What Stoff³ is

Stoff³ is a textile decoration workshop in Kassel, Germany, that prints and embroiders everything in-house and offers print-on-demand fulfillment and dropshipping for online shops. Its fulfillment page puts the offer plainly: "Dein Shop verkauft, wir liefern" (your shop sells, we deliver), with production by DTF, DTG or embroidery and shipping straight to your end customers "im Namen deiner Marke" (in your brand's name). The same workshop also serves companies, clubs, schools and private customers with embroidery, printing, flex and flock.

The homepage tells the background. In 2018 the team launched its own streetwear brand, Technostoff, and since then it has printed, sewn and embroidered everything itself on commercial and industrial machines. Stoff³ as a business "erst 2024 offiziell eröffnet hat" (only officially opened in 2024), yet the company counts "18.000+ Veredelungen durchgeführt" (decorations completed), "4.000+ Zufriedene Kunden" (satisfied customers) and "8+ Jahre Erfahrung" (years of experience). It stresses "Eigene Produktion in Kassel. Keine Fremdvergabe" (own production in Kassel, no outsourcing), and it deliberately does not offer screen printing: "bewusst kein Siebdruck".

The fulfillment and dropshipping service

Stoff³ pitches fulfillment at "Shops, die schon verkaufen" (shops that already sell). Three offers make up the service:

  • Dropshipping in your shop's name. An order arrives in your shop, Stoff³ produces it and ships it directly to your customer, neutrally and under your name. "Dein Kunde sieht deine Marke, nicht unsere" (your customer sees your brand, not ours). The FAQ stresses this is running practice for partner shops today, not an announcement, with packaging and shipping neutral or carrying your brand as sender.
  • Print-on-demand production. Instead of producing large runs in advance, items are made by DTF, DTG or embroidery only once the order exists, so there is "Kein totes Kapital im Lager, kein Risiko bei neuen Motiven" (no dead capital in stock, no risk with new designs). For products that sell well, Stoff³ can also pre-produce small batches.
  • Storage by arrangement. Blanks or finished goods can be held at Stoff³, with scope and conditions set individually according to volume; the FAQ says there is deliberately no fixed standard rate.

The onboarding runs in four steps. First you show your shop and products and discuss textiles, decoration and expected order volume. Then Stoff³ sets up each product with fixed specs (textile, technique, placement) and produces samples for approval on request. Next you agree how orders reach Stoff³, starting pragmatically and moving to a direct connection if you want one. Finally orders flow in, are produced in Kassel and shipped in your shop's name. The company adds that it packs and ships for its own shop the same way.

Shopify and automation

Stoff³ says it has run its own Shopify shops "seit Jahren" (for years) and knows the daily work behind them: order handling, variants, shipping processes. For fulfillment partners it builds, on request, "eine direkte Anbindung an deinen Shopify-Shop als individuelle Integration" (a direct connection to your Shopify shop as a custom integration): orders are passed to Stoff³ automatically and the shipping status is reported back, with your consent and access. Starting without a technical connection is also possible, and the handover route is agreed individually. The company also describes experience with AI-supported workflows, from creating mockups for new designs to automated steps in order processing, aimed at sellers whose range grows until manual work becomes the bottleneck.

Decoration methods

The homepage lists the techniques, all produced in-house in Kassel:

  • Stickerei & 3D-Stick: flat and 3D embroidery for logos on polo shirts, jackets and caps.
  • DTF- & DTG-Druck: direct-to-film and direct-to-garment printing for photorealistic, full-color designs "auf fast allen Textilien" (on almost all textiles), with "Keine Mindestmenge" (no minimum quantity).
  • Flex- & Flockdruck: velvety flock or elastic flex for single-color, precise designs.

For fulfillment specifically, the available techniques are DTF, DTG and embroidery. Beyond garments the workshop sells DTF transfer films for customers to iron on themselves and custom vinyl wall decals. Its full-service offer covers advice on print technique, planning the right textiles (the homepage adds that it can even have small quantities produced in Portugal), finishing details such as neck labels, woven labels and sleeve or inside prints, and product photo shoots at a location of your choice.

Minimums, fees and files

The general FAQ says there is no minimum order: "auch Einzelstücke sind möglich" (single pieces are possible too), up to large runs of "1.000+ Teilen" (1,000+ pieces). It also states that "Bei Einzelstücken fallen Einrichtungsgebühren an" (setup fees apply to single pieces), which are waived or offset on larger quantities. Customers may send in their own textiles by post or bring them to Kassel. Artwork is best supplied as a fully vectorized PDF including fonts; SVG, AI or high-resolution PNG can work depending on the method, embroidery needs vector data, and Stoff³ can take over vectorization. It also stitches third-party DST embroidery files, with a testing charge.

The fulfillment page is also the entry for smaller brands: "Streetwear-Label & Kleinserie" offers a first batch from 10 pieces with samples beforehand, from which a label can later move into fulfillment. Fixed-price packages for T-shirts, polos and hoodies also start at 10 pieces. A B2B shop "mit über 3.800 Textilien" (with over 3,800 textiles) lets you compare brands, colors and sizes before choosing blanks.

Production times and shipping

For fulfillment orders, the FAQ says timing depends on technique, design and order volume, and that Stoff³ deliberately gives no fixed blanket promises; a realistic production and shipping rhythm is agreed during setup. For general orders the homepage gives embroidery as "ca. 2 Wochen nach Freigabe" (about 2 weeks after approval), because of digitizing and punching the stitch file, with express embroidery "ab 3–5 Werktagen" (from 3 to 5 working days) depending on effort.

Shipping covers Germany and "die meisten EU-Länder" (most EU countries); shipping terms outside the EU are requested individually, and crisis regions and countries under trade embargoes are excluded. "Versandkosten richten sich nach Gewicht, kleine Sendungen ab 6,90 € netto" (shipping costs depend on weight, small parcels from €6.90 net), and pickup in Kassel is possible.

Pricing and support

Stoff³ publishes no per-item fulfillment prices; costs are calculated per inquiry. The fulfillment inquiry form promises a free first consultation and a reply "innerhalb von 24 Stunden" (within 24 hours), and asks for a link to your shop. Contact is by email or phone with direct personal advice, "Keine Callcenter". The site shows 5,0 out of 5 from 20 Google reviews, and it runs in German with an English version.

Who it suits

Stoff³ suits shops and brands that already have steady orders and want a hands-on German production partner to print, embroider and ship in their name, with a custom Shopify connection and optional storage. The mix of DTF, DTG and embroidery under one roof helps brands with both printed and stitched items. New labels can start with a 10-piece small batch and switch to fulfillment later. The caveats are the setup fee on single pieces, prices only by quote, and fulfillment timing that is agreed per shop rather than published.
