Tee Junction is a T-shirt printer in Brunswick, Melbourne, that has printed custom apparel since 2006 and runs two print-on-demand options for sellers: a free store hosted on its own platform, and fulfillment for Shopify stores through its OGO app. It prints mainly with DTF on AS Colour garments, also offers DTG, screen printing and embroidery, and takes single orders, team uniforms and bulk runs from the same workshop. The seller offer suits Australian creators and small brands who want merch without stock.
What the company is
The homepage describes the business as "Made, printed and owned in Brunswick, VIC, Australia" and signs off with "Proudly printed in Melbourne since 2006!" Its pickup point and showroom moved for 2026 to "Tee Junction x Print Locker, 58 Phoenix St, Brunswick, VIC, 3056", where customers can drop by for help in person. The site cites "1300+" five-star reviews and has pages aimed at customers in Sydney and Brisbane as well.
Its everyday work covers three kinds of customer, in its own words: someone creating "a one of a kind tee for yourself", someone who needs "new uniforms for an entire team", and someone who wants "to dominate online with your own t-shirt store". The services menu lists DTF transfers, direct-to-garment printing, screen printing, embroidery, the store service, custom stickers and gift certificates.
What a seller gets
The print-on-demand pitch on the homepage reads: "Design and sell branded apparel, at no upfront cost. Spread the word to your fans and we'll handle the rest". When a sale comes in, Tee Junction prints the item and ships it directly to the customer. The "Open a Store" page sets out four steps: design the product in the online designer or upload artwork, open a store, let Tee Junction print and send each order on demand, and build the business on quick turnaround and print quality. A seller then chooses between two store models.
Option 1, a Tee Junction affiliate store. This is the free route. The page lists "It's completely Free", "A complete eCommerce store hosted by us", and the choice of the seller's own custom domain or one of Tee Junction's, in the form YourStoreName.tshirts.net.au. The seller sets a markup in the store's price settings and earns commission on each sale. The page headline promises "You get a 20% commission from EVERY SALE!", and the FAQ explains that the commission is based on the markup the seller sets and that "Most sellers add 20-50% markup!" Affiliate sellers are paid monthly via PayPal, and Tee Junction ships finished items straight to the customer.
The FAQ is frank about the trade-off. Affiliate stores are hosted on Tee Junction's platform under its banner, so there will be some Tee Junction branding visible, and order confirmation emails may carry it too. Asked whether sellers get full ownership and control of an affiliate store, the answer is "Not really." The page calls this "the fastest and easiest way to open a store, with no cost involved".
Option 2, the OGO app for Shopify. For full control, sellers run their own Shopify store and let "Our Print-on-Demand service (OGO)" fulfill the orders. The page describes OGO as "Australia's first Print-on-Demand app for Shopify", with "No upfront cost. Only pay for orders you receive", and says it is "Used by some of Australia's best brands like Hamish & Andy". The FAQ calls it the most popular option and the route to follow for full control of branding.
Products
Tee Junction says it "offers the largest range of AS Colour apparel ready to personalise", and explains the partnership: AS Colour, which it calls a proud NZ/Australian company, sources its garments "ethically with no-sweatshop or child labour." The company also carries AS Colour's "Organic Range, using traceable GOTS Licensed Organic Cotton."
The catalog is organized into men's apparel, women's apparel, baby and kids' apparel, organic and fair trade, bags and totes, and headwear. The homepage mentions T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, totes and "dozens of custom apparel and accesories". The free online design studio offers hundreds of fonts, premade designs, uploads and imports of photos from Facebook and Instagram.
Print methods
"Our expert print team whip up your designs using the latest Digital DTF printing as our primary process," the homepage says, adding that DTG, screen printing and embroidery are available for custom orders. On the digital side, it describes DTF as the way to bring "full colour, detailed designs to life" and says "Oeko-Tek certified water-based inks mean safe for infants and the world!" That is the company's own claim about its inks. DTG is available by request or for custom orders, and digital printing comes with "No setups, no minimums".
Screen printing uses what the company calls its "secret plastisol inks", and the homepage says screen prints "are still the way to go for larger runs, branded uniform, merch and those after the very best." A bulk quote form handles those orders.
Shipping and turnaround
The affiliate FAQ says: "Tee Junction offers a Standard, Express and Rush service for affiliate store orders", with international options to most countries and details on a separate shipping page. The homepage's claim on speed is informal: the printed item "will arrive so quickly you'll wonder how we do it (shh, it's magic!)". The company also points out that local printing in Melbourne means customers "don't have to wait as long".
Support
Help comes by email at custom@teejunction.com.au, through a contact form, by chat, and by phone on the number in the footer, which the site introduces as "Speak to humans...". The affiliate FAQ describes the team as "obsessively-helpful" when something goes wrong, and the help center covers FAQs, shipping, returns, and a comparison of DTG and screen printing.
Who it suits
Tee Junction suits an Australian creator or small brand that wants merch printed locally in Melbourne on AS Colour blanks. A beginner can open a free affiliate store with a custom domain and earn commission without paying anything upfront, accepting Tee Junction's branding in return. An established seller on Shopify can connect OGO and keep full control of the brand. Screen printing and bulk quotes cover the day a design outgrows single prints.
It suits a seller less well who wants a free store under their own brand alone, since the affiliate stores carry Tee Junction branding, or who sells on platforms other than Shopify, the only store platform the site names.
