What Shirtigo is
Shirtigo is a German print-on-demand and dropshipping provider. Its Cockpit platform lets sellers design products, connect an online store or marketplace, and have every order printed, packed and shipped in their name from Shirtigo's own print shop in Germany. The site's tagline is "European Print-on-Demand & Dropshipping Provider - Quality made in Germany", and it states that products "are finished exclusively in our modern in-house print shop in Germany." Shipping goes worldwide. The offer is aimed at online stores, content creators selling merch, companies ordering branded team and onboarding merchandise, and clubs and groups.
The homepage gives the scale of the operation: a 5.000 m² production area, 250.000 stock products and 500.000 refined textiles. The company describes the site as a production facility "in the heart of Germany" where finishing and shipping take place entirely on site.
What a seller gets
Using the platform and linking a shop or marketplace is free. The FAQ says "The use of Shirtigo as well as the linking of a shop or marketplace is completely free of charge", and that orders are charged at Shirtigo's product prices plus shipping and handling. Paid extras such as branding features and express production can be switched on in the dashboard. Shirtigo produces "from 1 piece", so there is no minimum order and no storage cost, and you only pay once an order comes in.
Setup is described in six steps with time estimates: design products in the Shirtigo Creator from over 200 products (about 15 minutes), link a store or marketplace (about 7 minutes), set prices and publish (about 3 minutes), store billing details so orders are produced automatically (about 2 minutes), order a discounted product sample, and start selling. When an order reaches your store it is transmitted automatically, produced and sent directly to the customer. Manual one-click orders are also available for test prints, reorders or personal use, and one account can manage several shops and marketplaces, though a shop cannot be linked to more than one account.
Payment runs through a Wallet (a prepaid balance topped up by bank transfer), credit card with 3D-Secure, advance payment, or SEPA direct debit for business customers under certain conditions. New customers can earn a €100 starting credit by completing at least 10 orders with at least 25 products within 30 days of registering; the bonus is credited to the wallet at the start of the next month.
Products and print methods
The catalog covers "200+ products". The homepage lists its top sellers as T-shirts, sweaters and hoodies, caps and hats, bags, cups and bottles, and phone cases appear in the profit examples. Print methods named in the menu are DTG printing, DTF printing and embroidery, and the help center has guidelines for embroidery designs, a DTG/DTF guide, notes on printing caps, phone cases and mugs, and an article on why some products use DTF instead of DTG.
The sustainability page says the DTG machines come from Kornit and are "characterized by their minimal water consumption and pollution", and that the inks are Kornit NeoPigment inks, which the company describes as water-based and biodegradable. Organic items come from the Organic line of Stanley/Stella, a Belgian manufacturer whose supply chain the page lists as certified to GOTS and OEKO-TEX and PETA-approved; the FAQ adds that certain organic sweatshirts also use recycled polyester.
Pricing examples
Shirtigo does not print a full price list on these pages, but it does show sample margins. The homepage lists "+13,83 €" profit per sale on an Organic Fashion Hoodie, "+8,53 €" on an iPhone 12 phone case and "+12,63 €" on a Premium T-Shirt, and a profit calculator for T-shirts, hoodies, bags, caps and phone cases that defaults to 1000 sales per month and shows 992,21€ monthly profit. The footnote says these are non-binding examples based on the recommended retail price less production and shipping for a 1-sided print; taxes, fees and marketing are not included.
Production times and shipping
Shirtigo states "2-5 working days production time - express production possible on request", and "We produce orders within 2-5 working days and ship worldwide directly to your customers." The help center covers tracking, what Shirtigo means by working days, and what to do when an order is not delivered.
Shipping packaging is licensed with the Green Dot, which the company says covers the requirements of the German Packaging Act, and the page describes plastic-free packaging, optional glassine packaging and boxes made from recycled paper. Shipping partner DHL GoGreen offsets transport emissions through climate projects; the FAQ says this is "Currently" offered "for a portion of our orders" with the aim of covering all products in the long term. The sustainability page also says production runs on 100% renewable electricity from MONTANA, and that misprints and returns are donated to the German Red Cross and the Cologne streetwear label Hehlerei.
Integrations and tools
The integration menu names Shopify, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shirtigo's own Creator Shop, and the footer adds Shopware, Prestashop and OrderDesk. The print-on-demand page counts "10,000+ active Creator Shops". Tools listed across the site include the Print Manager, personalization (including personalization with Shopify), returns management, AI Studio, a CSV importer, a REST API, an Enterprise API and an MCP server, with a homepage banner announcing control of the business "with Claude & ChatGPT". The help center also mentions AI-generated product descriptions.
The eBay page covers German-speaking marketplaces and the policies eBay requires. It warns that new eBay sellers start with a selling limit of 10 items per month, which can be raised to 100 items per month, and recommends a commercial eBay account because private accounts carry a general limit.
Branding, warehousing and support
Sellers can add their own branding: the FAQ names labels, hangtags and packaging, and the help center covers neck prints, hem and sleeve labels, and the sender address on the shipping label. Warehousing is offered for brands that want to hold stock alongside POD products. Customer service and in-house IT support work in German and English. For one-off orders or small group quantities, the company points buyers to its consumer site shirtigo.de, which offers quantity discounts from more than 1 piece.
Who it suits
Shirtigo suits sellers who want their products printed and packed in Germany, delivered worldwide, with no platform fee and no minimum. Sellers on Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Amazon or TikTok Shop can connect directly, and teams building their own tools get a REST API, CSV import and an MCP server. Brand-focused sellers get labels, hangtags, packaging and warehousing in one account, and buyers who care about materials get an organic Stanley/Stella range and documented sustainability measures. The main caveat is cost visibility: per-product base prices are not printed on these public pages, so actual unit costs have to be checked in the free account, and anyone shipping far outside Europe should factor in transit from Germany on top of the 2-5 working day production time.
