What Printrove is
Printrove is an Indian print-on-demand and dropshipping company that prints apparel, phone cases, posters, mugs and accessories for online stores and ships each order to the store's customer under the seller's brand. The operating company is Printrove Products Private Limited, the footer reads "Prints and ships India", and the homepage calls it "India's Trusted Print on Demand & Dropshipping Platform." Its pitch to sellers is "Your own print factory and customer fulfillment service, right at your fingertips." It addresses creators, artists, influencers and entrepreneurs who want to sell their own designs without stock, from a first merch drop to a growing D2C brand.
What a seller gets
The homepage lays out six promises. "Fast fulfillment": "90% of our orders are shipped within 3 to 4 days. We offer 24 hour dispatch for inventory products as well." "Easy replacement": "We replace and give exactly what your customer wants." "No minimum order": "We print, pack and ship even your single order." "White label": "It's your brand, and only yours. We don't come into the picture." "Print on demand": "We print as and when your customer orders." And "Drop ship": "We print, pack and ship to your customers."
The order flow runs in four steps. A customer buys on the seller's store; the order "is transferred to Printrove automatically"; Printrove prints, packs and ships "directly to your customer under your brand name"; and the seller keeps the margin, since "You set your own margins and earn." The FAQ puts the economics plainly: profit is the difference between the seller's retail price and "the amount charged for each order on Printrove."
Store connections are central. The homepage names Shopify and WooCommerce integration, and the FAQ adds that Printrove "supports integrations with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, custom websites, Wix and others", with custom websites connected via API. Everything is managed in the merchant panel, described as "A single panel to manage your designs, orders, integrations, payments, remittances and invoices" with live order status.
For sellers unsure where to start, the FAQ suggests T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, phone cases and hoodies, and notes that oversized T-shirts "have been trending recently." Signing up is free: sellers register with an email, verify their details and complete onboarding, and "once approved, you can start selling with print on demand instantly."
Products
The homepage claims "250+ products to sell". The catalog menu lists men's, women's and kids' clothing, sweatshirts, oversized T-shirts, round neck half sleeve T-shirts, polo T-shirts, hoodies, oversized hoodies, women's crop hoodies, glass phone cases, pop grips, sipper bottles, mugs, notebooks, acrylic and MDF coasters, mouse pads and posters. One merchant testimonial credits Printrove with "over 200 Phone models".
The poster page shows how product pages are laid out. Posters are printed by inkjet on "300 GSM Art Board Paper" in A3 and A4, with "0.75-inch thick fiberwood frames for edge and side protection" and "1.5-mm thick acrylic glass for strength and maximum shatter resistance", and are "Rolled and packed in hard tubes to save from damage." The page states "Made in India" and shows a price starting from ₹70.00, next to ₹400.00, with the note that "The final price of the product depends on the garment, printing, shipping and taxes." The page also carries buttons to order a sample and download a design template.
Shipping and payment
Two shipping claims appear on the product pages. "COD-enabled shipping" lets a seller's customers "place orders via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) from over 26000+ pin codes across India", and "Sell internationally" promises shipping to "200+ countries" through its shipping partners. The footer links to a shipping and delivery policy and a returns and refunds policy.
What Printrove's own blog adds
Printrove publishes a long guide to Indian POD platforms on its blog, in which it ranks itself first. The comparisons with other companies are marketing, but the section on Printrove itself states several facts about its own service:
- Print methods. For single-piece POD orders it lists DTG, DTF and sublimation. For bulk orders of 50+ pieces it adds screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl, puff and other specialty techniques.
- Print pricing. Its summary table gives ₹0.9 per square inch for DTF and DTG with a minimum of ₹90, and ₹0.8 per square inch for white DTG with a minimum of ₹80, on a pay-per-order model, with cashback and reward programs for regular sellers.
- Shipping. The same table gives ₹50.84 per 0.5 kg, 2–5 day processing, and ₹42.37 extra for COD. Elsewhere the post says most orders dispatch within 2–3 days.
- Production and quality. It says Printrove "manages its entire production in-house" and runs a two-stage quality check, before printing and before dispatch, and claims a defect rate below 0.01%.
- Branding. Neck labels, hangtags, inserts, stickers and custom packaging, which Printrove stores and uses automatically for every order. The homepage FAQ confirms branding services including inside and outside neck labels, hang-tags, branded pack-ins, custom stickers and polybags.
- Dashboard. A built-in mockup generator, listing auto-sync, performance analysis and multi-user access for teams.
- Print + Store. Sellers can pre-produce best-sellers in small bulk (minimum 50 pieces, mixing sizes and colors), which Printrove warehouses and ships on demand as orders arrive.
- Support. Email and WhatsApp support, with same-day response on critical issues. The post also notes that some specialty printing methods require bulk minimums of 25+ units.
What sellers say
The homepage quotes several merchants. A mobile accessories brand praises the customer service ("Every question is answered, every request is taken care of"), another seller writes "We started without investing anything in machinery. Our orders reach on time and our customers are very happy", and a T-shirt buyer describes sharp print quality and soft fabric. The menu also offers a print in bulk service, and the homepage lets individuals "print something for yourself" outside the seller program.
Who it suits
Printrove suits Indian creators and D2C brands selling through Shopify, WooCommerce or their own site who want white-label fulfillment with no minimum order, COD across India and the option to ship abroad. The published print-area pricing and shipping rates let a seller estimate the cost of an order before signing up, and the branding services and Print + Store model give a growing brand labels, inserts and warehoused best-sellers from the same supplier. Its own blog describes its pricing as mid-range, so sellers who choose purely on the lowest price per piece should compare the numbers against their margins.
