What Reserva INK is
Reserva INK is a Brazilian print-on-demand platform for people who want to run their own clothing brand without holding stock. A creator subscribes to a plan, uploads designs, sets up a store, and every time a sale comes in the order goes to the Reserva factory, which prints it, packs it and ships it straight to the buyer. The site's pitch is "Venda online sem estoque" (sell online without stock) and "venda para todo o Brasil" (sell to all of Brazil). The legal entity named in the site footer is Arezzo Industrial e Comercio S.A., and the company says its products come from suppliers and factories that serve "o maior grupo de moda da América Latina" (the largest fashion group in Latin America). The whole site is in Portuguese and the offer is built around the Brazilian market: Brazilian payment methods, Brazilian carriers and Brazilian e-commerce platforms.
The homepage carries headline numbers: "100.000+ Usuários", "+ 2.84M" items sold, "R$ + 247M" billed by its stores, and an average buyer rating of "+ 4,8" stars.
How the model works for a seller
The homepage describes the flow in four steps. You subscribe to a plan, register your products and configure your store. When a customer buys, the order is forwarded to the Reserva factory. The factory produces, packs and ships the order to the buyer, and both you and your customer can follow it in real time. Delivery runs through what the company calls "as melhores transportadoras do Brasil" (Brazil's top carriers), which it says secures "os melhores custos e prazos de entrega" (top delivery costs and times). Your job is the creative side: designing products, planning strategy and promoting the brand. In the company's own phrasing, it will "suar a camisa" (sweat the shirt) for your business.
The FAQ is plain about what you do not need: "você não precisa investir em estoque, equipamentos ou fornecedores" (you do not need to invest in stock, equipment or suppliers). Designs stay with the creator. The site says "Cada criador é o dono das suas ideias e das suas estampas", meaning each creator owns their ideas and prints. You can open an account as a private individual (CPF) or as a company (CNPJ), and a later change of account holder ("Troca de Titularidade") can be requested from INK support. The company still recommends opening an MEI, Brazil's micro-entrepreneur registration, to formalize the business.
The platform itself covers store management. The homepage lists a dashboard with performance, sales and product status in real time, product creation "em poucos cliques" (in a few clicks), and an order view that tracks each production stage and the delivery tracking. Subscribers can customize their store, connect it to marketing tools and use their own domain.
Plans and prices
Reserva INK publishes its subscription prices on the homepage. The monthly plans are:
- Experimente, "para quem quer entender como funciona" (for those who want to understand how it works): R$39,90 per month, with a sales limit of 20 products per month.
- Básico, "para quem quer começar a vender" (for those who want to start selling): R$159 per month.
- Aceleração, for sellers who want more resources to grow: R$499 per month.
- INKrível, "para quem quer escalar a operação" (for scaling the operation): R$799 per month.
An annual toggle is marked -25%, and on the annual view the INKrível plan shows R$599 per month with a single payment of R$ 7.189,00. The Experimente plan is pitched as the low-risk entry: "Experimente sem pesar no bolso", with the promise that you can create products, make your first sales and start a brand "sem nenhum risco por apenas R$39,90". It is a paid entry plan, not a free one. The homepage also says you can "Teste sem cartão", test without a card.
The per-item base cost of a shirt is not printed on these pages. What is clear is how it is charged: when you sell through a connected store, orders are only sent to the factory if your wallet holds enough balance for Reserva INK to charge "o preço de custo e frete" (the cost price and freight).
Products and printing
The catalog is apparel. The homepage product carousel names Camiseta Regular, Baby Look, Camiseta Infantil, Body Infantil, Regata Básica, Camiseta Cropped, Algodão Peruano in men's and women's cuts, Camiseta Oversized, Hoodie Slim, Moletom Cropped and Suéter Slim. So beyond the standard t-shirt there are Peruvian cotton tees, tank tops, cropped tees, kids' shirts and baby bodysuits, and sweatshirt pieces. The site advertises "+ de 8 cores" (more than 8 colors) and sizes from PP to 4G. Size runs differ by garment: Camiseta P to 4G, Baby Look PP to 3G, Infantil 02 to 14 anos (ages 2 to 14), Regata P to 3G, Cropped PP to GG, Moletom P to 3G and Cropped Moletom PP to GG.
Printing is direct-to-garment. The FAQ says the company uses DTG "com a Kornit Atlas", which it calls a world reference in the market and "impressora top 1 do mundo" (the world's top printer). The machine has HD technology and Eco-Rapid inks. The FAQ states "Não existe limite de cores na impressão": there is no limit on colors. The FAQ adds one honest caveat that sellers designing bright artwork should note: very vivid colors such as neon "tendem a não ter o mesmo efeito no tecido como têm nas telas", they tend not to look the same on fabric as on a screen.
Integrations for existing stores
For sellers who already run a shop, the "Já tem e-commerce?" page presents Reserva INK as a supplier app. It promises "Sem pedido mínimo" (no minimum order), "Qualidade Reserva" and "Entregamos em todo BR" (we deliver across Brazil). The app is available for Nuvemshop, Shopify and CartPanda, and the page also lists Hotmart. The setup runs in six steps: create an account and pick a plan, create your designs, install the app and move the products into your store, review freight settings on the partner platform, load your wallet, and follow production and delivery on the Sales page.
Two limits are stated clearly in the FAQ. Products you already created on the partner platform cannot be linked to INK; you upload the print file in INK, because the factory uses that image with the correct placement and resolution, and the product is then created in your store with the right SKUs. The company recommends deleting the old products. And if your store runs on your own website or an unlisted platform, the automated flows are not available, with "Não temos previsão de realizar novas integrações no curto prazo" (no new integrations planned in the short term).
Getting paid
Profit on each sale lands in the seller's dashboard as "Saldo Disponível" (available balance), from which you request a withdrawal. The release timing depends on how the buyer paid. The FAQ spells it out: PIX clears immediately, credit card timing follows the installment plan (buyers can pay in up to 6x), and boleto clears within three business days after payment. Until then the amount shows as "Saldo a Receber" on the Financeiro page.
Experts marketplace and training
Experts is a services marketplace built into the platform, where store owners hire professionals for store creation, consulting, paid traffic, print design and social media. Profiles appear in a dedicated tab in the seller dashboard with reviews from other clients. Partners must pass a general test on Reserva INK plus a technical test for each service, with a minimum score of 7 and at least 70% correct answers; after two failed attempts they wait 90 days. Joining needs an active Reserva INK account, which the Experts page puts at R$39,90 per month. The company also runs Universidade INK, a members' area with an onboarding course, AI agents and acceleration programs including a course for its "Projeto Órbita", plus the podcast Rebeldes Sob Demanda with stories from its sellers.
Who it suits
Reserva INK suits Brazilian creators who want to launch or grow a clothing brand with production, packing and delivery handled by a large apparel group's factory, and who prefer published plan prices to guesswork. The low Experimente tier lets a beginner test designs with a cap of 20 sales a month before moving up. Sellers already on Nuvemshop, Shopify or CartPanda get an app that pushes orders straight into production with no minimum order. The Experts marketplace and Universidade INK help solo founders who need design or traffic help.
The caveats are scope and platform. The offer is apparel only, the site speaks about delivery within Brazil, and stores on custom sites or other platforms cannot use the automated order flow. Sellers also pay a monthly plan on top of per-order cost and freight, so the tier choice matters for small volumes.
