What Printegy is

Printegy is a German print-on-demand and dropshipping company, operating as Printegy GmbH, that prints t-shirts, hoodies, baby bodysuits, mugs and doormats to order and ships them white-labeled to the seller's customers across Europe. Its print-on-demand page says printing takes place in Germany, and it uses Kornit machines for direct-to-garment printing. Sellers connect a shop, most visibly through its free app in the Shopify App Store, or order directly without a shop. The site, in German with an English version, is aimed at online shops, companies, content creators, and clubs and groups who want their own merchandise without holding stock.

What a seller gets

The model is on-demand production with no minimum. The print-on-demand page explains that nothing is made in advance: a product is only produced when a customer orders it, "wobei es keine Mindestmenge gibt" (with no minimum quantity), so the risk of unsold stock disappears. Payment follows the sale: the FAQ says "Die Bezahlung erfolgt erst nach dem getätigten Verkauf" (payment is only due after the sale). Using the software and connecting a shop are free of charge.

Orders reach Printegy through shop integrations that pass orders on automatically. The home page says that as soon as a customer orders in the seller's shop, Printegy handles production and shipping in the seller's name. Shopify is the headline integration, with the app rated 4.8/5 based on 11 reviews on the home page, and a YouTuber quoted on the home page names Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce as platforms it connects to. The help center's newest articles include a guide to connecting a WooCommerce shop. A CSV option sits next to the Shopify link on the home page.

Sellers without a supported shop can use direct ordering (Direktbestellung): created products can be ordered in a few clicks. The same feature is how sellers put together sample packages to check product quality, print and delivery times before they launch.

For sellers switching from another provider, Printegy offers product migration via SKU, which links existing shop products to Printegy without setting everything up again, and an individual onboarding process with extras such as range expansion and design import.

Printing is a choice between DTG and DTF. The home page says sellers can choose the print technology themselves, "DTG oder DTF," to suit their needs, and the FAQ says Printegy uses Kornit machines for direct textile printing. One of the most-read help center articles explains the difference between the two.

The print-on-demand page sorts its audience into four groups. Companies can create merchandise for team members and customers. Online shops can add customizable products to a Shopify store. Content creators can sell fan merchandise, and the page stresses that creating a merch item is completely free. Clubs and groups can make products that represent them. The home page also says the company develops its IT around the current needs of its existing and new customers, with the stated aim of growing together.

Printegy publishes starting prices for its popular products on the home page:

The home page promises "Stabil niedrige Preise" (consistently low prices) for products, shipping and extra services, and the print-on-demand page lists fair prices as one of its main advantages. The menu links a page of shipping rates and delivery times, and the help center answers which countries Printegy ships to.

Branding and extra services

Each product card lists the branding options it supports. The Creator 2.0 tee takes a printed neck label, an outside print label and a hang tag; the baby bodysuit adds a tear-away option; the mug and doormat carry no label. The FAQ confirms the white-label service: "Auf dem Paket erscheint lediglich die Absenderadresse, die Sie bei uns im System hinterlegen" (only the sender address you store in our system appears on the parcel). Returns go back to that same address.

The service menu goes beyond printing: branding, personalization, returns management, a mockup service, a sustainability page, expert consulting and range expansion. The home page highlights a free and growing mockup selection and describes branding, personalization, returns management and alternative designs together as the full package.

Speed and support

On speed, the home page says orders are handled promptly even in peak season, and that thanks to highly automated processes, production time for stock products is 1-2 days. The FAQ adds that in the great majority of cases, more than 95%, orders are processed within one working day. Delivery is Europe-wide with tracking.

Support is by phone or email, with a German phone number and hello@printegy.de listed on every page. The help center covers order status, undelivered parcels, returns management, the affiliate partner program and what sellers need to know about Germany's packaging law (VerpackG and the LUCID packaging register).

What sellers say

The home page quotes sellers and YouTubers. Clothekk writes that the products are well made "mit Robusten und langlebigen Prints" (with sturdy, long-lasting prints). BINYA reports fast delivery times of 2-3 days. DrinkFashion says setup is quick and easy and that support always answers fast. One YouTuber mentions that the printed shirts had no unpleasant vinegar smell.

Who it suits

Printegy suits sellers who want to ship to European customers from a German printer, with published prices in euros, a free Shopify app, DTG or DTF on each product, and branding options down to the neck label and hang tag. Content creators, clubs and small companies building merch get free product creation and no minimums, and switching sellers get SKU migration and onboarding help.

It is a narrower fit for sellers who need embroidery, since the pages name only DTG and DTF, or who want a wide hard-goods range beyond mugs and doormats. For a Shopify seller focused on Europe, those limits are minor.
