Bespoke Labs is a print-on-demand manufacturer in Detroit that decorates apparel, home goods and accessories in its own plant and ships them within 24 to 48 hours of an order. It sells to businesses rather than to shoppers: brands that want an on-demand production partner, and entrepreneurs who want a ready-made storefront wired straight into a factory. The homepage describes a "seven-acre city block facility" at 1300 Rosa Parks Blvd in Detroit and says the company "powers thousands of the world's top brands" with its mass customization technology. Its core pitch is speed with no minimum order: one unit or a hundred go through the same line.
What a seller gets from Bespoke Labs
The company offers three services, listed under Solutions on its site: a White Label Platform, Order Fulfillment, and Brand and Licensing Services. The first two are the ones a print-on-demand seller will use, and they share one production floor.
The catalog. Products fall into three families: Apparel, Home Goods and Accessories. The homepage gives two catalog sizes on the same page, "350+ uniquely customizable print-on-demand products" in one section and over 500 customizable products "Every Size, Every Color" in the list of capabilities, so the range sits somewhere in that band depending on how sizes and colors are counted. The same list promises authentic brand names at "Business-Friendly Prices," which points at branded blank garments rather than only house blanks, though no brand is named.
Three decoration methods. Each product family is tied to a process:
- DIGISOFT, the company's own apparel print technology, used for "apparel, bags, accessories, and more."
- Dye-sublimation for hard and soft goods, with mugs, water bottles, blankets and pillows as the named examples.
- Digital printing for flat goods, with posters, canvas and banners as the examples.
How an order flows. Bespoke Labs calls its setup a "web-to-product manufacturing system and fulfillment solution." An order comes in either through a White Label storefront, which is already connected to the plant, or through the company's API from a seller's own store. From there the order is decorated, consolidated and shipped on the same site. The white label page credits a "paperless" production system that "eliminates setup, which eliminates operator error," and says this is what lets the company "ship custom products in 1 to 2 days." The homepage makes the same promise under the heading "Hyper On-Demand Fulfillment," with products shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
What the company handles. Production, consolidation and shipping sit with Bespoke Labs. On the White Label platform it also takes on customer service: "We're equipped to handle customer service, so you can focus on building your business." The seller keeps full management control of the storefront: products, designs, users and everything else.
DIGISOFT, the house print process
DIGISOFT is the feature Bespoke Labs leads with, and it has its own official site linked from the homepage. The company describes it as "Equal parts DTG (Direct-to-Garment) & DTF (Direct-to-Film) print processes" that, in the company's telling, keeps the strengths of each without their limitations. In the company's words, DIGISOFT prints have "a sharp, consistent, true-to-color look with a soft, wearable feel, & impressive longevity on any fabric," and the process was "engineered to deliver exceptionally high-quality prints on even the toughest fabrics."
For a seller this matters in one practical way. Bespoke Labs is claiming a single apparel process that covers what DTG and DTF each do, so a design goes onto a garment without the seller choosing between them. The marketing is strong ("Think limitless design freedom, real durability, & creativity unbounded from traditional constraints"), and a seller should order a sample before judging it, since the claims are the company's own and are not backed by any published test.
The White Label platform
White Label by Bespoke Labs is the company's storefront product. The page calls it "the first ecommerce platform creator in the world" and says it lets a business "Build, manage, and market multi-level storefronts for your business and affiliates." The multi-level part is the distinguishing feature: one account can run a main store and a set of affiliate stores beneath it, which suits a business that wants many branded shops for its affiliates on one back end.
What the page lists as part of the platform:
- "100s of Customizable Products" to populate a store.
- "1000s of Customizable Designs," described as "preloaded customizable designs" that make personalizing products fast.
- Built-in customer service run by Bespoke Labs.
- A store that is "pre-optimized for conversions, SEO, and product data feeds."
- Production integration, either through White Label itself or through the API.
- A product designer that lets customers "design and order their custom products within seconds."
A seller can also choose how much to build: the page offers to let a business build its own customized experience or have Bespoke Labs build it. Its route from order to parcel is summed up as "from your screen to our machine and out the door in 24-48 hours."
Scale and track record
The homepage says the White Label solutions "power over 50,000 storefronts that collectively get over 100 million annual page views." The white label page adds a counter of more than 20 million products decorated and speaks of "the decades of expertise we've developed while pioneering the print-on-demand industry." The homepage credits a team of "in-house operators, craftsmen, engineers, developers, and designers" and describes the plant as full of "high-tech machinery" with robotics and production automation run by proprietary back-end systems. These are the company's own statements about itself.
Pricing and contact
The site publishes no base costs, product prices or platform fees; the only wording on price is "Business-Friendly Prices." A seller gets numbers by filling in the contact form, which asks for name, email, phone, company and a short description of the request, or through the separate contact link for DIGISOFT fulfillment. The minimum order is stated plainly: there are no minimum orders, and a business can buy 1 or 100.
Who Bespoke Labs suits
Bespoke Labs fits a business that wants a production partner rather than a self-serve app. A brand or licensing program that needs fast turnaround on apparel, with the option to add mugs, blankets or wall art from the same plant, gets one supplier and one shipping point. An organization that wants a network of branded stores, such as a business with a group of affiliates, is the clearest match for the multi-level White Label platform, especially since customer service can be handed to Bespoke Labs. A developer with an existing store can connect through the API instead.
It suits a first-time seller less well. There is no public price list, no self-serve sign-up flow on the pages, and no named marketplace integrations, so getting started means a conversation with the sales team. A seller who wants to compare base costs across suppliers before committing, or who needs to sell through a specific marketplace connector, will need that conversation before anything else.
