StationeryHQ is a stationery, journal and specialty printer that produces everything in California and drop ships it under the seller's own name. It prints custom journals and notebooks, books, invitations, greeting cards, art prints, notepads, stickers and labels, wrapping paper, signs and gifts, and it is built for designers and small brands who can supply a print-ready file. The footer describes StationeryHQ as "a subsidiary of Corefact", and the homepage describes it as "the gold-standard luxury wholesale printing solution for discriminating designers". There are no minimums, standard production is 2 business days, and a seller who creates a wholesale account gets 30% off.

What a seller actually gets

The ordering model is self-service. The homepage's how-it-works section speaks to "a designer or a creative pro who knows how to set up a print-ready file (or you're willing to learn)". When you choose a product you see its size and file type specifications, then you upload your file, choose material and quantity, and add it to the cart. Pricing is live: "You'll see live pricing that updates as you change quantity or material." The online system also offers "live proofing". Artwork upload requires a logged-in account.

Wholesale pricing is the core of the seller offer. The homepage says "if you are selling your products, you qualify as a wholesaler" and that creating a wholesale account means you "automatically receive 30% off everything, all the time". Elsewhere on the same page the discount is described as one that "increases to 50% off as your order volume grows". Wholesale prices show only while you are logged in.

Fulfillment is white label. The journal page says "Every order is shipped with your branding, not ours", and that StationeryHQ "offers full white-label dropshipping" with "your name on the return label and zero mention of StationeryHQ". The homepage adds that orders ship "without any billing information", so an order goes straight from the printer to the seller's customer. The company says it specializes in "quick fulfillment and drop shipping".

On time, the homepage states: "2 business days for production is standard, except in rare instances such as special processes or high volume orders." The journal page ties speed to location: because the company prints everything domestically, it says orders ship faster and more reliably than overseas POD services.

On minimums, the journal page says StationeryHQ "supports print on demand with no minimums", whether you are starting a journal line or "fulfilling custom orders one at a time", and suggests using that to test designs, run seasonal collections or offer personalized options.

The product range

The product menu is the clearest map of what StationeryHQ makes: wrapping paper, stationery, journals and planners, books, wedding products, art prints, notepads, foil stamped and digital foil items, variable data printing, stickers and labels, office products, notebooks and sketchbooks, DIY sheets, envelopes, signs, sample packs and gifts. The homepage groups these into custom printed stationery and gifts, invitations, books and wedding guest books and journals, wrapping paper and wedding supplies, and it links to a paper collection.

Journals get the most detail. The journal page says StationeryHQ produces "all products in California" and offers softcover or hardcover journals, multiple paper types, and interior page styles (lined, blank, dot grid or custom). It names the journals it is suited to: mindfulness and gratitude journals, fitness or habit trackers, sketchbooks and art journals, inspirational quote books and author-branded notebooks.

For special finishes, the services menu lists digital printing, book printing, variable data printing and "Metallic Elevated Ink with JETvarnish 3D Evo", and there is a request form for a quote on a custom project. Sample packs are sold as their own product.

The company's own list page names its range for creatives as custom notebooks, sketchbooks and journals; greeting cards and art prints; wedding stationery and business branding; and short-run packaging and specialty products. It claims "exceptional color accuracy" and says the work is "Printed in the USA for faster turnaround and consistent quality". The homepage says the company has "an amazing paper selection and best-in-class digital presses specific for premium quality fine stationery printing".

Key facts from the company

The journal page names the sellers it is built for: designers and illustrators selling art-inspired notebooks, authors and influencers offering branded journals or planners, coaches and therapists creating wellness workbooks, "Etsy Sellers looking to add premium journal options", and corporate teams developing branded swag or gifts.

For file preparation, StationeryHQ provides downloadable templates "to create pixel-perfect covers and custom interiors" and says it helps whether you work in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Canva. The How To section covers drop shipping, why the company asks for PDF files, general guidelines, flat card sizing, multi-page PDFs, paper options, product brochures, file transparency, FAQs and downloads. The homepage names articles and videos such as "How to Set Up High Res PDFs for Printing", "How to Create Your Own Wrapping Paper" and "How to Choose Paper", and the company has a YouTube channel.

On sustainability, the homepage says the company partners "with One Tree Planted to help offset our footprint", has switched some packing materials to recycled, recyclable materials, recycles its paper and cardboard waste, and says "solar power for our shop is in the works". It adds that customers "can choose 100% PCW or Bamboo paper for most projects".

The homepage carries one customer review, from Allison: "Without the options you offer... My own products would be dull, boring and no one would buy them."

The pages show no per-item prices without an account; the live pricing appears when you configure a product.

Who it suits and who it does not

StationeryHQ suits a designer, illustrator, author or small brand selling paper goods: journals, planners, notebooks, cards, invitations, art prints or wrapping paper. A seller who wants no minimums, blind shipping with their own name on the return label, and a production time of 2 business days as standard gets a clear offer, and the wholesale discount rewards growing volume. Etsy sellers adding premium journals are named directly as a fit.

It suits less a seller who needs a store integration to pass orders automatically, since the pages describe ordering through the StationeryHQ site. It also suits less a seller who cannot prepare print-ready files: the company says as much in its how-it-works section. And sellers looking for apparel, mugs or other merchandise need another supplier.
