Custombull

Tap a star to rate

Custombull is a print-on-demand platform that connects a seller's Etsy, Amazon, eBay and Shopify stores to a network of partner producers in the United States, who print, pack and ship each order to the buyer from within the US. It is not a print shop itself: its FAQ says plainly, "Custombull is not a manufacturer. Your orders are printed by our partner producer network in the US." What it builds is the software around the order, a single dashboard for product ideas, AI design, listing SEO, cross-channel sync, customer messages and tracking. The footer names the company as "Formerly Akinzone · AKIN INDUSTRIES LLC, Houston, Texas," with a copyright running from 2021, and a dedicated section of the site addresses sellers who run their shops from Turkey.

What a seller gets

Printing through US partner producers. When an order arrives, the matching design file is found, prepared for print and sent to a producer, and the product "ships to the buyer from within the US." Every item is quality checked before it ships: the homepage lists print alignment, color accuracy, size and product, and stains and stitching.

A US-priced apparel catalog. The Turkey page lists the core apparel with prices that include printing:

  • Softstyle T-Shirt, Gildan 64000: $6.50
  • Jersey T-Shirt, Bella+Canvas 3001: $10.50
  • Heavyweight Garment-Dyed T-Shirt, Comfort Colors 1717: $11.00
  • Long Sleeve T-Shirt, Gildan 5400: $11.00
  • Sweatshirt, Gildan 18000: $12.00
  • Hoodie, Gildan 18500: $15.00
  • Baby Bodysuit, Rabbit Skins 4400: $11.00
  • Women's Tank, Next Level 1533: $9.50

The homepage's live product preview says the catalog holds 24 products and adds non-apparel items such as a ceramic mug, a framed canvas, a slim tumbler, a trucker hat, a mug with a colored inside and handle, a decorative pillow cover, a steel water bottle and a photo puzzle. Prices are in US dollars, paid from a wallet balance or by card.

A branded tracking page. The buyer follows the order on a page that "opens with your shop name, logo and color," can ask a question there, and can send a personalization request. The page opens in the customer's language, and the tracking number is written back to the store automatically.

The dashboard

The site lists the tools a seller works with:

  • Product ideas and automated production. An idea engine shows what buyers search for, AI can create a design, and the platform can turn an idea into a finished listing and upload it. Ideas pass copyright and platform policy checks.
  • Listing SEO. The tool writes a title, 13 tags and a description, scored from F to A+. Nothing changes in a store without the seller's approval, and prices and SKUs are left alone.
  • AI mockups and product photos, plus a short product video from a product image.
  • Cross-channel sync. Listings move in every direction between Etsy, Amazon, eBay and Shopify as drafts, with SKUs kept and variants adjusted to each platform's rules.
  • Customer messages with a suggested reply. Buyer questions left overnight appear in the dashboard in the morning.
  • A marketing center for email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, team permissions that let staff work without seeing costs, quick publish and sales analytics across all channels.

The homepage says that in its latest tests a ready design went live on a marketplace with mockups, SEO title, tags, description and variants in about 1 minute 20 seconds.

Sales channels

Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and eBay connect today. TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace are listed as coming soon, as are Faire and the Turkish marketplaces Trendyol and Hepsiburada. A seller already using another print company can connect a store and choose, product by product, which items Custombull prints; existing product pages are not deleted.

Speed and track record

The FAQ says: "In the last 60 days, half of all orders shipped in under 2.8 days," and the homepage repeats the figure beside its other system numbers. The homepage's system figures, dated September 2026, count 11,000+ orders printed and shipped, 22,000+ products on sale through Custombull and 5,000+ designs checked for copying risk. The homepage also says Custombull is backed in Turkey and the US by Lonca, a company in the same holding that it describes as offering US warehousing, logistics, fulfillment and customs services for 25 years.

Quality guarantee

Custombull "checks and guarantees the quality of every product." If a defective item reaches a buyer, the seller reports it with a photo from the order screen and gets "a no-questions-asked refund or a free reprint." Nothing has to be sent back.

Plans and pricing

The pricing section sets three plans, with AI tools running on tokens:

  • Free, $0 a month: connect 3 stores, orders arrive automatically, printing, packing, shipping and the tracking page, ordering straight from the catalog, and AI tools with Etsy listing management.
  • Bronze, $29.99 a month: 100 tokens included each month, 5 stores, listing management and editors for 2 Etsy stores, up to 500 listing SEO optimizations a day, up to 40 quick publishes a day, and $9.99 a month for each extra store.
  • Gold, $99.99 a month: 400 tokens a month, 10 stores, listing management for 5 Etsy stores, up to 1,500 SEO optimizations and 100 quick publishes a day, and $6.99 a month for each extra store.

The FAQ gives token costs: one listing SEO optimization or one copyright check costs 1 token, and 5 AI mockups cost 3. Plan tokens renew monthly, and purchased tokens never expire. No credit card is needed to start. A canceled plan runs to the end of the month and then drops to the free plan, keeping orders and connected stores.

The profit calculator subtracts the product cost and a marketplace fee (Etsy about 10%, eBay about 13%, Shopify about 3%). Its example: a $24.99 sale on Etsy, minus $6.50 for the product and $2.82 for Etsy's fee, leaves $15.67. The calculator assumes the customer pays shipping and excludes taxes and ad spend.

Selling from Turkey

The Turkey page explains the setup: the seller runs a shop from Turkey and sells to US buyers in dollars, while "the product never leaves Turkey at all," because it is printed in the US. The dashboard runs in Turkish, English, German, Spanish and French, a 41-lesson Academy covers each step, and listings are prepared in the buyer's language. Sales revenue goes from the marketplace to the seller; Custombull only charges for the product and the plan. For tax questions the page sends sellers to an accountant.

Who Custombull suits

Custombull suits a marketplace seller who wants low published apparel prices and software that handles listings, sync and messages across Etsy, Amazon, eBay and Shopify. Sellers outside the US, and in Turkey in particular, get US production without shipping from home. It suits less well a seller who wants a named factory, or one who sells mainly on TikTok Shop or Walmart, where the integrations are not yet live.
