BurgerPrints is a print-on-demand fulfillment provider that prints, packs and ships products for online sellers from a network its homepage puts at "50+ facilities across the US, EU, Vietnam, and China." It is operated by LeadsGen Group, which the site describes as "a registered group with offices in the US, EU, Singapore, and Vietnam." The service is aimed at sellers on marketplaces and their own stores, from what the FAQ calls "solo founders to 7-figure brands," and it is built around speed: the FAQ gives production at about 2.5 business days on average, with shipping in 3 to 5 days inside the US and 5 to 8 days internationally.
What a seller gets
A free account with no minimum. Sign-up is free and needs no credit card, and the closing banner of the homepage lists "No credit card," "No MOQ" and "Cancel anytime." The FAQ confirms there is no minimum order: "We produce and ship even a single item," which it presents as useful for testing new designs or one-off custom orders.
The catalog. The homepage counts "300+ premium products" and says "New trending products" are added every week. It groups them into families with examples:
- Apparel: t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves.
- Drinkware: mugs, tumblers, water bottles.
- Wall art: posters, canvas, framed prints.
- Accessories: bags, caps, phone cases.
- Home and living: pillows, blankets, towels.
- Kids and baby: onesies, kid tees, toddler wear.
- Personalized gifts: custom mugs and keepsakes.
The blanks come from named apparel brands. The catalog section lists "Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Rabbit Skins, and more," and the sample order dashboard on the homepage shows a Unisex T-Shirt on Gildan 5000, a Unisex Hoodie on Gildan 18500 and an 11oz full-bleed accent mug. The site does not name the print methods it uses for each product.
Design and mockups. The first step of the company's three-step process is its "free mockup tool," where a seller uploads artwork and sees it on a product "in seconds."
How an order reaches a customer. The seller lists the product in a connected store. When a customer buys, the order imports into BurgerPrints automatically and is routed to "the closest hub for the fastest delivery." The company prints, packs and ships it "globally with branded packaging," and the customer receives tracking as soon as it ships. The homepage calls this a "100% automated workflow," from order import to tracking dispatch with "no manual work." Live production and shipping status is posted on the company's Update Center.
FBA fulfillment. Beside standard POD fulfillment, the Services menu lists FBA Fulfillment, a separate service for sellers who use Amazon's own fulfillment network.
Integrations and API
The homepage's integration section lists how each channel connects:
- Native apps for Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy.
- Order Desk support for Amazon, eBay and Walmart, so those marketplaces connect through Order Desk rather than a native app.
- TikTok Shop, shown in the platform strip beside the others.
- BurgerShop, the company's own storefront platform.
- A REST API and webhooks for custom integrations, with real-time order sync and status webhooks and published API docs.
Connecting an existing store takes "under 5 minutes," according to the same section. The footer also lists a dedicated Walmart Integration page.
Production, shipping and reach
The company's speed claims are specific. The top banner and the FAQ give a 2.5-day average production time (a live dashboard graphic elsewhere on the page shows 2.3 days), and the FAQ gives shipping of 3 to 5 days for domestic US orders and 5 to 8 days for international ones, "with priority options available." The homepage calls the 2.5-day figure "Industry-leading turnaround" and "Half the time of typical print-on-demand competitors, even during peak season," which is the company's own comparison.
The homepage stat block adds four figures: "2M+" products produced annually, "50+" facilities in the US, EU, Vietnam and China, "160+" countries with fast delivery, and a "98.7%" on-time fulfillment rate. The top of the page says it is "Trusted by 10,000+ sellers worldwide," while the company's eBay guide on its blog puts the figure at "nearly 20,000 sellers worldwide." The same blog post says the company's fulfillment keeps "an extremely low dispute rate compared to many other providers," a claim it ties to selling on eBay, where feedback ratings drive visibility.
Quality claims, pricing and payments
Reprints and refunds. Quality has its own section headed "Quality you can stake on," which promises "Multi-stage QC and reprint guarantee." The FAQ sets out the terms: "We reprint or refund at no cost for verified quality defects (misprints, wrong sizes, damaged items)." A claim has to be submitted "within 30 days of delivery with photos," and the FAQ says "most resolutions happen within 48 hours."
Pricing. The site publishes no base costs on its public pages. The FAQ says the company offers "tiered discounts based on monthly volume, plus custom quotes for high-volume sellers and exclusive programs for new/promising merchants." Sellers processing "500+ orders per month" are invited to talk to a fulfillment specialist.
Payments and security. The FAQ lists PayPal, Payoneer, PingPong, Lianlian, Tara, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and says "All payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers." The security section also lists 256-bit TLS encryption, GDPR readiness and a 99.9% uptime platform SLA commitment.
Support
The homepage promises "Dedicated account managers for established sellers" and "Live chat support that actually solves your problem, not chatbots." The eBay guide adds that a "professional logistics team provides dedicated support and expert consultation." A Help Center, a community and a demo store are linked from the footer.
Who BurgerPrints suits
BurgerPrints fits a seller who sells across several channels at once and wants one supplier behind all of them: Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce through native apps, Amazon, eBay and Walmart through Order Desk, and TikTok Shop. Its published production and shipping windows, and the 30-day reprint or refund policy with photo claims, give an ad-driven seller concrete numbers to plan around. A brand with customers in several regions benefits from routing to the nearest of its facilities in the US, EU, Vietnam and China. Sellers who use Amazon's own warehouses have the FBA Fulfillment service, and developers have a REST API with webhooks.
It fits less well for a seller who wants to compare base costs before signing up, since prices sit inside the account. A seller who needs a particular decoration method should check the product pages first, because the homepage names products and blank brands but not how each is printed.
