Qikink is an Indian print-on-demand and dropshipping company that manufactures and prints apparel, drinkware, bags and home goods in-house and ships each order under the seller's brand. It is run by Huepress Fashion Pvt. Ltd., with a registered address in Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and its footer says it has been "Trusted by 25,000+ brands since 2016". The home page is written for Indian sellers first: cash on delivery, delivery to small towns as well as metros, and protection from return-to-origin losses are the three things it puts up front. A seller can join without money down: signing up is free, needs no credit card and, the site says, takes 30 seconds.

What a seller gets

The catalog is large. The home page offers "350+ customisable t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, phone cases & more" and says "Qikink's catalogue covers 2,750+ SKUs across apparel, accessories, and home & living, all manufactured in-house." Its product menu runs through t-shirts, hoodies and jackets, kids' clothing, accessories, home and living, headwear and bags, and the bestseller tabs add all-over-print (AOP) apparel, drinkware and pet wear. The custom products list in the footer names t-shirts, mugs, caps, hoodies, tote bags, bottles, stickers and jerseys. A downloadable catalog lists every product, variant and price.

Production is Qikink's own. The home page says "We manufacture our own apparel in-house at our 56,500 sq ft facility. No third-party suppliers, no out-of-stock surprises." It lists "10+ Print Methods": DTG, DTF, AOP, engraving, sublimation, embroidery, puff and UV printing, and the FAQ also names vinyl. The FAQ describes machinery that prints "a single garment at a time", which is what makes one-off orders possible.

The order flow has three steps on the home page. The seller designs products and sets a retail price, connects a store so orders sync automatically, and Qikink prints and ships each order "under your brand name". The same page says "No factory, no MOQ, no warehousing needed", and the merch page repeats "No Minimum Order".

Integrations

Qikink connects to Shopify and WooCommerce through its own app and plugin, and offers an Open API for custom stores. Its Wix blog post is explicit about the limits: "We only have integration with shopify and woocommerce platforms," and a Wix store can be linked only through the API with coding on the seller's side. Amazon works differently. The FAQ says Qikink can fulfill Amazon orders through self-shipping and Amazon shipping services, and its Amazon guide explains that there is no automatic Amazon integration: the seller enables self-ship mode, then copies each Amazon order into the Qikink dashboard by hand. The same FAQ says Flipkart orders cannot be fulfilled because Flipkart does not yet support self-shipping. A seller on Shopify or WooCommerce gets the automatic flow, and anyone else should plan for manual work.

Prices and payments

Prices are visible. The FAQ says pricing is on every product page, "including printing, handling, and, shipping costs, so you can easily calculate your profit," with a fuller table in the help section. The merch page shows examples: Male Classic Crew T-Shirt ₹160, Unisex AOP Sports T-Shirt ₹300, Unisex Sweatshirt UH26 ₹330 and Unisex Hoodie ₹430. The home page also links a profit margin calculator that shows earnings before signing up.

There is no fee to join and no deposit. Volume is rewarded with "Automatic monthly cashback of 4-10% on your order volume credited directly to your Qikink wallet," and the merch page offers bulk pricing on orders of 50 or more units for sellers who want stock for an event.

Shipping and delivery

Inside India, Qikink says it delivers to "29,000+ pincodes across every Indian state", with standard and express options and cash on delivery on every pincode. Its headline promise is "COD with Zero RTO Charges": the site calls it the only print-on-demand platform in India that offers cash on delivery without return-to-origin fees, a claim made on its own home page. It also states "95% of orders out the door within 2-3 business days", a 2 to 5 day average delivery timeline, and coverage of 28 states and union territories.

The FAQ gives a finer breakdown: "all print on demand orders are shipped within 2 working days. AOP apparels are dispatched within 3- 4 working days. The overall fulfillment time, including the delivery time, is 3-5 working days." For urgent orders, the merch page offers a rush option to get products shipped in a day. Outside India, the same page says "We ship to over 120+ countries to deliver products" and links a shipping calculator.

Branding and after-sales

White-label branding covers the parcel and the product: branded neck labels, hang tags and thank-you cards on the home page, plus custom packing and letters on the merch page. The FAQ confirms that Qikink's name does not appear on the product or packaging. Tracking is white-labeled too.

Returns have a set process. Damaged or defective items get a replacement if the seller raises a request within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and product photos. For size exchanges and returns without a defect, the seller places a new order. Parcels lost in transit are refunded once the courier status confirms the loss. A seller can book a reverse pickup in the dashboard; the returned item goes into the seller's return inventory and ships automatically the next time the same product is ordered.

The merch page promises a "100% Quality Guarantee", with every product going through quality checks.

Scale and support

The home page puts the business in figures: 7M+ items fulfilled, 45M designs secured, 350+ products and 240% company growth, and a 4.3 rating on Trustpilot. Support runs by chat, email and phone. The phone line, +91 9787113135, is staffed 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, and merch enquiries go to care@qikink.com. Video tutorials on the home page cover Shopify integration, the dashboard, branding options, ordering a sample and fulfilling store orders.

Who Qikink suits

Qikink suits an Indian seller on Shopify or WooCommerce who wants a wide catalog, visible rupee prices and cash on delivery for customers outside the big cities. The in-house factory and the range of print methods, from puff and embroidery to UV printing and engraving, also suit creators and brands that want more than a plain DTG tee, and the merch page names YouTubers, bands, college fests, sports teams, weddings and corporate branding as typical uses.

Sellers on Amazon should expect to re-key orders by hand, and Flipkart is not supported.
