Merchize

Merchize is a print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment company that produces orders in an in-house facility in Vietnam that its homepage sizes at "+70,000 sq.ft," backed by fulfillment centers in the US, EU, China, Australia and the UK. It says it delivers to "180+ Countries & Regions." Its catalog, described on the homepage as "nearly 1000 products," covers DTG and all-over-print apparel for men, women and kids, embroidery, home and living goods, ornaments and accessories. Sellers connect Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, eBay, Google Shopping or the Merchize API, and Merchize prints, packs and ships each order. The site lists a Singapore office and a US office in Grand Prairie, Texas.

How it works

The homepage lays out the flow: create a Merchize fulfillment store, connect your selling store, and then "Customers make orders. Merchize puts orders into production and charges for fulfillment. You take the profit." Merchize says it "takes care of the entire fulfilment process and produces your orders in our in-house Vietnam factory and US, EU, AU, UK, and China facilities," and "We ship to anywhere in the world."

The terms are simple. The FAQ says "No minimum order requirement means you can order whatever and whenever you need," and the TikTok Shop page adds that "Merchize is free to use, you only pay for orders are fulfilled and shipped." For larger runs, "If you're planning an order that contains 10 or more of the same product, contact our sales team and we'll get back to you with a quote." A Pricing page sits in the main menu, and Merchize's own Canada guide mentions up to 20% off sample orders and free tools including a mockup generator, multichannel sync and order tracking.

On delivery, the FAQ says "Most orders from our factory in Vietnam ship within 4-7 business days. It takes around 3-5 business days to ship from our US and EU-based facilities." Every order can be tracked "from producing to shipping," and support is offered around the clock: "24/7 merchant support."

The catalog

The homepage counts 167 men's clothing items, 192 women's clothing items, 39 kids' clothing items, 123 home and living items and 45 accessories in its top categories, while the FAQ speaks of "over 700+ print-on-demand products." The range is broad: Hawaiian shirts, bleached shirts, jerseys, polo shirts, swimwear, pajamas, leggings, dresses and hoodies; bed and bath items, doormats, signs, canvas, mugs, ornaments, blankets, flags, tumblers and posters; and phone cases, socks, hats, footwear, bags, pet products, keychains and a brand packaging kit. There is a dedicated embroidery section with "1-Day Production," a custom-shape product range, and seasonal collections for Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, back to school and weddings.

Product listings show a price, SKU and fulfillment location. On the kids' clothing page, which shows 84 products, an all-over-print kid and youth mesh football jersey is $6.2, satin pajama shorts $12, a youth crop top baseball jersey $15.49 and youth mesh sports shorts $15.2, all fulfilled in Vietnam. Filters on the catalog cover supported market, fulfillment location, print area and technique.

The homepage pitches the range as a way to "Diversify your store with less competitive products like polo shirts, hats, sweaters, ornaments," and ties its pricing to the factory: "With in-house manufactory located in Vietnam, we control and optimize product cost very seriously. That's why our custom product base costs are low."

TikTok Shop, Walmart and Amazon

Marketplace fulfillment is where Merchize is most specific. The TikTok Shop service promises help to "Meet TikTok Shop's SLA requirements," supports both Seller Shipping and TikTok Shipping, and covers "DTG Apparel, All-over Print Apparel, Ornaments, and Decorations." The integration "is only available for selling and shipping within the US," and its FAQ notes that "a label handling fee of $0.5 will be charged for each TikTok Shipping label," while Seller Shipping orders pay no such fee. The TikTok page lists US-made blanks with prices, among them a Gildan classic unisex t-shirt at $6.59, a Bella Canvas unisex jersey tee at $8.99, a Gildan crew-neck sweatshirt at $13.5 and a Gildan classic hoodie at $15.49.

For Walmart, Merchize offers "Nearly 1000 products from DTG and AOP to Embroidery and Home Decor," fast production to meet Walmart's SLAs, branding and product photography, and "Dedicated support from Merchize and Walmart team."

For Amazon, the Merchize app "has passed Amazon audits." Once connected, "The store's order will be synced every 5 minutes automatically," and "Merchize takes care of printing, packing and shipping the order with the highest quality in 2 to 6 days," with tracking numbers returned automatically. The Amazon services list "No MOQ required per package," custom product labeling and branding, and strict quality criteria. The Amazon page says "100% of products are produced under our control in Vietnam" and that sellers in Vietnam can get samples "after 2-3 business days."

Branding and other services

Merchize's premium branding options cover hang tags, labels, garment print, folding and inserting, and unique packaging, and the homepage says its packaging service "allows you to personalise brand dispatch." Beyond fulfillment it runs a swag service, a storefront service with SEO-friendly stores, personalization and mockup generation, and an affiliate program that pays "up to 19%." New workflow features include design tools, "AI-Optimized Listings for Better SEO & More Sales" and "One-Click Sync to Multiple Marketplaces." Merchize's eco-focused blog post says its catalog includes recycled wood products, organic cotton apparel and reusable totes, and that it uses "water based inks"; those are the company's own claims.

What sellers say

Reviews on the homepage come from Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon merchants. One Etsy seller says a polo arrived "only about 9 days to the US" and praises named support staff, while admitting "a bit of a learning curve" at the start. Two merchants call Hawaiian shirts their top seller.

Who it suits

Merchize suits TikTok Shop, Walmart and Amazon sellers who want a fulfillment partner built around those marketplaces' rules, with Amazon order sync every five minutes and TikTok label options spelled out. Its all-over-print apparel, Hawaiian shirts, jerseys, ornaments and seasonal ranges suit sellers in gift and trend niches, and the published prices with fulfillment locations make costs easy to check. Sellers who need faster delivery can pick products made in the US or EU.

Items produced in Vietnam take 4-7 business days to ship according to the FAQ, so sellers with tight delivery promises should filter the catalog by fulfillment location.
