Printway is a print-on-demand fulfillment company that prints and ships personalized products for online sellers from a network of factories in six places: Vietnam, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and China. Its About page says the company began in 2019 "with a clear mission: to simplify print-on-demand fulfillment for global sellers", and that a small team has since grown into a partner supporting thousands of businesses. The US entity named at the foot of every page is Printway Global LLC, with an address in Katy, Texas. The offer is aimed at sellers who run their own storefront or marketplace shop and want the printing, packing and shipping handled for them, with no stock held.
What a seller gets
The home page sums the deal up in four points: "100% free to use", "300+ High-Quality Products", "No order minimums" and "Complete automation". There is no subscription on the pages and no minimum quantity, so a seller can list a design and pay only when an order comes in.
The About page names five product categories: home décor, wall art, drinkware, apparel and all-over print. The catalog groups the range as Home and Living, Accessories, Kid's Clothing, Men's Clothing and Women's Clothing, and lets a seller filter by fulfillment location, by technique (embroidery is listed) and by print area, with front side, back side, left sleeve and right sleeve as the options.
The company's blog points to named products, which gives a better sense of the range than the category list. On the apparel side it links a DTF and a DTG version of the Classic Unisex T-shirt on the Gildan 5000 blank, an AOP T-shirt for all-over designs, a DTF Unisex Sweatshirt on the Gildan 18000 and a DTF Unisex Hoodie on the Gildan 18500. For wall art and décor it links a Classic Canvas, a Poster and a 5mm Wooden Hanging Sign, which the blog says can be cut to any shape a seller and their customers want. Tumblers are its drinkware example. Between the product pages and the blog, the print methods on show are DTF, DTG, all-over print and embroidery.
Orders reach Printway in one of three ways. The FAQ says it does not accept orders by phone, email or fax: a seller either enters an order manually or uploads a CSV file to the platform. The third route is a store connection. The beginners' guide on the company blog says that for Shopify a seller installs the Printway.io app from the Shopify App Store, which walks through syncing products and billing, and that for Etsy the seller clicks "Connect to Etsy" in the Printway dashboard and grants access, after which orders flow to the fulfillment center without manual entry. The same article names Printway as a partner that can sync with TikTok Shop.
Where it prints and how it ships
The home page FAQ answers "Where are you located?" with the six locations above and adds a detail that matters for planning: "Each of our factories produces specific products." A seller therefore picks a product and its fulfillment location together rather than routing any product to any country, which is also why the catalog filter by location exists. The blog describes fulfillment hubs in the US, EU, UK and Australia as the way Printway keeps delivery times down for customers in different markets.
The About page's figures are 180-plus countries delivered to and a shipping time of 7-8 days. It also lists 150-plus staff worldwide and a 2022 Partner Of The Year Amazon Award.
Orders from the Vietnam factory come with two conditions. Every order for a VN-made product needs the customer's email or phone number, so the carrier and customs can reach them. For EU customers buying VN-made products the FAQ says an IOSS code is needed; without one the customer has to contact the carrier and pay the tax themselves, and on top of GST or VAT some countries charge a customer fee of €8-22. The FAQ asks sellers not to put a marketplace IOSS number in the address field but in the order's note section.
Pricing, branding and services
The pages publish no base costs without an account. The home page stresses that the platform is free to use, and the blog says base costs are kept low so sellers can hold their margins and that every product comes with a quality guarantee.
Branding is handled in two layers. The FAQ says the packaging carries no Printway branding "anywhere on or inside a shipment's packaging", and that sellers can add their own label and card through the Custom Branding service. The About page lists custom branding and private label with no minimum order among its services. The full service list there also covers print-on-demand fulfillment, Amazon FBA and FBM service, product on demand, a software (SaaS) solution, and B2B and bulk orders, so a seller who outgrows single-item dropshipping can stay with the same supplier for stock orders or Amazon fulfillment.
The catalog count varies by page. The About page text says 600-plus products and 1,000-plus SKUs, its figures panel says 500-plus products, the home page says 300-plus, and the beginners' guide says 770-plus.
Orders, problems and support
The FAQ spells out what happens when a parcel goes missing. An order counts as lost if it has not been delivered within about 35 days for US orders or 60 days for worldwide orders, if tracking stops updating for too long, or if the carrier reports it lost through force majeure. The seller then chooses between a replacement, which Printway reprints after checking the shipping details and which takes the normal production and shipping time again, and a refund, which the FAQ says is processed immediately into the seller's Printway wallet. Addresses can be changed through live support as long as an order has not yet shipped.
Support runs through live chat and email. The FAQ gives office hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on GMT+7, and asks sellers to quote the order ID or purchase email. Discount codes available to a seller sit in a Discount section of the account, and the company runs a Facebook group for sellers.
Who it suits
Printway fits a seller on Shopify or Etsy who wants a free platform with no minimums, a mixed catalog of apparel, wall art, drinkware and décor, and the option to print in several regions from one account. The blog's focus on personalized products such as custom signs, canvas and wall art suits gift and home décor shops in particular, and the Amazon FBA, private label and bulk services give a growing brand room to expand without changing supplier.
The caveats are practical ones. Prices sit behind the login, so margins cannot be worked out in advance, and support keeps GMT+7 office hours, which fall outside the working day for sellers in many time zones. Because each factory makes specific products, a seller who wants every item printed close to one market should check that the products they choose are made in that region before building a store around them.
