Fulfill Engine
Tap a star to rate
Fulfill Engine is print-on-demand software joined to a fulfillment network. It connects online stores and sales channels to product sourcing, decoration and shipping, and routes each order to one of "18 vetted U.S. production facilities" in its decorator network, with "a 5-business-day standard order-to-ship SLA". The pricing page presents it as "STAHLS' Fulfill Engine". It is built for promotional products distributors, team dealers, decorators, brands and ecommerce platforms, and it serves two kinds of business at once: sellers who want products made and shipped without owning equipment, and apparel decorators who want software to run their own shop floor and send overflow to the network.
What a seller gets
A seller can sell in two ways. The first is Fulfill Engine's own storefronts: the homepage offers "unlimited white-label webstores" plus branded stores, team stores, company stores, customer sales portals and quote-driven programs for teams, businesses, schools, events and organizations, with real-time product mockups on the store. The second is connecting existing channels. The pricing page lists Shopify integrated stores, OMG integrated stores, an open API, CSV order import and an Order Desk connector, and the Platform Connect plan adds PromoStandards. All of it flows into one fulfillment workflow.
The catalog is the network's, not a single factory's. The homepage describes an on-demand catalog "connecting leading blank suppliers, apparel brands, promotional products and hardgoods in one platform", and the Platform Connect plan lists "6500+ Network Products". Real-time inventory from integrated suppliers is meant to stop a seller from selling a product that is out of stock, and connected blank costs with standardized decoration pricing are there to protect margins.
Decoration is the strong point. The network offers DTF, DTG, embroidery, laser engraving, Liquid 3D (raised, dimensional logos and lettering), screen printing, sublimation and UV printing, including UV DTF for hard surfaces such as bottles and cases. The FAQ says all of these run "at no minimum quantities" except screen printing, which carries a 24-piece minimum. The method notes are practical: sublimation bonds dye into polyester so full-color artwork will not crack or peel, laser engraving marks drinkware and hardgoods permanently, embroidery is aimed at headwear, polos and outerwear, and screen printing is recommended for larger runs on cotton and blends. The plan table counts 9 decoration methods on the seller plans and 13 on Decorator Pro.
The site describes the flow in four stages: capture demand from stores, marketplaces and connected channels; source and route the product automatically; decorate, quality check and ship to the customer's door; and tie all order data, reporting and finances back to the original sale. The FAQ confirms that every plan manages unlimited stores from a single dashboard at no extra cost.
Once an order comes in, the platform automates sourcing, production routing, order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and sales tax collection and reporting. The seller keeps control of pricing and margins, fundraising programs, invoicing and disbursements. Orders are routed by decoration method, product availability, capacity and customer location, and the FAQ says each order goes "to the nearest fulfillment partner" with standard turnaround at 5 business days. The homepage also lists international reach among the network's features.
Plans and fees
Fulfill Engine publishes its plans, order fees and network decoration prices on its pricing page.
- Seller Essentials, $0 a month. Network catalog, hands-free fulfillment, store payments processed by Fulfill Engine and monthly profit disbursements. Fees are a 3.5% cart fee on webstores and the order portal (the comparison table adds a 3% payment processing fee on this plan), or $.50 per item on integrated orders, with order fees capped at $20 per order.
- Seller Pro, $50 a month. Marked "most popular", it adds a branded sales portal, customer accounts, customizable price sheets, Build-A-Quote, product groupings, invoicing through a Fulfill Engine wallet, Stripe payment processing, integrations with Stripe, TaxJar and QuickBooks, and 1:1 onboarding.
- Decorator Pro, $500 a month. For established decorators: a scan-to-print QR code production workflow, automated blank sourcing through the decorator's own supplier accounts (the FAQ names SanMar and S&S), 3PL pick and pack, inventory management, full QC, ShipStation shipping integration, 13 in-house decoration methods and automatic outsourcing to the network. Enterprise tiers at $2500 and $5000 a month lower the fees to a 3% or 2% cart fee and $0.25 or $0.10 per item.
- Platform Connect, $0 a month. For ecommerce platforms and enterprise teams that want turnkey fulfillment behind their own marketplace: $0.50 per item for API, Order Desk or imported orders, unlimited users, 10 decoration methods.
Network decoration is priced per location on top of the blank. The pricing page lists Direct to Film at $6.50 per location, Direct to Garment at $6.50, UV Printing and Dye Sublimation at $7.00, Laser Engraving at $8.00, Liquid 3D at $8.75 as introductory promo pricing, and embroidery at $8.00 for 6K stitches. Package inserts cost $0.50 each on API orders, and shipping is weight-based. A screen printing grid runs from $3.72 per piece for one color at 24-47 pieces down to $0.85 at 5000+, and embroidery pricing scales with quantity and stitch count. High-volume accounts can ask for discounted pricing.
Support and onboarding
Every plan has email support and a knowledge base, with video tutorials and API documentation for custom integrations. Seller Pro and Decorator Pro include 1:1 onboarding, and the site offers both 1:1 and group demos covering onboarding timelines, multi-location fulfillment and supplier integrations. A contact form handles general questions. The homepage quotes a customer, Alan Gentry of T-Formation: "Fulfill Engine didn't just give us the power to fulfill efficiently. It gave us the power to scale." Suppliers can also apply to join the network and list their products.
Who it suits
Fulfill Engine fits businesses that sell decorated apparel and promotional goods to groups: promo distributors, team dealers, school and club stores, company stores and fundraising programs. The unlimited webstores, quotes and customer price sheets are built for that work. It also suits decorators who want production software and a network behind them for overflow, and platforms that need a fulfillment backend through an API. The published fee structure and per-location decoration prices let a seller cost an order before signing up.
It is less of a natural fit for a solo seller who lives on a consumer marketplace. The sales channels shown are Shopify, OMG, Order Desk, CSV and the API rather than the big consumer marketplaces, and the model leans toward branded stores and B2B programs. Production is concentrated in the US network, so sellers whose buyers are mostly overseas should weigh shipping from there.
