Gearment is a print-on-demand and warehousing fulfillment company headquartered in Garden Grove, California. It prints apparel, drinkware, wall art, home goods and accessories to order in US fulfillment centers and ships them to the seller's customers, and it adds services for Amazon FBA sellers, TikTok Shop sellers, brands that want custom packaging and sellers who want their stock stored and shipped for them. The homepage describes Gearment as a "trusted on-demand partner" and sells it on capacity: "3 expansive fulfillment centers in the US, covering up to 100,000 square feet and producing over 50,000 items per day." It is built for eCommerce sellers moving from their first sales to volume, and it also offers separate solutions for enterprises and a "Create Your Own" route for individual buyers.
What a seller gets
The seller page promises: "We handle everything from printing to delivery, enabling you to pursue the print-on-demand business model with minimal effort." The workflow has three steps. The seller signs up and uses Gearment's free mockup generator to put artwork and text on a product, lists and prices the product on their own store or marketplace, and Gearment prints, packs and ships each order directly to the customer, with tracking visible in the dashboard.
On print methods, the homepage says Gearment uses DTG/DTF printing techniques with "the most durable materials from ethical brands." Direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing cover the apparel range, which is the largest part of the catalog.
Orders can arrive four ways. Marketplace integrations sync orders from connected stores; an API lets a seller build "a custom, hands-free order management system"; CSV files handle bulk orders; and manual entry covers one-off orders. Once a store is connected, the platform runs a set of automations the seller page lists as order analytics and reporting, SKU matching, tracking number shipping sync, auto-order sync, auto payment and auto-product sync. In practice that means an order placed on a marketplace flows into Gearment, is paid from the seller's account, and the tracking number flows back to the marketplace without the seller touching it.
Integrations
The integration list in the site footer names Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok (marked with a promotion), eBay, Shopbase, Customily, WooCommerce, Order Desk and the Gearment API. That covers the main marketplaces, the common store builders, a personalization app (Customily) and an order management tool (Order Desk), so sellers who run personalized products or several shops at once can route everything through one account. The seller page links to a full instruction guide for each integration.
The catalog
The homepage counts "100+ products" and invites sellers to "Pick your favorite products from over 100 of our print-on-demand offerings." The catalog menu shows how that range is organized:
- Men's and women's apparel. T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, sweatshirts and tanks.
- Kids' apparel. T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts.
- Home and living. Tumblers, posters, doormats, mugs, acrylic plaques, stickers, canvas, metal signs and blankets.
- Accessories. Ornaments and flags.
The seller page highlights apparel, mugs, ornaments and tumblers as best-sellers. For sellers who want to order larger quantities, the homepage mentions "unmatched flexibility with Gearment's bulk policy" alongside the profit margin on its 100+ products.
Added-value services
Gearment's services go beyond printing and shipping:
- FBA Printing Service. "Boost sales by combining Fulfillment by Amazon services with top-quality products from Gearment." It connects Gearment's printing with Amazon's own fulfillment network.
- Platform Label. "Sell print-on-demand with Gearment using an online marketplace label shipping service." In other words, Gearment prints the item and ships it on a shipping label that comes from the marketplace.
- TikTok Shop Fulfillment. A dedicated service in the menu, and the blog carries a post on Gearment's TikTok Shop integration with 2026 promotions.
- Warehousing and Fulfillment. Gearment offers to store a seller's products and take care of their order fulfillment "efficiently, and quickly." This suits sellers who hold some stock of their own alongside print-on-demand items.
- Branding Customization. "Add a personal touch to your orders with custom branding, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction."
The homepage sums these up as services that let sellers "expand globally with Amazon FBA, shipping labels, warehouses, and branding services", and adds that Gearment ships globally, promising to "Deliver your products anywhere, anytime with maximum efficiency and savings."
Beyond the seller dashboard
The Solutions menu splits Gearment's audience three ways. The seller solution is the self-serve platform described above. A separate enterprise solution is aimed at larger brands and businesses, and "Create Your Own" lets an individual design a product for personal use rather than resale. The homepage testimonials reflect that mix: two come from event organizers who ordered custom merchandise for attendees on a tight deadline, while others come from a store owner who expanded a product line "without any upfront costs" and an illustrator selling designs to fans. The homepage stresses real-time connectivity and automation across channels as the way it cuts manual order handling for all of them.
Support and resources
Gearment runs a help center, a documents section, a contact page and a blog. The blog covers seller topics such as a detailed explainer on Amazon's FBA fees, useful background for anyone weighing the FBA printing service, and a guide to finding tariff codes, and the company is active on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram under its Gearment Fulfillment accounts. Testimonials on the homepage come from a small business founder, a freelance illustrator, an influencer running a merch line and event organizers, and the site shows an average rating of 4.5.
Who it suits
Gearment fits sellers who are already selling on marketplaces and want production, integrations and extra fulfillment services under one roof. The Amazon FBA printing service and the Platform Label option suit Amazon and marketplace sellers in particular, and the TikTok Shop fulfillment service speaks to sellers on that channel. Customily and Order Desk support helps shops that sell personalized items or manage many storefronts. The US production base and the stated capacity of over 50,000 items a day make it a candidate for sellers with US customers and growing volume.
The catalog is focused, with apparel and a compact home-and-living range at 100+ products rather than a sprawling list of product types. The site publishes no base-cost table on its public pages, so sellers need to sign up to see product prices before working out margins.
