What Spreadconnect is

Spreadconnect is a print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment service: a seller designs products, connects Spreadconnect to their own store or marketplace, and Spreadconnect prints and ships each order to the customer under the seller's sale. Its site describes it as the seller's fulfillment provider for print on demand and dropshipping, and promises "worldwide, and in less than 48 hours for 95 percent of orders." The page is served from spreadshop.com and carries a Spreadshop copyright, and Spreadconnect cites "over 20 years of experience in the print-on-demand industry." The offer is aimed, in the site's words, at "growing brands, seasoned sellers," and it costs nothing to join.

How an order flows

The site sets out the setup in five steps: create your products with Spreadconnect, connect to your platform of choice, upload your collection to your store, add payment information, and "Order your first sample for a quality check." After that the seller sells at their own price. When an order comes in through the connected store, Spreadconnect produces it and ships it, and the seller is invoiced for the product and shipping. The FAQ puts the division of labor plainly: the seller keeps "full control over your orders and customer data," while Spreadconnect handles production and delivery. "You sell it, we print it" is the heading over the service promises.

Products are built in a drag-and-drop design tool. The site says sellers can "Create your dream products with your own designs or choose from our library of unique designs," so a seller without finished artwork can start from Spreadconnect's library. The FAQ adds that the service lets sellers "create unlimited products without worrying about warehousing, logistics, or upfront costs."

Integrations

Connecting to sales channels is the core of the offer, and the page's headline is "Sell on Shopify & More with Spreadconnect". The integration picker lists Shopify, TikTok, WooCommerce, OrderDesk, Magento, API, Squarespace and Shopware. The FAQ adds that sellers can reach Amazon and eBay through Order Desk: "Create and sell customized products on platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Amazon & eBay (via Order Desk)." For a custom site there is an API, described as "highly customizable," which lets a seller "sell on your website, or integrate with top e-commerce platforms, like Shopify."

The Help Center has getting-started guides for Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce and Magento, and several for Order Desk, including whether it is the right choice and how to connect it to Spreadconnect. The page quotes one customer, the Napster Official Merch Store on Shopify: "Setup was easy and integration was a breeze," with praise for the support team.

Products and print methods

The catalog, per the FAQ, is "a selection of over 250 high-quality and sustainable products, ranging from classic T-shirts and hoodies to lifestyle items and accessories." The product menu names T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Accessories, Mugs and Caps & Hats, under the line "Stylish cuts, sustainable brands." The sustainability wording is the company's own.

The FAQ names four print methods and what each is for:

  • Digital printing, which the site says offers "a vast array of colors, perfect color transitions, and even the finest shading," suited to detailed, full-color artwork.
  • Thermosublimation, used "For mugs and cell phone cases."
  • DTF transfer printing, where "your design is first digitally printed onto a carrier film and then pressed onto the product using heat."
  • Flex and flock printing, "Perfect for logos and designs with up to three colors," offered as flex, flock, special and turbo flex plot print types.

The site also claims high-quality printing and the "lowest industry return rates," a claim it makes about itself. The Help Center covers print file requirements, pixel and vector design, and separate pages on Spreadconnect's US and EU certificates and seals.

Pricing

Spreadconnect has no fees for the seller. The FAQ answers "Is Spreadconnect really free?" with "Spreadconnect is and always will be free of charge. There are zero costs or fees for setting up and running your shop." The earnings model is a base price plus the seller's margin: "We keep the base price of the product, you establish your margins." The product cost "already includes a print area," and "The difference between the customer price and the product price is your profit margin." The page's earnings calculator shows a $9.00 base price with $9.00 as "Your profit", an illustration of setting a margin rather than a price list. Product-by-product base prices sit behind registration, and the Help Center has articles on how the product price is calculated and how much Spreadconnect costs.

Production and shipping

Speed is the headline promise: "Fast fulfillment within 48 hours," and "We produce and ship your orders within 48 hours," qualified in the FAQ as "in less than 48 hours for 95 percent of orders." On capacity, the site says "Our production facilities are capable of processing tens of thousands orders daily." Shipping is worldwide, and the Help Center answers "Is Spreadconnect available in all countries?" and "What are Spreadconnect's shipping times & prices?", with further sections on taxes, customs and fees, and on invoicing, payment and returns. Registration asks the seller to choose a region, and the Help Center explains how to choose it.

Support

Support is split by region: support@spreadconnect.app for the United States and service@spreadconnect.app for Europe, plus a contact form with topics from order issues and integrations to billing and dropshipping questions. The form asks for a Spreadconnect Business ID and the seller's platform. The Help Center also covers switching to Spreadconnect from another print-on-demand provider. The site is available in English (US), English (EU), German and French.

Mission

The company describes itself as "a made-to-order pioneer" and sums up its approach as "We only produce what your customers really want, when they want it," combining, in its words, "ecological sustainability with customized expression on all kinds of products for creators and their community."

Who it suits

Spreadconnect suits sellers who already run, or want to run, their own store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Magento or Shopware, or who sell on TikTok, Amazon or eBay, and want apparel, caps and mugs printed and shipped without fees. The 48-hour production promise and the choice of print methods, including flex and flock for simple logos, make it a practical option for merch brands and creators whose products are mostly tees, hoodies and sweatshirts.

It is narrower than an all-purpose catalog: the product list centers on apparel, caps, mugs and accessories, and exact base prices appear only after sign-up. For a seller who wants a free, integration-first apparel fulfillment partner, it is a straightforward choice.
