Printy6 is a print-on-demand and dropshipping platform that calls itself "The Ultimate Apparel Print on Demand & sourcing platform". It prints a seller's designs on clothing, shoes, home goods and accessories, ships the orders to the seller's customers, and adds a sourcing and manufacturing service for brands that outgrow on-demand production. Its how-it-works page says it ships "internationally to over 230 countries around the World", and that it is "building warehouse in Europe and United States". The site speaks to Etsy and Shopify sellers, designers and artists starting out, and to established brands looking for private-label production. The same page claims the service is "100% Free to use" and "Trusted by over 500K merchants".

What a seller gets

The catalog is wider than the apparel label suggests. The how-it-works page invites sellers to put a design on "300+ products" and elsewhere speaks of "over 1000 SKUs and professional Mockups". Women's clothing is the deepest section: t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, skirts, leggings, dresses, blouses, jumpsuits, two-piece sets and bottoms. Men's clothing covers t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, bottoms and shoes. Kids and babies get t-shirts. Accessories include bags and phone cases, the men's menu adds a watch category, and home and living holds bedding sets, pillows and covers, wall clocks, wall art, mugs, bathroom items and blankets.

Footwear is where Printy6 stands out. Its custom shoes collection lists low-top and high-top all-over-print canvas shoes, canvas loafers, mesh and knit sneakers, leather sneakers, running shoes, chukka boots, lightweight leather boots and flip flops. Most styles come in 11 to 19 sizes, and a blog post on the site says Printy6 holds "an industry-leading position in the field of custom shoes", which is the company's own claim.

Ordering works on a dropship model. The how-it-works page lays it out in three steps: upload a design and place it on a product, publish the product to a store on Shopify or Etsy (or share the link with an audience), then collect the money. In the company's words, "You don't need to pay for anything until you get the orders from your audience, once you get the orders from your customer, you just need to pay the items with purchase price, Printy6 will handle the rest." The home page adds "On-demand production and No MOQ", and the how-it-works page mentions an inventory plan "with no minimum quantity requirement".

Design happens in the Printy6 customizer. The home page describes an image rendering engine that shows the finished product in a preview window in real time as a pattern is placed, and a library of "hundreds of thousands of free patterns" for sellers who do not bring their own artwork. It also claims a product can be designed "in five minutes", and it pitches this as a way to test ideas quickly before committing to anything.

Integrations and order flow

The footer on every page lists the integrations: Shopify, Etsy, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon and the Printy6 API. The home page describes several of these and places eBay and YouTube in a section titled "More marketplace integration is coming soon".

Etsy gets its own page with a step-by-step connection guide. A seller logs into Printy6, opens "Integrations", clicks "Add", chooses Etsy and grants access from the Etsy account. The page notes "you can even add multiple Etsy shops", and that Etsy and other e-commerce accounts can be connected to one Printy6 account at the same time. After that, products are published to the shop "just click a button", and "Your order will be synced to Printy6 automatically, and we will fulfill your orders for you." The same page promotes a mockup generator for Etsy listings.

For sellers who track numbers, the how-it-works page lists "Real-time transaction monitoring" to follow the conversion rate of each design, plus sales forecasting that adjusts inventory automatically.

Prices, shipping and quality

Printy6 shows starting prices in its public catalog, labeled "Products & Pricing". In the custom shoes collection the Unisex Flip Flops start from $16.00, the All-Over Print Low Top and High Top Canvas Shoes from $27.99, the Unisex Mesh Tech Eco-Flex Sneakers from $32.00, and the Unisex Sneaker TR from $45.50. Among the new clothing items, the All-Over Print Batwing Sleeve V-Neck Top starts from $12.96, the Tie Back Halter Neck Flared Dress from $27.50 and the Ruffle Hem Halter Neck Maxi Dress from $42.80, and the home page lists Men's All-Over Print Premium Cotton Short Sleeve Shirts from $24.00. The "Better price" section says an automated production process keeps costs low and that there is a discount for bulk purchase, so "the unit purchase cost declines as quantity increases".

On shipping, the how-it-works page says "The tracking number will be available within 2 - 4 business days for most categories." The shipping page lists two service levels, Flat Rate Shipping and Expedited Shipping, and says Printy6 works with global carriers, but it shows no rate table.

Quality claims are the company's own. The home page promises "AATCC(American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists) and ISO standard fabrics to ensure the quality of our products." The how-it-works page mentions high-quality fabrics and raw materials, an "environmentally friendly printing process", strict quality standards and a "money back guarantee for the quality problem". A Return & Refund Policy is linked in the footer.

Brand services and support

Printy6 runs a second line for brands under the heading "Overall Brand Service": "Printy6 offers a full range of professional ODM & OEM services, allowing brands to focus entirely on brand operations and sales." Custom packaging covers washing labels, packaging boxes, packaging bags and branded parts. A brand that cannot find a style in the catalog can send "the Tech-pack or a few sample photos", and Printy6 says it will make samples from scratch "within a few days", then refine them with the client. The home page also carries a "Doing large volume?" prompt and a contact form.

Support runs through support@printy6.com, shown on every page. The about page describes the business as "a small, tight-knit team", some of whom run their own e-commerce stores while others are illustrators and programmers.

Who Printy6 suits

Printy6 suits an Etsy or Shopify seller who wants fashion items beyond the usual tee and hoodie: all-over-print dresses, jumpsuits, sneakers and boots sit in one catalog, and the starting prices are public, so a seller can work out margins before signing up. The multi-shop Etsy connection helps a seller running several niche shops, and the API and BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Amazon links cover sellers outside Etsy.

The ODM and OEM service makes sense for a brand that has proven a design on demand and wants its own cut, labels and packaging.

The main caveat is shipping. The site gives the tracking window and the two service levels, but no per-country rates or delivery times, so a seller with a price-sensitive audience should get a shipping quote on a few test orders before launching.
