runs a print-on-demand and dropshipping service for clothing brands, creators, companies and online shops. The service connects to a seller's store through the Base system, prints or embroiders each order as it arrives, and ships it to the end customer under a "no name" label. The company says it has worked since October 2015, with close to 10 years of experience in the trade before that.

The POD and dropshipping service

The print-on-demand page opens with the line "Twoja MARKA. Nasza Produkcja. Zero magazynu." (Your brand. Our production. Zero warehouse.) It lays the service out in four steps. The seller adds a product to their own store, and NiceHaft supplies the prints and files for it. The customer places an order, which goes to production automatically. NiceHaft prints or embroiders the item, packs it and ships it to the customer on a "no name" label. The seller earns the margin without a warehouse or stock risk.

The integration is stated in one line: "Bezpłatna integracja z Twoim sklepem/e-commerce za pomocą systemu Base" (free integration with your store or e-commerce site through the Base system). Base is the channel the page names for routing orders, and the integration costs nothing according to the page.

The page separates two ways of working. In what it calls print on demand, a customer orders something with their own design, for example a T-shirt with a personal print, the order comes to NiceHaft, and the product is printed or embroidered and shipped to the customer; the page calls this the ideal setup for personalization. In dropshipping, the customer buys a product in the seller's store, the seller passes the order on, and the supplier ships the parcel straight to the customer; the page calls this the ideal setup for ready-made designs.

The page names four kinds of client for the service: clothing brands, influencers and creators, companies ordering merch, and e-commerce shops. The reasons it gives for working with NiceHaft are no investment in stock, fast turnaround, domestic production and full quality control.

Decoration methods

Embroidery is the company's core, and its menus split it into computer embroidery, 3D embroidery, patches and appliqué. The homepage explains 3D embroidery as stitching over a special foam that raises the stitches so the design looks three-dimensional. It works on clothing, textiles, promotional items and caps, and suits outlines and lettering, while the company notes that complex designs do not look good in raised embroidery.

NiceHaft designs its embroidery in an in-house studio built on WILCOM software, which the homepage says speeds up turnaround, and runs an embroidery room of 20 new automatic embroidery machines. For printing, the menus list DTF, DTG, screen printing (sitodruk), flex and flock transfers, and sublimation, and the homepage refers to DTF, DTG, screen printing and heat transfers as its print methods. A section headed "Porównaj metody znakowania" (compare marking methods) compares the options.

On speed, the homepage says: "Bogato wyposażony park maszynowy daje nam możliwość wykonania zleceń w trybie 24h" (a well-equipped machine park lets us complete orders in 24-hour mode), under the heading "Priorytetowe terminy!" (priority deadlines).

Products

The catalog is split into promotional clothing, workwear, promotional gadgets and textiles. Promotional clothing covers sweatshirts, caps with a peak and winter caps, aprons, shirts, T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets and vests, and fleeces, most in men's, women's and unisex cuts. Workwear adds sleeveless vests, sweatshirts, aprons, T-shirts, jackets, fleeces, trousers and shorts, and reflective vests. Gadgets are represented by bags, and textiles by towels and hotel textiles.

The homepage says the clothing offer runs to more than 50 thousand clothing items (indeksów), from T-shirts, polos, fleeces and sweatshirts to safety and work clothing from well-known brands, and that the company handles full branding of what it sells by embroidery or print. Towels get their own section: the company embroiders company logos on everyday towels and on hotel-standard towels that stand up to high-temperature washing, with the hotel towels in a heavy double-loop weight.

Pricing and discounts

The site asks prospective clients to request a free quote (bezpłatna wycena) and fill in a cooperation form to start the POD or dropshipping service. The only pricing rule it states is a volume one: ordering more products earns attractive discounts, and the larger the run, the lower the unit price. The homepage also invites clients who value professionalism "przy zachowaniu najniższej ceny" (while keeping the lowest price).

Who the company works with

Beyond the POD page, the company's cooperation menu has sections for advertising agencies, B2B, dropshipping and print on demand, and the homepage invites advertising agencies, clothing and textile manufacturers, and individual customers. A blog post and a homepage banner call the brand "Lider na rynku" (market leader), the company's own description. The homepage has a gallery of completed projects, which it says are all its own photos of work done for clients, and a customer testimonial that praises the contact and advice, the quality of a towel, and that it was finished ahead of time.

Support is by phone, with an office line and two named contacts listed on every page, and through the contact and quote forms. The company is also on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Who it suits and who it does not

NiceHaft suits a clothing brand, creator or small shop that already sells through a store connected to Base and wants embroidery as well as print, including 3D embroidery and patches, with orders shipped under a neutral label and a free integration to set up. The embroidery setup, with its own WILCOM design studio and 20 machines, is the part of the offer that sets it apart, and the workwear and towel ranges extend a merch line well beyond T-shirts.

It is a harder fit for a seller who wants a self-service dashboard with published base costs, since prices come by quote, or for anyone who cannot work in Polish, since the whole site and its contact channels are in Polish. The site states no shipping rates or delivery times for POD orders, so a seller will set those with the company when the cooperation form goes in.
