CreateJigsawPuzzles is a custom jigsaw puzzle manufacturer that prints puzzles one at a time or in bulk from designs uploaded to its online puzzle maker, and ships them worldwide from its own facilities. It serves sellers in three ways: printing to order, fulfilling orders to a seller's own customers for a small per-parcel charge, and hosting a marketplace where designers sell puzzles and keep the markup. The homepage says the company has "over 40 years in the table top games printing and manufacturing industry" and names QP Group as its mother company. The banner on every page reads "Over 40 Years in the Games Printing Industry. No minimum order!"

What a seller gets

The core tool is the online puzzle maker. The homepage lays out six steps: choose a puzzle type, choose the size and number of pieces, add an optional matching custom printed box, open the maker, drag and drop the uploaded images, then preview the finished design and add it to the cart. The company says a photo puzzle can be created "in less than a minute" and delivered "in less than a week, whether you are in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK or anywhere else worldwide." The builder warns about image resolution problems before printing, and the "what you see is what you get" previewer lets a seller proof the design before ordering. The homepage also states that "all printing and manufacturing are done in our own facilities which undergo strict quality control procedures."

The customers it names range from the tabletop games industry, education, retail and resellers, and travel and hospitality to large fortune 500 companies ordering puzzles for corporate marketing and team building games. It offers a custom route for anything the maker cannot handle, and its sister line covers board game development and packaging.

The puzzle range and starting prices

The catalog is broad. Puzzle types include traditional, invitation, mini, tray, collage, double-sided, kids, panoramic, guest book, endless, coloring, foil, glow in the dark, acrylic, family, tube and cork puzzles, plus sliding puzzles and memory games; the homepage also mentions magnetic puzzles. The quick start menu splits the range into traditional, small, magnetic, 2-sided, wooden, plastic, collage and blank puzzles, and a recent addition is a transparent clear puzzle made from 3mm premium acrylic, custom printed or blank. A personalized pet puzzle mixes 30 pet shape pieces into a 263 piece set. Sizes range from 3 x 4 inches to 29.5 x 38.5 inches, and the shipping estimator lists wooden puzzles of up to 5000 pieces. Shaped options include dog and cat, number and tree shaped puzzles, and there are plain blank puzzles, a roll-up puzzle mat, frames, tin boxes, image boxes and a puzzle sample pack.

The homepage lists "from" prices for the main lines: custom traditional puzzles from 3.49, custom plastic puzzles from 3.75, custom wooden puzzles from 2.79 and custom invitation puzzles from 0.79. The site has a currency selector, and wire transfer is available alongside its other payment options.

The marketplace

The MarketPlace lets a designer open a shop and sell their designs "on each and every CreateJigsawPuzzles.com product of your choice." The company handles order logistics, worldwide shipping and customer inquiries; the designer uploads a design, promotes it and gets paid. It describes the deal as "zero set-up cost, zero upfront cost, zero handling cost, zero inventory cost as well as zero risk." The designer sets the price of each product, CreateJigsawPuzzles charges a base cost covering manufacture, packing and delivery, and the rest is the designer's. The FAQ adds the one fee: "All we charge is a 5% handling fee on your product sales earnings and product base price." Buyers pay shipping and choose their method at checkout, and there is no limit on how many designs or products a designer can list.

Fulfillment for Kickstarter projects and stores

The fulfillment service, headlined "You Order, We Print and Deliver!", is for Kickstarter puzzle projects, online stores and companies sending promotional puzzles to clients. It has no setup costs, no minimum order and no contract. On top of normal shipping charges, the surcharge is 1.50 per parcel to the US and 1.00 per parcel to all other countries, covering address labeling, packaging materials, labor and a tracking number, regardless of the number or size of parcels. The page's own example: 100 parcels, each with a 5x7 inch invitation puzzle, to 100 US addresses cost the normal 6.99 shipping plus the 1.50 surcharge, 7.99 each, or 799.00 in total.

Every parcel to the US and Canada gets a tracking number, other countries get recorded delivery records, and all tracking numbers come back in an Excel sheet. A seller can send a fulfillment sheet with addresses and items for a shipping quote, or use the split shipment function at checkout; the shipping page adds a CSV template for importing addresses. The company says it is not liable for sales taxes, import duty or VAT charged on shipped parcels, which fall on the person using the service.

Shipping, duties and the business program

The shipping page lists self-pickup, Standard, Express, Bulk-Economy by sea and Priority Express methods, with final prices, production and delivery times shown at checkout, and says remote areas can take an additional 3-5 days. Delivery dates are for reference and not guaranteed. On duties, the page says there are no import tax or customs issues for US addresses, for Canada, the UK and EU countries via the standard method, and for Australia on orders of up to 2500 excluding shipping; elsewhere the recipient pays.

Regular buyers join the CJP Business Program automatically. Spending 1000 or above over any 6 month period earns Silver, 3000 Gold and 6000 Diamond, each with a larger discount on top of bulk pricing and no cap on the discount; the amounts exclude delivery. The account is converted and the buyer notified by email 45 days after the last order, and a level, once earned, has no expiry date. The terms require a minimum spend of 20 excluding shipping, and the discount applies only to product prices on items ordered directly from the website, not to custom quotes, special requests or service fees.

On materials, the homepage says the printing process "is very environmentally friendly as going green is one of our top operational priorities" and that materials and processes meet global conservation and quality standards.

Who CreateJigsawPuzzles suits

It suits artists and photographers who want to sell puzzle designs without handling orders, through the marketplace's base-cost-plus-markup model, and Kickstarter creators or shop owners who want puzzles printed and sent to each customer for a published per-parcel charge. Businesses ordering promotional or team building puzzles get bulk runs, split shipping and a loyalty discount. A seller who wants products beyond puzzles and puzzle accessories will need another supplier.
