GearLaunch is a print-on-demand platform that lets sellers create custom products, sell them through a GearLaunch storefront or their own Shopify store, and have GearLaunch print and ship each order worldwide. Its homepage calls it "Your One-Stop Solution for Print-on-Demand Success" and sums up the offer as "Create, Sell, and Ship Custom Products Worldwide with Ease". The catalog covers apparel, wall art, home and living, drinkware, accessories, stationery, pet products, all-over-print clothing and shoes, and a newer line of decorated team and promotional goods. It is aimed at independent sellers and small teams who want no startup costs, and it also runs services for clubs, fan gear, bulk orders and enterprise partners.
What a seller gets
The homepage lays out four steps. Sign up for free ("no upfront costs, no hidden fees"), choose from "1,000+ premium products" and personalize them, launch a store, and let GearLaunch handle the rest: "From printing and shipping to customer support, we've got it all covered." Elsewhere the homepage counts "2,700 Premium Product SKUs" to customize, so the product list and the variant count are two different measures of the same catalog.
A seller has two main routes to market. The first is GearLaunch's own platform, with hosted online stores, a "Storefronts and Menus" system for organizing collections by audience, automatic upsells and cross-sells, free email marketing sent from the dashboard with campaign KPIs, and an analytics dashboard for traffic and performance. The second is a seller's own Shopify store or a CSV upload: the pricing menu has a separate "Shopify & CSV Product Pricing" table and a "Shopify and CSV Product Summary", so the platform supports both hosted and self-run storefronts. The services menu adds API integrations for larger partners.
Support is a strong selling point on the homepage, which promises "round-the-clock, multilingual customer support for you and your customers". The site itself runs in English, Bengali and Vietnamese. For sellers, GearLaunch Academy offers a training course, a seller hub with ebooks, a 2026 e-commerce calendar and contests, per-product design and pricing guides, holiday selling playbooks and a seller toolkit with design templates. The platform also lists a tipping feature and a "Profit Booster Project".
The catalog
GearLaunch splits its range into three product lines, each with its own pricing table.
GearLaunch Standard is the core print-on-demand range. Apparel includes unisex T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies and fleece sweatshirts, women's T-shirts and flowy tanks, kids' clothing, baby onesies, face masks and neck gaiters. Wall art runs from posters and art prints to canvas, framed canvas, framed prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, photo tiles, tapestries and multi-panel canvas. Home and living covers mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, blankets, pillows, covers and comforters, bathroom items, ornaments, kitchen and dining and outdoor decorations. Accessories and stationery include mesh trucker hats, stickers, bags, puzzles, phone cases, AirPods cases, journals and cards with envelopes, plus a pets category. The homepage also shows tote bags and lawn signs.
GearLaunch All-Over-Print covers full-surface designs: men's and women's tops, bottoms and pajamas, dresses and jumpsuits, kids' clothing, a large bag range (handbags, school bags, wallets and makeup bags, travel bags), shoes (canvas shoes, flip-flops and sandals, leather sneakers, casual shoes), home goods such as appliance covers and festive decorations, and accessories including pet accessories, hang tags, hats and car seat covers. The resource library includes an AOP footwear selling guide.
GearLaunch New Decoration Methods is a separate range of polos, jackets, sweaters, dress shirts, scrubs, jerseys, socks and gloves, bags and luggage, coolers, water bottles, flasks and a long list of headwear (caps, truckers, beanies, visors, bucket hats, headbands), along with towels, rugs, awards, umbrellas, jewelry and plushies.
Each line is also sorted into seasonal collections, with best-sellers, Best for Summer, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter, which helps sellers who plan their designs around the gifting calendar. The homepage showcase counts, for example, 29 hoodie items and 29 versions of a unisex long sleeve classic tee, 9 posters and 9 pillows.
Services beyond self-serve selling
GearLaunch runs several services next to the seller platform. A "Create Custom Products" route lets anyone design an item for themselves, and the homepage carries end-customer reviews of custom caps, cups and T-shirts ordered for events. Clubs and Fan Gear programs serve teams and fan communities, a Bulk Orders service handles larger runs, and enterprise partnerships and API integrations are offered to large businesses through a "Connect with Sales" contact. A public storefront status page and an FAQ sit in the support section.
Pricing and profit
GearLaunch prices on a tiered base cost. The homepage profit calculator lets a seller pick a product and a tier (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond or Platinum), shows the basic price, and subtracts it from the seller's retail price. It states that "The processing fee is 7% of the profit". Sellers set their own retail prices, which the homepage describes as "Clear Profit Margins". Separate tables cover platform product pricing for each of the three lines, Shopify and CSV pricing, and product shipping rates for Standard and All-Over-Print. The individual base prices sit in those tables rather than on the homepage.
Shipping is worldwide, and the footer lists a returns guarantee alongside a dedicated "Shipping Warranty" page.
Scale and seller base
The homepage describes "Over a Decade of Empowering Dreams" and gives three figures: 2700+ product SKUs, 11K+ partner merchants and 15M+ items sold. A partner map breaks down where its merchants are: Bangladesh accounts for 46.46% of partners, the United States 24.88% and Vietnam 15.23%, with smaller shares in Canada, the United Kingdom, India and elsewhere. Testimonials come from long-time sellers, including one who has used GearLaunch for 5 years and praises the turnaround and customer service.
Who it suits
GearLaunch suits sellers who want a hosted store with marketing tools built in rather than a bare fulfillment connection. Upsells, email campaigns, storefront menus and analytics are all part of the platform at no startup cost, and the Academy gives new sellers a structured way in. The breadth is a real advantage: all-over-print shoes, bags, car accessories and pet products sit beside standard T-shirts, mugs and wall art, so a seller can test many niches in one account. Shopify sellers can also connect their store and use the separate Shopify price list.
The caveats are practical. The 7% processing fee on profit applies to platform sales, so sellers should price with it in mind. Base prices depend on the seller's tier, so the cost of a product changes as a seller moves up. And the site does not say where each product line is printed.
