A Lancashire printer of personalized clothing and mugs
YourDesign is a British printer of personalized t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, babywear, mugs, bags, cushions, aprons and temporary tattoos, based at 801 Merlin Park, Ringtail Road, Burscough, near Ormskirk in Lancashire. It sells direct to the public and runs a print-on-demand fulfillment service for sellers, with connections to Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce and an API.
The company's story page says it was "founded in 2004 thanks to our love of personalised gifts and garments" and that it "started off small with mug presses, vinyl cutters, and dye sublimation printing". It has since grown its range of personalized clothing and accessories "and now even offer an order fulfillment service so that we can help others grow their own businesses too!"
What a seller actually gets
The fulfillment offer is described plainly on the story page: "If you fancy opening your own t-shirt or mug shop, or just want us to print for you, we offer a fulfilment service to print and dispatch directly to your customers. Simply, integrate your Etsy or Shopify store with us and let us print directly to your customers allowing you the freedom to do what you do best: build your brand." The Print on Demand menu lists four routes: Connect with Shopify, Connect with Etsy, Connect With WooCommerce and Connect with API. The homepage invites visitors to "Connect your shop & start selling personalised gifts today", and the blog carries a post on connecting a Shopify store.
The order tracking page shows a reseller status built into the system: "Received: This status will only show if you are reseller and your order is pending payment." After payment an order moves to the production queue, and once shipped it goes by Royal Mail or DPD with tracking details sent by email.
The site also runs an affiliate program, and design help is part of the service. The online designer accepts uploaded artwork, and the story page says a new API "with vector graphics" was added to the designer, "allowing you instant access to fresh vector graphics" and widening the range of ready-made designs. A pre-designed collection is "prepared to edit and go", and the help section includes guides on creating a brand, designing a t-shirt and design guidelines.
Products and prices
The catalog covers clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and baby and toddler wear), personalized mugs, home and accessories (bags, cushions and aprons), personalized tattoos, personalized workwear, and engraved, embroidered and photo gifts. The blank products page says it can print mugs "with no minimum or maximum quantity".
The homepage shows consumer prices, most marked as including VAT, on its best sellers:
- Unisex T-Shirt £8.00, in 26 colors
- Unisex Hoodie £20.00, in 28 colors
- Unisex Sweatshirt £17.00, in 24 colors
- Sleepy Tee £12.00
- Baby Grow £8.00, in 15 colors, several of them organic
- Standard Mug £4.40
For runs of 50 units or more, the bulk orders page invites buyers to "contact us for a competitive quote with a SAME DAY REPLY". The same page notes that bulk prices are "exclusive of VAT and Carriage", and that the company can source a garment not listed on the website on request.
The homepage pitches the range at occasions from birthdays and Christmas to Valentine's Day, Halloween, stag dos and hen nights, and says it covers "all genders, gifts for children, and even gifts for pets." Its gallery shows the kind of work that comes through: personalized baby grows, t-shirts for Little Theatre Southport and Ormskirk Dance School, event shirts for acoustic music nights, and examples of its Etsy and Shopify integrations and Kornit DTG printing. A 2023 blog post, "Selling in Style!", profiles a customer who uses the service to make extra money.
How it prints
The story page says the company specializes in personalized t-shirts "that we print digitally with large scale Kornit printers", and that its turbo mug machines "can print 250 mugs per hour". The bulk page adds sublimation printing for mugs and "Non toxic and Vegan inks".
In April 2026 the company announced it was "now offering DTF along side our DTG and embroidery printing options." Its DTF page pitches the method for workwear, "From polo shirts and hi-vis vests to heavy-duty cotton drill work pants", for running tops and performance gear, where "DTF moves with the fabric, won't crack, and stays breathable", and for Yoka-style fashion garments. It lists the advantages as stretch and recovery, "No color limits or minimum runs", wash durability and fabric versatility across cotton, poly, blends, nylon and coated materials.
Dispatch and delivery
The delivery page is specific. Standard delivery costs £3.99, and "We print and dispatch your order within 48 hours", meaning 2 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays. Three carriers are used: Royal Mail 1st Class for letterbox-sized items, delivered in 1-3 working days; Royal Mail 48 Parcel for larger orders, delivered in 2-5 working days; and DPD Local, which the company calls its "courier of choice" with a 24-hour service.
Next day delivery to mainland UK costs £7.95 per delivery address. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm arrive the next working day; a Friday order before 1pm arrives on Monday. The next day service applies to selected products only, and the page describes a next day charge of £6.95 as paying for the express print rather than delivery, so it is non-refundable if DPD delivers late. Customers can also collect orders in person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The bulk page says larger orders go by DPD and that "All our packaing is eco friendly, we do not use any plastics."
Support
YourDesign lists a UK phone number, an email address, live chat and social channels, and its story page says "We are a friendly bunch and always happy to help."
Who it suits
YourDesign fits UK sellers on Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce who want a British printer with a 48-hour dispatch promise, published UK delivery prices and a next day option. The range goes beyond apparel into mugs, cushions, tattoos and babywear, which suits gift and personalized-product shops. The new DTF line makes workwear and sportswear possible, and the embroidery service suits embroidered gifts and workwear.
The limits are that the published prices are retail prices including VAT rather than a seller price list, and the delivery page covers UK services only. A seller planning a POD shop should confirm the reseller pricing when setting up an account.
