A free POD platform printing in Canada and the USA

Tshirtgang is a print-on-demand fulfillment company that prints t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, mugs, totes and other products in Canada and the USA and ships them for sellers who never hold stock. Its catalog page says every style is "printed and shipped from Canada and the USA", its marketplace calls itself "Printed on-demand in Canada & USA", and the footer signs off "Printed with care in North America". The copyright line runs "2005–2026 Tshirtgang Inc."

The company describes itself as "Your Fulfillment Partner" and sums up the model as "Design it, list it, we print and ship it. Built for sellers, open to everyone." It runs four businesses on one production line: a creator program for people who sell designs on their own channels, a consumer marketplace of ready-made designs, a Wholesale Hub for blanks and decoration, and branded stores for schools, teams and businesses. The homepage says it is "Trusted by 400+ schools, teams & businesses".

What a seller actually gets

The core offer is the creator program. A seller uploads a design in the browser designer, publishes it, and the platform auto-posts it to the marketplaces the seller has enabled. When a customer orders, Tshirtgang prints and ships and bills the seller the price on its creator list. The pricing page is blunt about the business model: "Free to use. Pay only when a shirt prints." It adds "No subscription. No seat fees. No annual contract." and says sellers "keep 100% of the markup". Signup needs only an email and password, or a Google, Facebook or X login, and payment details are only needed when the seller is ready to run live orders.

Order routing is where the platform stands out. Its integrations page lists 20 connections under the line "List once. Sell everywhere.":

  • Marketplaces: Amazon via SP-API with feeds, inventory sync and returns handling; eBay with category mapping and order pull; Etsy with OAuth listing management and auto inventory updates; Walmart Marketplace; and Wish
  • Storefronts: an official Shopify app with product sync, webhooks and fulfillment push; WooCommerce; BigCommerce; Squarespace; Webflow; Magento; OpenCart; Ecwid; Big Cartel; Wix; Storenvy; and Square
  • Custom routes: OrderMyGear for group ordering by teams and clubs, the in-house TSG Commerce engine that hosts a store on tshirtgang.shop, and a public v2 REST API for orders, products and reports

The integrations page says a design pushed once "syncs to every channel with your margins applied". The pricing FAQ adds that all channels are included with "no tier gating", and that the company offers an API for contract printers as well.

The designer itself includes an AI background remover, a Magic Eraser, text layers and flip and rotate controls. It offers print areas for full front, full back, both chests, both sleeves, the yoke, the inner neck and a name plate. Premade templates cover themes such as holidays, sports, occupations and pop culture. The homepage says orders are printed with DTF or DTG, and the Wholesale Hub adds embroidery.

For groups, Tshirtgang runs branded shops. The homepage promises "Your own custom domain", "No inventory or upfront cost" and "We print & fulfil every order", with schools, sports teams and creators picking from a ready-made catalog or choosing their own items. A team applies and the company sets the store up.

The catalog and the price list

The catalog page lists 38 styles, spread across 16 t-shirts, 5 long sleeves, 3 hoodies, 3 tanks, 2 mugs, 2 tote bags, a crewneck, a hat, a mousepad and an ornament, among others. Blank brands include Gildan, BELLA + CANVAS, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Independent Trading Co., Fruit of the Loom, Rabbit Skins, ATC, M&O, Q-Tees, LAT and YP Classics. Color counts are generous on the popular blanks: 78 colors on the Gildan 5000 and 83 on the BELLA + CANVAS 3001. Sizes on the designer run from S to 6XL.

The creator price list is published in full, in USD, as the seller's cost when an order ships. A selection:

  • Classic and Premium tees, Gildan 5000 and Gildan 64000 from $8.00
  • Ladies tee $8.25, Ladies Premium $8.50, Vintage Unisex $9.25, V-Neck $9.50, Long Sleeve $10.50
  • BELLA + CANVAS 3001 $11.25, BELLA + CANVAS 3480 $11.00, BELLA + CANVAS 3501 $13.50
  • Next Level 3600 $11.50, Comfort Colors 1717 $13.50, Ringer $11.95, Tie-Dye $15.95
  • Hoodie $17.00, Crewneck Sweatshirt $15.50, Youth Hoodie $22.50
  • Independent Trading Co. SS3000 $21.00 and SS4500 $25.00
  • Mug $11.00, Travel Mug $16.95, Mousepad $10.00, Totebag $7.75, Apron $13.50, Snowflake Ornament $13.00

Larger sizes cost extra, for example +$2.50 for 2XL and +$4.50 for 3XL to 6XL on the Classic tee, or +$3.00 and +$5.00 on the Hoodie. Most items ship worldwide, while the ornament is listed for the United States only. The pricing page says custom per-seller pricing is available for high-volume sellers.

The Wholesale Hub works differently: a buyer brings a design and pays per print placement, $5.00 for a front or back and $3.50 for a sleeve or chest, with blank garments added on top from $7.75. The homepage advertises the Gildan 5000 "AS LOW AS $3.50" in bulk and case packs shipped across Canada.

The consumer marketplace page lists ready-made designs starting at $11.95 with a bundle discount of 10% for two shirts, 15% for three and 20% for five or more. The homepage lists 12k+ active stores, 25k+ designs listed and 200+ blank styles.

Speed and shipping

The homepage headline is "Now printing in 1 business day, 5 days a week", and it promises that orders placed by 4 pm ship the next day. The pricing FAQ is a little more cautious: production takes 1-2 business days on most orders, and shipping is extra, typically 2-5 business days across North America. Marketplace designs ship to the buyer for $5.50.

Who it suits

Tshirtgang suits sellers who already run shops on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify or Walmart and want a free fulfillment partner with published costs and fast North American printing. The flat creator list makes it easy to work out a margin before listing a design, and the absence of a subscription means a seller only pays when something sells. Schools, teams and clubs get a separate branded store route.

It suits less well a seller who needs a broad non-apparel range, since the catalog is mostly shirts and sweatshirts with a handful of mugs, totes and accessories. The site also gives no production location outside North America, so sellers whose buyers are mostly elsewhere should expect North American shipping.
