Tee.cl is a print-on-demand service in Chile that prints T-shirts and sweatshirts with DTG and ships them under the seller's brand to customers across the country. It works out of premises in Maipú and was built by the team behind Gustore, a garment printer the site describes as its sister division. The offer is for Chilean brands and online sellers who want to sell their own designs without buying stock: sellers open a free Tee store or connect Shopify or WooCommerce, and Tee prints, packs and dispatches each order.

What the company is

The homepage greets visitors with "Print on demand en Chile. Personaliza, vende, sube de nivel y disfruta de mejores precios" (Print on demand in Chile. Personalize, sell, level up and enjoy better prices). That last part is the distinctive element of the offer: prices fall as a seller's monthly sales rise.

The company's experience comes from its sister business. Under the heading "+10 años de experiencia imprimiendo poleras" (10+ years of experience printing T-shirts), the site says that "Tee nace del expertise de Gustore, nuestra división hermana que lleva más de 10 años imprimiendo y despachando prendas en Chile" (Tee was born from the expertise of Gustore, our sister division, which has been printing and dispatching garments in Chile for more than 10 years). The footer calls Tee.cl "El print on demand de Gustore.cl".

What a seller gets

The site explains print on demand in its own terms: it lets a seller personalize garments with their own images at preferential prices, without investing in stock in advance, by outsourcing production and direct dispatch to customers "con el branding de tu tienda" (with your store's branding). In short, the seller focuses on selling and growing, and Tee handles printing, packing and shipping.

The "¿Cómo funciona?" section lists six steps: register on Tee.cl, create a Tee store or connect it with Shopify and WooCommerce, sell designs in the store and on social media, let orders arrive at Tee automatically, sell more and level up for better prices, and have Tee print and dispatch with the seller's brand. Registration is free, and sellers can log in with an email account or with Google.

Tee stores. The built-in store option matters for a seller without a shop. The homepage's "Tiendas que confían en Tee" (stores that trust Tee) section shows many brands running on it, several at a subdomain such as polerismo.tee.cl or altoquewear.tee.cl, alongside brands on their own domains and on Shopify. The brands shown are largely streetwear and fan labels: anime, music, film, gaming, Chilean culture and gift shirts. A "Vitrina" (showcase) page lists these stores together.

Integrations. Shopify and WooCommerce are the two platforms named, with orders arriving at Tee automatically once a store is connected.

Branding. Every order ships with the seller's brand. Custom packaging is possible on request: the FAQ answers "Es factible, contáctanos y entréganos el packaging personalizado antes de realizar los pedidos" (It is feasible, contact us and give us the custom packaging before placing orders), so the seller supplies the packaging and Tee uses it.

Printing

Tee.cl prints with DTG. The site describes the result as direct printing where the ink integrates into the fabric fibers, avoiding the feeling of a patch on the garment and giving a soft, natural texture similar to screen printing. It adds that DTG suits designs with gradients and fine details that other methods cannot reproduce on fabric, and that it is fast and efficient for small runs, which makes it suitable for personalized orders and one-at-a-time production.

On equipment, the site says it has three Brother GTX printers, described as known for quality and reliability. Its argument for running several machines is practical: a printer fault, which the page calls a more than common problem, does not stop production, so orders can still go out on time. The garments named across the site are "poleras" and "polerones", T-shirts and sweatshirts, and the stores shown sell both.

Pricing

Pricing is based on levels. "Nuestra estructura de niveles te permite conseguir precios más bajos en prendas personalizadas según tus ventas mensuales, maximizando tus ganancias" (our level structure lets you get lower prices on personalized garments according to your monthly sales, maximizing your earnings). The homepage includes a "Cotizador" (quote calculator) where a seller selects a garment and print placements to compare prices by level. There is no upfront investment: the closing call reads "Comienza tu proyecto ahora Sin inversión inicial" (start your project now, no initial investment).

Production and shipping

Tee states its production and delivery times clearly. "Confeccionamos tu pedido en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas donde queda listo para despachar" (we make your order within 24 to 48 hours, when it is ready to dispatch), and elsewhere the site says orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.

Delivery then depends on the destination. In Santiago, orders go with Rapiboy, a same-day service that the site compares to MercadoLibre's Flex shipping: the courier picks up in the morning and delivers in the afternoon. For the regions of Chile, Tee ships with Blue Priority, which takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. Customers can also collect at the company's premises at Libertador Gral. Bernardo O'Higgins #90, second floor, in Maipú. Shipping costs by region are published on a separate page linked from the homepage.

Support and reputation

The footer gives a phone number, the email contacto@tee.cl and support hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00. The homepage quotes three client testimonials. One store owner writes that they have produced T-shirts and sweatshirts with the company for almost a year and praises quality, speed and the team's attention. Another says the service has improved shipping times to their customers and notes the team's interest in automating processes.

Who it suits

Tee.cl suits a Chilean designer, streetwear label or fan-merch brand that wants to sell T-shirts and sweatshirts with no stock and no upfront cost, either on a free Tee store or through Shopify or WooCommerce. Dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours, same-day delivery in Santiago and 1 to 2 day delivery to the regions make it fast for a domestic audience, and the level-based pricing rewards a brand as it grows.

It suits a seller less well who sells mainly abroad, since every shipping option the site describes is within Chile, or who needs methods other than DTG, since that is the only print method it describes.
