What StyriaShirts is
StyriaShirts is a print-on-demand and dropshipping provider that prints, embroiders, packs and ships products for online sellers under the seller's own brand. Its homepage sums up the model in three steps: connect your online store and add your products, your orders are imported automatically for fulfillment, and "Wir drucken, besticken, verpacken und versenden die Bestellung unter deiner Marke direkt an die Haustür deiner Kunden" (we print, embroider, pack and ship the order under your brand directly to your customer's door). The site is in German and addresses sellers across the DACH region and beyond.
The company dates itself to 1993: the print-on-demand page says "Seit 1993. Mehr als 10 Millionen Drucke" (since 1993, more than 10 million prints), and the footer reads "© 1993 - 2026 StyriaShirts". The company's own Swiss market article states that StyriaShirts "produziert in der EU" (produces in the EU). Using the platform is advertised as "100% kostenlose Nutzung" (100% free to use), with free registration and no start or membership fees.
What a seller gets
The seller's job, in the company's words, is only to create personalized products and upload them to an online shop; StyriaShirts "kümmert sich um alles – vom Druck bis zum Versand" (takes care of everything, from printing to shipping). The fulfillment flow on the print-on-demand page runs:
- A customer buys a product in your online store.
- The order is imported directly to StyriaShirts through the integration.
- The personalized product is printed once the order is processed.
- When it leaves production, StyriaShirts packs it and ships it under your brand directly to your end customer.
There is no minimum order: "Du kannst einzelne Produkte bestellen" (you can order single products). The company pitches the service at influencers and content creators, start-ups and small businesses, established brands testing new products, artists and designers, clubs and organizations, and individuals making personalized gifts. Its beginner tips also recommend ordering samples of your own products to check print quality, fit and materials before selling.
Integrations
"Bei StyriaShirts Print-on-Demand integrieren wir derzeit mit Shopify, WooCommerce und Etsy", the homepage says, adding that more integration options are in the works. Sellers can use the StyriaShirts API to build their own integration with a store or app, or ask the company about a particular platform they would like supported. The help center has sections on getting started, the order process, branding, integrations, prices and payment, care instructions, print file guidelines, copyrighted material, delivery and returns.
Products and brands
The homepage says sellers can "Wähle aus mehr als 200 Produkten" (choose from more than 200 products). The catalog menu covers T-shirts, polos, hoodies, pullovers, jackets, tank tops, kids' items and accessories, with collections for new products, bestsellers, embroidered products and organic, plus special offers. The homepage sums up the range as T-shirts, bags, mugs and headwear, and the profit calculator adds bottoms, aprons and ornaments. Blank brands listed in the menu include Stanley/Stella, Awdis, BabyBugz, Beechfield, Bella+Canvas, Build Your Brand, Continental Clothing, Earth Positive, Flexfit, Gildan, Jack & Jones, Neutral, Premier Workwear, Russell, SOL'S, Tee Jays and Westford Mill.
Products are designed in the StyriaShirts Design & Mockup-Tool, where you design directly on the product, preview it and download realistic product images for your online store.
Print methods
The print-on-demand page lists four techniques:
- DTG-Druck (direct-to-garment), for designs with many colors, complex details and photos on T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. The FAQ adds that it suits colorful, detailed designs and small runs and works best on cotton.
- Siebdruck (screen printing), recommended for simple designs with few colors and for large quantities.
- Sublimation, used for finished products such as phone cases and mugs, and recommended for patterned and larger designs.
- Stickerei (embroidery), for thicker lines, text designs and logos, with its own embroidery collection.
Branding and white label
Branding is presented as a core service. Sellers can place their logo on StyriaShirts' white-label products and add branded packaging and pack-ins. Three options are named on the homepage:
- Textilien umlabeln: relabeling garments.
- Personalisierte Verpackung: custom packaging for a distinctive unboxing.
- Paketbeilage mit Branding: package inserts such as branded stickers, flyers and thank-you cards, and personal messages and designs on the packing slip.
The dropshipping section confirms that all orders are delivered to the customer's door under your brand name, packed neutrally or in your custom packaging, and "Bestellungen können weltweit versandt werden" (orders can be shipped worldwide). The print-on-demand page adds "Besonders schnell sind wir im DACH-Raum" (we are especially fast in the DACH region), and the headline list promises "Schnelle EU-Lieferung" (fast EU delivery).
Costs
StyriaShirts publishes no base price list on these pages. Its FAQ says print-on-demand costs "variieren je nach Produkt, Plattform und Design" (vary by product, platform and design), and that there are usually no upfront costs, only costs for items sold. A profit calculator on the print-on-demand page shows how pricing works with sample inputs: a T-shirt cost of 14,00 €, additional costs of 4,00 € and a desired margin of 28 % give a recommended selling price of 23,04 € and a profit of 5,04 €. The calculator covers T-shirts, hoodies, pullovers, tank tops, jackets, polo shirts, bottoms, mugs, bags, aprons, ornaments and headwear.
Switzerland
A company article on print on demand in Switzerland explains what EU production means for Swiss sales: import VAT of 8,1 % plus customs fees apply, and below the CHF 5 tax amount (the "Bagatellgrenze") the import VAT is not collected. It states that StyriaShirts delivers to Switzerland "mit klarer Verzollung" (with clear customs handling) in 4 to 8 days, and invites sellers to request a "Zoll- und Versandanalyse" (customs and shipping analysis) of their product range. The same article says StyriaShirts uses GOTS-certified cotton and water-based inks, and the print-on-demand page lists recyclable packaging and on-demand production among its sustainability measures.
Support
The team can be reached by phone at the number on every page, with the promise "Unser Team steht dir jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung" (our team is always happy to help), and there are contact, help and FAQ pages, a blog with business guides and a downloadable POD guide.
Who it suits
StyriaShirts suits German-speaking sellers on Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy who want a long-established printer with free registration, no minimums, a 200+ product catalog from well-known blank brands, and white-label shipping with relabeling, custom packaging and inserts. Developers can connect other systems through the API. Sellers in Switzerland get the customs picture spelled out. The caveats are that per-product base prices are not printed on the public pages, and the site and help content are in German.
