What Printeez is
Printeez On Demand is a custom apparel and print-on-demand company that prints in its own facilities: Printeez USA in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and Printeez Canada in Granby, Quebec. It prints t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and other apparel in DTG, and lists DTF printing and custom embroidery as related services. Its customers range from individuals ordering a single shirt to companies, schools, event organizers, resellers and brands, and the site has a "Connect your Store" route and a print-on-demand section for sellers who want orders fulfilled as they come in. The home page claims a 4.8/5 Google rating and "100K + Happy customers."
What a seller gets
The first thing the site asks is where to produce. Its region picker reads "Two production facilities. One quality standard. Choose the Printeez facility that best serves you or your customer." Choosing Printeez USA means the order is produced in Florida, priced in USD and built for delivery across the United States. Choosing Printeez Canada means production in Quebec, CAD pricing and delivery across Canada. For a seller with customers in both countries, that is one supplier with a domestic facility on each side of the border.
There are no minimums. The home page promises "Order 1 or 1,000+," and the DTG page says "No minimums means you can print one shirt or one hundred." For larger runs, the company offers bulk pricing "for teams & businesses," and the DTG FAQ says bulk DTG pricing starts at 50 pieces; below that, the on-demand DTG service with no minimums applies.
Ordering follows three steps on the home page: choose products, add a logo or artwork, and Printeez prints and ships. Artwork is uploaded in the site's design tool, and the DTG FAQ says uploaded artwork can be reused on a different product. The footer's "Getting Started" section links "Connect your Store" and "Create Account," alongside separate pages for print on demand, Printeez Premium and agencies. The home page describes its reseller and brand offer as "Scalable solutions and fulfillment."
Production is in-house. The home page lists "Printed In-House" as one of its four promises, next to no minimums, fast turnaround and bulk pricing, and a facility section headed "Real People. Real Production." says orders are printed in its own facilities for "More control, higher quality, faster turnaround."
DTG in detail
The DTG page is the most detailed product page on the site. It describes DTG as "a digital printing method that applies water-based inks directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology," able to print unlimited colors in a single pass without separate screens. It recommends DTG for photo-realistic designs, gradients, multi-color graphics, small batches, limited drops and personalization such as names and numbers for team rosters.
The same page is candid about limits. DTG works best on 100% cotton or cotton-rich blends of 80% cotton or more, and performance on polyester and dark synthetics is limited. Dark garments need a white underbase, which "can add slight texture and may affect the hand feel," and colors look most vivid on white or light garments. For orders over 50-100 pieces, the company says screen printing becomes more cost-effective. Care guidance is to wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying.
File requirements are published in full: PNG (preferred) or SVG for vector artwork, 300 DPI, sRGB color profile, a maximum file size of 50 MB, and artwork exported at the actual print size, for example a 10-inch-wide file for a 10-inch print.
Other services and audiences
DTG is not the only decoration method. The DTG page links two related services: Direct-to-Film (DTF), which it describes as durable, bright prints on any fabric, and custom embroidery, described as "Premium, textured decoration for logos and branding." For a seller whose range includes polyester or blended garments, DTF covers what DTG does less well, and embroidery gives a brand a stitched logo option for hoodies and caps.
The home page sorts its customers into four groups under the line "From small teams to global brands, we make it easy to create, manage and fulfill your custom apparel": companies wanting branded apparel for their team, schools and teams ordering spirit wear and athletic apparel, events, and resellers and brands. The whole site is available in English and French, and the French version carries the same region picker, promises and reviews.
Turnaround and service
The DTG FAQ says most DTG orders ship within 3-6 business days. Certain products from the company's in-stock selection ship next day at no extra cost and carry a "Fast Turnaround" label, and express shipping can be added at checkout without changing the production commitments. The footer links a help center, a contact support page and a returns and replacements page, and the company behind the site is Printeez Inc.
The Google reviews on the home page, 776 of them by the page's count, give a picture of that service in practice. One customer writes that "The blank quality is incredible. Nice and heavy." Another says the staff "were extremely responsive throughout the ordering, production, and delivery process," and that when the carrier lost a package, Printeez "responded same-day by sending a new batch to print." A French-language reviewer from Quebec describes support removing a black background from a logo and emailing a proof for approval before printing. Another reviewer mentions Gildan shirts. Several French reviews praise speed, one noting delivery in under a week with standard shipping.
Who it suits
Printeez suits sellers and brands in the United States and Canada who want a printer with its own production on both sides of the border, prices in their own currency, and no minimum order. The DTG guidance and file specifications make it easy for a designer to get artwork right the first time, and the jump to bulk pricing at 50 pieces gives a growing brand a path from single orders to team or event runs with the same supplier. Companies, schools, event organizers and resellers are all named audiences, and the DTF and embroidery services widen the options for logos and branded apparel.
The caveats are practical. The site does not publish unit prices outside the product builder, and it does not name which store platforms its store connection supports, so a seller should create an account to see both. DTG is best on cotton, so a seller planning performance polyester lines should look at the DTF service instead. For US and Canadian apparel sellers who value in-house production and responsive support, those are easy trade-offs.
