Rebel Printerz is a Liverpool garment printer and embroiderer that sells personalized clothing, runs a print-on-demand service and also supplies DTG printing equipment. The home page introduces the business as "Welcome to Rebel Printerz Ltd." and continues: "From our workshop in Liverpool, Merseyside, in the UK, we undertake a full range of garment customisation techniques including Embroidery, DTF Print (Direct to Film), DTG Print (Direct to Garment) and Vinyl Transfer Print." It serves a wide mix of buyers, which it lists as "businesses, charities, sports teams, groups, societies, schools and individuals", and it sums up its range in one line: "So, whether you're simply looking for some personalised printed T-shirts for a stag do weekend or you're a large blue chip plc looking to source some embroidered workwear, we have the right solution for you." The same page calls the company "market leaders in the supply of personalised clothing", its own description.
What a seller gets
For a seller building a clothing brand, the relevant parts are the "Print On Demand" section in the main menu, the "We Integrate with" block on the home page and the "Start selling" button beneath it. The site's own blog describes the offer as covering T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, bags and more, "From small individual orders to bulk corporate orders", with "a user-friendly online design tool". A testimonial on the home page from Revolution Clothing reads "Brand on Demand is the future of our Brand.", and another, from Paul Lewis in Oxford, praises "Excellent setup support. From design help to sending orders." A third, from Ben Wallis of Mindset Clothing UK, says "Outstanding print quality. Easily the most reliable company I have used." Two of the three come from clothing labels.
The catalog is apparel-first and organized for both brands and teams. Adult clothing covers T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, polo shirts, caps and hats, tanks and vests, track and jog pants and short sets. There are separate sections for bags, corporate wear, football kits, gym sportswear (sports T-shirts, tanks and vests, gym and yoga leggings), kids' hoodies, jumpers and T-shirts, and workwear, which includes T-shirts, polos, hoodies and aprons. The home page summarizes the range as "customisable T-shirts, cosy hoodies, elegant polo shirts, warm fleece jackets, rugged workwear and more." The company also sells its own label, Rebel Made Clothing. The home page slideshow shows where its business comes from: customized T-shirts, hoodies under the line "Personalise it now!!", band merchandise, customized workwear, corporate wear and custom football kits. Its tagline, "THE ONLY LIMIT IS YOUR IMAGINATION", sits above the whole shop.
The blanks come from established wholesale brands. The home page names "Gildan, Fruit of The Loom, AWDis, Stanley/Stella, Beechfield, Build Your Brand, Premier, Result and Russell, to name a few", and the brand menu also lists Yupoong. For a seller, that means familiar garments with known sizing and colors rather than an unbranded house blank.
Print methods
Rebel Printerz lists four decoration services in its menu: DTF printing, DTG printing, HTV heat transfer vinyl and embroidery. DTG gets the most attention. The home page says the company brings "best-in-class DTG printers" and that its team has "years of experience in the DTG printing industry", and it describes the method as able to reproduce artwork "with precision, capturing every detail and colour nuance on a wide range of textiles." Alongside DTG, vinyl transfer is a natural match for the names and numbers on football kits and sportswear, and embroidery for workwear, polos and caps.
The DTG section also reveals a second business. Rebel Printerz calls itself "the premier DTG printer supplier in the UK" and offers "a comprehensive range of DTG printers and accessories", with advice on "selecting the right printer for your unique needs" and "comprehensive training and support". The equipment pitch is aimed at "a start-up aiming to expand your product line" as well as "an established professional looking to streamline your production". So a seller who starts on print on demand and later wants to bring printing in-house can talk to the same company about equipment.
Pricing and ordering
Prices are shown in pounds. The home page banner reads "Customised T-shirts From £9.99", and the rest of the catalog is priced product by product in the online shop. Customers order through the shop, with a "How to order" guide and an "Artwork Guide" in the footer, and there are pages for FAQs, the refund policy and the payment methods the shop accepts. A newsletter promises discounts, promotions, new products and sales. The home page does not publish separate print-on-demand base costs; those sit behind the "Start selling" route.
Resources for new brands
The company's blog, The Print Life Blog, is written for people starting out. Recent posts on the home page include "The Ultimate Guide to Starting a Clothing Brand with Print-on-Demand", a guide to increasing traffic to a clothing brand website, and a piece on building a clothing brand on social media. The footer also links a community page and product reviews, which give a new seller a sense of the garments before ordering.
Sustainability
The environmental claims are the company's own. The home page says "We are particularly aware of our responsibilities towards the environment and you can be safe in the knowledge that when you shop with Rebel Printerz, you are buying from an environmentally aware company." It adds "We are working hard to become completely carbon neutral by 2025" and says it works closely with suppliers on garment production standards and is "pleased to offer sustainable and organic products."
Who Rebel Printerz suits
Rebel Printerz suits a UK clothing label, band or sports club that wants printed and embroidered garments from a Liverpool workshop on brand-name blanks, and that may want both on-demand orders and bulk runs from one supplier. The mix of embroidery, DTF, DTG and vinyl covers most apparel jobs, from a team kit with names and numbers to embroidered workwear and full-color streetwear. A seller who expects to grow into its own production later has the added option of buying DTG equipment and training from the same company.
The offer is built around clothing rather than a broad merchandise catalog, and a seller who wants to sell print-on-demand products through an online store should go through the "Start selling" route to see how orders are connected and priced.
