Gooten is a print-on-demand fulfillment company whose homepage slogan is "You Sell, We Fulfill". Sellers design custom apparel, drinkware, wall art, home goods and accessories, list them on their own stores, and Gooten's network of vetted suppliers and decorators produces and ships each order. The homepage calls its range "The most diverse product catalog in all of print-on-demand" with "500+ Custom Products", and the site's title tag goes further with "525+ Premium Print-on-Demand Products". Gooten sells to start-ups, small and mid-size businesses and enterprises, and it groups its customers by industry: fashion and apparel, entertainment merch, home decor, personalized gifts, and creators and agencies.
What a seller gets
The seller connects a store, creates products from Gooten's catalog, and orders flow in automatically. Gooten routes, produces, packs and ships them, and the seller manages everything from one dashboard. The BigCommerce page sums up the offer as "The Gooten Standard", three promises in a row:
- Unlimited stores and SKUs. "Manage unlimited stores and products across different platforms from a single tool." The same passage mentions "130+ quality products and the flexibility to source new products".
- Flexible yet reliable. The Gooten API lets sellers build their own product ideas, backed by "our globally distributed and resilient network".
- Automated smart supply chain. "Never worry about entering information, printing, packing, or shipping orders again. Manage orders from our centralized order management system and let our platform do the rest."
Production runs through partners rather than a single factory. The homepage describes a "Global Fulfillment Network" in which Gooten says it carefully vets its suppliers and decorators and that its "vetted decorators use the latest equipment, ensuring top-notch quality, accuracy, and competitive pricing". It adds that "Gooten's global network offers localized production and the latest in print innovation & technology", and states that its network will route, process, produce and ship orders "with 99% accuracy". The company's blog describes this setup as the OrderMesh Fulfillment Network, with OrderMesh as its order management layer. For larger merchants, Gooten invites those who want to turn "fragmented Supply Chain and Order Management System into a single source of truth" to talk to its team.
Integrations
Gooten lists six ways to connect. Shopify sellers install the free Gooten app from the Shopify App Store and connect their store "in minutes". Etsy: "Our Etsy integration meets their strict requirements for on-demand, third party manufacturing, and makes it easier than ever to manage your store." TikTok Shop: "TikTok Shop's fulfillment policy is highly stringent. Gooten thoroughly understands these requirements and has built a robust network to help its partners successfully navigate these requirements." WooCommerce: "Take the hassle out of manual fulfillment and automate everything in the click of a button." BigCommerce, which Gooten calls its "preferred partner of choice", comes with an offer: "as a Gooten partner your first 3 months of BigCommerce is complimentary". And the Gooten Custom API, which the company says is "designed to build custom eCommerce solutions" from mobile apps to video games.
The sign-up form shows the order routes Gooten supports: an app (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok and others), an API integration, OrderDesk, or manual upload. The same form asks for monthly order volume in bands that run from "I don't have any orders yet" up to 10,000+, so the service is open to brand-new stores as well as large merchants, and its use-case pages are framed around minimizing risk, reducing costs, growing sales and expanding reach.
The catalog
Gooten organizes its catalog into five families.
- Fashion and apparel. Men's T-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies, zip hoodies, tank tops and jackets; women's T-shirts, tanks, long sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies, bottoms and jackets; kids' and baby T-shirts, hoodies and onesies; hats and headwear. The homepage claims "the widest and deepest selection of custom apparel in all of print on demand", and the footer names Bella + Canvas, C2 Sport, Champion and Lane Seven apparel, plus a unisex quarter-zip windbreaker.
- Home and lifestyle. Blankets, pillows, candles, towels, kitchen and tableware, bed and bath, outdoor living, and crib sheets and baby products.
- Drinkware. Mugs and ceramics, tumblers and can coolers, water bottles, glassware and barware, and branded drinkware.
- Wall art. Canvas, posters and paper prints, framed prints, and photo decor and gifts.
- Accessories. Calendars, office and stationery, phone cases, bags and totes, technology, travel accessories, pet products and stickers.
On top of that sit seasonal and gift collections (Father's Day, Mother's Day, Election Year Merch, Christmas and Holiday, Custom Gifts) and an exclusives range. The homepage says "Gooten's now carries 200+ exclusive products not typically found with other providers", and counts "over 30 brands in premium custom apparel and 6 exclusive drinkware brands and about 4 accessories." Sellers can order samples from the homepage.
Support and programs
The help menu lists a support center, design guides, API documentation, a production timetable, holiday season guidance, a feedback form and a channel for requesting new custom products. The company runs a VIM loyalty program and a "Why Gooten" page called "The Gooten Seven", and publishes eBooks, case studies, webinars and events. Contact Sales is available for enterprise accounts.
The testimonials on the homepage describe the experience. A Shopify seller writes that Gooten "were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease" and "I did not have any delays with product turnaround". An Etsy seller rates the support "15/10" and praises "The open line of communication with a dedicated agent". Another Shopify seller praises "Some really unique products like candles and fleece blankets" and the magic mugs, and an Etsy seller mentions the "Biggest selection of t-shirts."
Who it suits
Gooten fits sellers who run more than one store or channel and want one supplier behind all of them. Unlimited stores and SKUs, a central order system and integrations for Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and BigCommerce cover the common setups, and the API and OrderDesk routes serve developers and high-volume merchants. The apparel range, with 30+ brands, suits fashion sellers who want choice of blanks, and the exclusives and home range (candles, fleece blankets, crib sheets) give room for products that stand out.
Two caveats. The homepage publishes no base-cost table, so sellers need to sign up to see product prices. And because production is spread across a partner network, sellers who want to know exactly which facility prints each item should ask during onboarding.
