Onospod (styled OnosPOD) is a print-on-demand manufacturer that runs two of its own factories in Vietnam, prints by DTG, DTF and sublimation in-house, and ships single orders to sellers' customers, mostly in the United States. Its range leans toward apparel and especially all-over-print sportswear such as football, baseball, hockey and soccer jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, leggings and swimwear, alongside T-shirts, hoodies, flags, pillow covers and handmade-style wood and acrylic goods. The minimum order is 1 piece, and the company says the service is free to use, with no subscription fees or setup costs.
A manufacturer rather than a network
Onospod's pitch is that it makes the goods itself. Its manufacturer page puts it this way: "When we say we're a print on demand manufacturer, we mean: we own the factories. We bought the printers. We hired and trained the sewing staff. We built the QC process." It adds that an incoming order is not routed to a network partner but goes to its production floor in Vietnam.
The page lists the sites. Factory 1 is in Dong Ngo Hamlet, Phu Thinh Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, and Factory 2 in Hoang Xa Village, Yen Lang Commune, Hanoi. The Vietnam headquarters is in My Dinh, Hanoi, with a second Hanoi office in Tay Ho. A US office sits at 16787 Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach, California, which the company says provides local support, faster communication and business compliance for US clients, and an international entity, ONOS GLOBAL PTE. LTD, is registered in Singapore. The homepage also says products are printed, stitched and quality-checked "in our in-house facilities in Vietnam and the U.S."
On scale, the manufacturer page shows 500+ active sellers, 50,000+ orders shipped, 600+ professionals and 200+ product SKUs; the homepage counts 250+ products.
How a seller works with it
The homepage describes three steps: create an Onospod fulfillment account and connect a Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or other supported store to automate the order flow; make sales, after which Onospod processes and fulfills each order automatically and charges only the fulfillment cost; and let the company print, stitch and check the product before it ships in the seller's branded packaging. The manufacturer page lists the platforms it ships for as Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart and WooCommerce, and says its 1 to 2 day production target keeps seller metrics healthy, "especially TikTok Shop and Walmart where late shipment rates affect account standing." Orders can also come in by email, WhatsApp or the order portal.
The services menu adds dedicated pages for each channel. The platform summaries read: Etsy POD supplier with "Handmade-eligible custom packaging"; TikTok Shop supplier with a "5-day rush" and "AOP specialist" tag; FBA and Amazon prep, meaning label, poly-bag, bundle and ship; and a TikTok US fulfillment service. New accounts get a $10 top-up on their first sign-up to fulfillment.
Print methods
The manufacturer page says the company has "in-house equipment for all three" methods and recommends the right one for each SKU:
- DTG: inkjet printing onto fabric, best for photorealistic designs on 100% cotton, with no setup fee and no limit on color count. Suited to cotton tees and photographic prints.
- DTF: a heat transfer from film to garment that works on polyester, nylon and blends, with 50 to 80 wash cycles of durability. Suited to hoodies, caps and dark garments.
- Sublimation: ink that bonds with polyester fibers, which the page calls "the only method for true edge-to-edge AOP." Suited to jerseys, Hawaiian shirts and leggings.
Custom jerseys are cut-and-sew sublimation with name and number customization, and the all-over-print service promises "Edge-to-edge 80+ wash durability." Embroidered items include caps and polos. For handmade-style goods, the homepage mentions UV printing and laser engraving on wood, acrylic and plastic, aimed at Etsy sellers.

Production, quality and shipping
Standard production is 1 to 2 business days for most products, according to the FAQ, with DTG and DTF orders usually finishing the same day and complex cut-and-sew items such as fully customized jerseys taking 2 to 3 business days. Rush production is available for established partners.
Each order passes an artwork review for resolution, color profile and print-readiness before production, and a final inspection for color accuracy, stitching and sizing afterward; items that fail are remade rather than shipped. Files can be PNG, PDF or AI, with a minimum of 150 DPI at print size for DTG and DTF, and product templates for sublimation. The homepage claims 99.99% of orders reach customers with no issues.
Orders ship from Vietnam to US customers in 5 to 8 business days with tracking on every order. DDP is available, with duties paid at origin, so customers do not face surprise customs fees. The manufacturer page lists shipping destinations as the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia.
Branding and support
Private label options are custom neck labels (printed or woven), hang tags and branded packaging inserts, and the homepage offers cardboard package boxes as a private-label product. The company calls itself a white-label partner, so customers do not see its name on the products.
Support runs by email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zalo and Messenger. The manufacturer page promises a quote within 24 hours and gives hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm (GMT+7). Samples can be ordered, and the page invites sellers to "Start with a Free Sample Order." Much of the blog is written in Vietnamese.
Who it suits and who it does not
Onospod suits a seller selling mainly to US buyers who wants all-over-print jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, leggings or cut-and-sew sportswear, private-label neck labels and hang tags, and one supplier that can move from single-piece POD to bulk runs. Etsy, TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA sellers get channel-specific services, and Walmart is on its platform list.
It fits less well for a seller whose customers are outside the destinations it lists, or one who needs goods delivered faster than the 5 to 8 business days from Vietnam. Sellers after home decor, wall art or a broad drinkware range will find the catalog thin outside apparel.
